Great great service!! Stopped in because we found a bubble in our tire on the way to our weekend trip. We expressed our concerns for being on a time limit, they check all tires and still had it done very efficiently. Jeff was extremely helpful and even gave my daughter a balloon on the way out. I definitely recommend stopping here. Clean waiting room, and very nice staff!

Great service! Dropped car off early for next morning appointment and they worked on it right away and got it done the same night. Only complaint is that we have multiple accounts and they can never find the same one so it s hard to track maintenance. Would love to combine accounts!

The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and explained to me of the non issue going on with my car. He did let me know what I would need in the future and gave me a quote along with payment options. Very pleasant experience.

Woke up to a flat tire on July 16 at 6am while on a pit stop on my vacation. My poor cat van needed 2 new tires in a pinch! Called up this closest Firestone which opened at one time, but was even nice enough to answer my call 10 minutes before they opened. Explained my issue and they said they would see what they could. I still had about 600 miles to go before I even reached my final vacation destination, and that's not counting my way back home! The manager and crew here were beyond amazing! I was finally able to get my cat van over to them by around 8:30am and they had me back up and running and on my way by around 10:30. SUPERB service! They got me 2 new tires as I needed one replaced and the other was flat. I can't express my appreciation enough for this lovely establishment. I am so particular about where my Cat Van (Chevy Astro) gets worked on because this car means the absolute world to me, and I am super glad that I was able to find this establishment. Was so lucky that they were able to get me back up and running, and I didn't end up getting to my final destination too late either. This location doesn t honor appointments be wary. They ll confirm your time and switch up once you arrive. I made an appointment this morning via their website for 3pm today. I received a confirmation email shortly after containing my reservation number, a messaged confirming the time and the shop informing me that if they can t fit me in at my scheduled time they will call me to discuss another time.I never received the phone call and wasted 15 min driving to this location only for them to say that they can fit me in a couple hours later.

Great service, and fast service.1/12/24, had a front end alignment done, fast service, great price.3/27/24Screw this place, they are a joke, went in for tires, told them the size, and was told I can't buy them because they aren't factory size. Who the hell do these people think they are telling customers what size tires are allowed. It's ridiculous, but if you change your own steering components, they'll do a alignment. How in the world do they turn down business? How Fn stupid.

Our check engine light began flashing when we 4 days into a cross country road trip. The helpful mechanic solved the problem in 2 minutes and had us on our way. Amazingly helpful

I usually get air in my tires here and Steve always "forgets" to put the caps on the passenger side tires. The first time it happened, no problem. Then it happened again, then again. He never forgets on the driver's side to replace the caps... Always on the passenger side that he does not replace the caps. Steve is the only one. I will file a complaint against Steve at this location for another matter and I'll come back and post my results. BTW, Steve is the manager of this location. Horrible customer service. More to come.

I really like this Firestone in Midlothian. The staff is always friendly and will find you the best discounts. I've never had any complaints with the quality of work performed.

I came to get a car inspection.The guys here were punctual and pleasant. The prices to fix the long list of things wrong with my car were beyond my budget! But these guys seem like folks I would do business with if I had the money!

Went there last night for a new tire. I just brought the old broken one with me and they put a new one on the rim. Super nice people, very attentive, laid back and gave quick service. I'll be going back this weekend based on the great quote they gave me to get 3 more tires.Update: I did end up going back to get the additional tires and they had good prices on oil changes as well so I had them do that. I will be going back for an alignment and to get a quote on new breaks as well. Their prices are fair (I used to work in auto and am not someone who can get taken for a ride...excuse my terrible pun) and the staff offer services they'd recommend that your vehicle may need but they aren't pushy or salesy. They just show you what's up and let you make a decision and level with you on how long you can get by with whatever you have going on, which is awesome. Times are tough. Definitely will be back and they deserve your business at this location.

I took my car there for an oil change a few weeks ago. I liked their service quite a bit and was impressed. I was happy they offered to apply a coupon! This made me a repeat customer (more businesses should do this, rather than scare customers away). So, when it was time for the big repair, I called Jeffery! Once again, he did NOT upsell, try to tell me I had one hundred things wrong, and just got to the point. He even offered to apply a bit of a discount via a coupon because I was getting so much done. Knows his stuff!they worked with us on my daughter picking up the Ford and me paying remotely. The associate over the phone (a very nice female--I forgot her name) was so patient with me even though every CC I had was declined (I live in South Bend, and a fraud alert goes on if a big charge seems out of pattern). I was so embarrassed! She reassured me that I was fine, and finally, Discover went through, remotely.I have a new place when I'm out there to go to! Thank you Jeffery, and the office!

Very good clean quick service. Need rims, tires and brakes. Steve said they don't sell rims. Been going to Firestone when I was a teen. By BFF Raymond Jones worked on 71st by the IC Line when we were teenagers. Firestone has a good name. When they are staffed up they are great.

Had a great visit.. had gone to three other Firestones and the service was horrible.. want to say that the Allison took very good care of us and her customer service was beyond. Also want to know that while we were waiting for our car another gentleman came in with a tire and a spare and just wanted to tire replace and it was done immediately. I tried to get this done at the Lansing location and it took forever had to leave have to say by far best Firestone

Went to bring in a work van for 3 new tires. Told me they had an opening Thursday or Friday . I said ok Thursday. Then they tell me they need the van all day to put on 3 tires. No thanks I'll take it to the mokena firestone those guys at least know how to schedule things and do great work. I could see if I was a walk in but if I'm making an appointment there should be a time. I should have known when I walked in no one was in front and an older gentleman finally came up stuffing his face with popcorn

I left my tire there Friday morning at 8:30 am. Called three times in the afternoon between 5-7pm to check up on the status. Could not get ahold of anyone. Called Saturday morning and they say it's ready but that all of their bays are full so I would need to wait to have it installed. Terrible service. My son has an urgent doctor's appointment. I jacked up the car in their parking lot and installed it myself

I go here for my personal and corporate vehicles. No hassles, no maybes, just straight answers and solid work done. You can't go wrong dropping your car here.
