I m not actually miles morales it s just the name of my account but I went to Carzinc and bought a reliable ford focus for a nice price. Shar was the most helpful and great at getting the price in my budget. This a genuine review by the way. The fact that my account name is miles morales should prove that I m not some random bot lol. If you need an inexpensive reliable car definitely check this place out

Hi, just wanted to share my experience despite other reviews. I purchased my pre owned Nissan rogue here and I have to say it s so cute, I really love this vehicle so far. The transmission and the engine are smooth the car handles very well. I m very happy with my purchase! Tammy was my Sales Rep, she is very nice and professional. I Informed her that I was interested in a SUV and she helped me pick out the perfect vehicle. I would highly recommend CARZINK and I will definitely be purchasing from here again.

I m sad there s nothing less than 1 star.. HORRIBLE experience!!! I bought a very new looking car from them, within 2 weeks, the engine needed to be replaced.. They acted like they were trying to help me.. They delayed and lied.. Held my car for 2 months!!! And then abandoned me.. $4500 in repairs!!!! LEMONS AND SALVAGED TITLES!!!

I know the reviews arent the best but me and my family had the opposite experience. Came here about 2 weeks, we looked at a hyundai tucson 2011. Charnice, the other salesman, and the worker that got the car for us to look at were incrediblely kind. We wanted the car but wanted to get some more money for a down-payment. Sadly they did sell the suv because we waited too long. I will be back if they get another hyundai or toyota. When I do I'll leave 5 stars. My brother also bought his truck here and has had no problems. Hopefully they get something soon because I do need a car

I've been to many dealerships but I've never ever seen a dealership that cares less about their clients. An absolut neglect and lack of care. Arrogant, careless and and unpleasant sales people. I am happy I haven't bought anything from them.

Bought a cheap used work truck, I knew what I was looking for, and the issue that came with it during test drive. Under $1000 in maintenance I completed and she runs like a champ. From the test drive to the keys In my hand, I had them in under an hour, very quick service.

On Aug. 28, '23, purchased a "mechanically working" vehicle from the dealer. Had to replace the battery within the 1st week and took the car to a mechanic on Sept. 1 due to overheating. Got the car back on Sept. 5. Car was returned to the mechanic due to overheating again on Sept. 7. Got the car back on Sept. 12. Car was returned to the mechanic on Sept. 13 again for overheating. As of today Oct. 25, the car is still at the mechanic's shop. I contacted the dealer twice and got nothing but "So sorry to hear that."One would think that after paying nearly $10,000 for a used car that it would last for more than a week or the dealer would stand behind their sale.NOT CARZINC!!!Buyer beware!!!

Bought a chrysler 300, put 6000 down on the car , just for the car to start having issues a week or 2 later. I took it to the shop trying to get it repaired with the "warranty" they gave me, but the warranty didnt cover what was wrong with the car when its listed in the coverage. So now im stuck with a car not working and now have to pay 1700 out of pocket. They were good people but they need to look more into their cars before selling them.

Yeah didn t get car checked my mistake, so many issues with the car. Basically junk wouldn t go here again. Engine issues, brakes, tires and many other things wrong. They don t fix the cars up at all, profits. Why are car companies like this? So yeah it runs at first then doesn t so buyer beware! You will spend a lot of money to fix it so not worth a dime.

Sold me a broken car. I was given a two week warranty and the day after the warranty was up, the engine light came on. I took it to the mechanic and had several major issues that the mechanic said that there was no way that it was sold to me without them knowing it had as many issues as it did. Unfortunately, since it was after my warranty that I signed, they won't help me. Upsetting experience. If you buy a car from here, I'd recommend going to get the car looked at ASAP (I am a first time car buyer and learned the hard way). They seem to sell a lot of people broken cars after reading these reviews and doing what they can to temporary fix cars prior to selling. Won't ever buy from this place again.

Here's some folks in the used car business that you actually want to do business with. Not pushy and "Honest". I truly enjoyed purchasing my car from these folks. They didn't try to "sell" me a car.... But instead help me "buy" one.Thanx for the great experience.

My son recently purchased a car from here. Not only did they sell him a car with many mechanical issues, they did not do any pre-service to the vehicle. My mechanic stated that the cars oil looked as if it had never been changed and the filter was so bad that it came out in pieces. He assured me that there was no possible way that they did not know how bad of condition of the car was in. At this point we have had to put as much into the car as what it was sold for. Shame on this company!! They knowingly sold a lemon and now won t take my son s phone calls or attempt to make any of this right. This is truly a company that only care about money. Completely reminds me of the father in the movie Matilda. Shame on them!!

Unfortunately I also had a bad experience. Bought a 2008 Saturn Astra that I spent $5700 on and signed the contract with a 15 day warranty. On day 17 while driving to work the engine overheated and blew. Spent $175 to tow to my house and later another $85 to tow to the mechanic. Had to get a used engine put in that cost $2500. Spent a total of $8460 in 3 weeks of owning this car. Wish I used that money as a down payment for something more reliable and newer.

Sold us a car they said there was nothing wrong with andI asked them numerous times about the transmission, oil Etc. My son had the car for 2 months and it needed almost $3,000 worth of work. Just stopped dead. They are still refusing to take responsibility or at least help with part of the cost of the repairs. Had I not asked them numerous times, went under the hood, looked under the floor mats, made them back up the car to be sure nothing was leaking, that would be a different story. We spent a lot of time going over that car and asking questions. Inexcusable. I can't recommend this place in good conscience

Just bought a Nissan Armada at Carz Inc,We had great experience. As I walked in I was skeptical of getting the typical used car dealer lot sales person, but it turns out I never experienced any of that sales person pressure they were very friendly very helpful and honest.I would recommend a dealership the only downside is low inventory numbers but that could be a high demand and low supply at the time.

My daughter had the car for 3 months and it needed over $3,000 worth engine repair. Then on top of that, the entire truck frame clasped under the bed of the truck. Our mechanic said our daughter was luck to be alive after driving the F150 and pulling a bumper pull horse trailer. DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR. Obviously no pre-sales inspection done to the vehicle.

I have had my truck for about 9 months.They told me nothing was wrong with it multiple times. I honestly don't think they do anything to check the vehicles because honestly the truck was in horrible shape (which I didn't realize at first). I had my first problem within weeks in the form of bad brakes. They were so rusted I couldn't bleed the line. I bought new cylinders for the rear and calipers for the front. Shocks were bad too

Highly recommend. They listened to our unique needs, worked with us to find the right vehicle for the right price. They were totally transparent on the work that was done on the car to get it ready to sell to us and made sure we were informed and comfortable with the purchase. We left happy knowing we made the right choice.

Don't waste your time. Tried to give them a second chance from a poor salesperson experience last summer. CALLED earlier in the day, was told they close at 7 like the website read. Arrived at 6:02, Jethro getting in his car said "closed at six dude". CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE HRS.

Dont believe a all the written BS! On there site about quality cars this place does not perform any vehicle safety inspection before selling there vehicles to good consumers they cant they dont even have an onsight repair shop so my guess is they just hire an un certified personel to rig not repair their vehicles just to get them sold with no concern of consumer safety so my advice is buyer beware and get your vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic before you sign I am 4 months on a purchased vehicle from carz inc and im already $2120.00 in repairs will never return hope this helps before you purchase.
