If I could give this place a 10/5 stars i would! My name is Catherine Pondel and I have been going to Ray for a while now! This is the most honest and hard working shop I have ever brought my cars to. Their prices are amazing and they never have tried to scam me. Being a women I have had many places over charge me and not fix my car right the first time. Once I found this place I was in shock how fair and reliable it was. They always fix everything right the first time and in a timely manner! I truly love this place and I will be a loyal customer for many years to come. If you re a woman especially, i would definitely recommend to use this auto shop if you want to make sure you re paying the right price! They are great at what they do and it s no surprise they have amazing reviews!

This place gets my highest praise! Got me in same day after explaining my situation, excellent work, price cheaper then quoted, in & out in an hour 1/2, impeccable customer service! Thank you, I will be going no where else for work in my vehicles. Highly recommend this place!

I took my truck in to have the exhaust looked at. Ray was very nice and offered to look at my truck while I waited. The issue was minor and he was able to fix it on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I feel like being a women makes it difficult to deal with mechanics sometimes, but he was great and I didnt feel taken advantage of.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hands down, YOU WILL NEVER EVER FIND AN HONEST MECHANIC LIKE THIS AGAIN! Ray's excellence not only shows in his quality work but also shows in the way he treats new and old customers. A highly skilled mechanic who truly cares about people. Unbelievably fair prices you won't find anywhere else. If he lived forever I would never take my car anywhere else.

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars Ray is an absolute wonderful man and knows what he is doing and takes his time with you. I have been dealing with a terrible experience from my former mechanic. I brought it in for 1 issue Sept 30th with the former place and it's now November 3rd and my car is still not right from them. Ray has helped me so much and spent total of 3 hours to figure out what the other place did with my car. I will only trust Ray at R and R for anything I need done. I seriously can't brag enough about him!

Being a female, I am hesitant about taking my car to mechanics. I needed a new radiator and read reviews and decided to try R&R...BEST decision I could have ever made!! The Customer Service and the Car Repair Service I received was TOP NOTCH!! Not only was I charged a fair price, the Owner took the time to explain exactly what was did to my vehicle...he even offered me my old parts! I will definitely be back when I need my car repaired!

I went in because my breaks were screaming at me so I knew I probably had to have my rotters changed right along with my break pads. I'd been referred to them and so I went. Every step along the way they let me know what was happening and even showed me on my vehicle what needed to be done and asked for the okay before proceeding. They operated with professionalism, they were reasonably priced, and an overall skilled group of mechanics. They are the only ones I'll ever trust with my vehicle going forward. They have high ratings because they've earned every star. Go with them and you won't be disappointed.

I tried to do some work on my vehicle myself but ran into problems with limited tools. I thought it would be difficult to find a mechanic that would do repairs that another person, not even another mechanic, tried to do. Ray was very helpful and pieced back together what I needed. I know enough about car repair that wheb he ran into some problems, I knew they were legitimate. I think I found my new regular mechanic. Thank you R&R.

Junior the mechanic is amazing! Ask for help when you go there. He's been able to diagnose and fix every car issue I've had and I've even recommended him to friends who also like his service. I highly recommend him.

My car had a problem and I was stranded in the area. These guys helped me out, got the issue fixed that day, and I thought they charged a reasonable price. Thanks a lot for helping me, this review is the least I could do, other than come back if I need help again and am nearby. Thanks again

Ray is the owner of this Mechanic shop. This guy is the most honest Mechanic I've ever known. Great work ethics. I pray God blesses him and his company tremendously. Go to this place for all cars. Tell him Snook sent you. Be patient because he's going to take care of your Vehicle.

Junior The Mechanic is EVERYTHING!!! He goes above & beyond for his clients.He repaired a major part. In the process, he changed parts @ no additional charge!He will be my mechanic for as long as he's in business.UPDATE:Not as good as I originally thought.The same service ended up having to be checked checked & re-checked! For over a week. After the service my car was pouring antifreeze. Ultimately the reservoir was leaking which makes me think that was the original problem in the first place. $800 later...

I would definitely recommend this to someone. They always get their work done and always work at a reasonable price. They always finish their work substantially and quick. Definitely one of the best mechanics. Ray is the man, he is very honest and always gets the job done.

GOD Sent Me here... Let me tell you ll by me being a female I have dealt with some shady and conniving men in the mechanic field.. The guy here Ray is AMAZING & HONEST I first came here to R&R to get my car fixed to pass my emissions test & I did.. I ve been coming to Him for 3 years Now! He s The only person I let such my car he will not overcharge you and I guarantee you he will not tell you something needs fixed that doesn t he takes his time and explain to you and also show you pieces that he replaced on your vehicle, I will recommend anybody to come here.. you will not be disappointed and out of pocket more than you should be. Come here and get quality work!

I drive from Hammond to come here because they're honest and don't try to rip you. I've been to several mechanics in my area that lied and jacked up their prices and when I came to Ray here charged me a third of the price. It's worth the trip to do business with them.

The service was extremely fast and affordable. I took my car in late in the afternoon and was able to pick it up that same day. The customer service was amazing as well. This was only my first visit to R&R, but I will definitely be back for all of my future service needs.

I am absolutely mind blown at the service I was provided from this shop. My truck was done in a few hours from starting and price was significantly cheaper than I initially thought. I would 100% recommend and will take my truck here for any repairs I need in the future.
