This place went about and beyond. This is why I only go to plaza tire. I gotten a flat right before the rest stop in Metropiolis. i didnt have a spare and had to walk 3 miles into town. They had me on the road again within the hour. Definatley wanted to give a shout out to management for taking the time and go the extra mile.

I think the charge for plugging a tire is a little pricey but labor costs have gone up a lot in Illinois. Plaza tire found the little screw in my tire and had me on the road real fast. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable about the tires they sell.

They were busy and I was a walk-in who needed tires. They did not have the size at that location and had them brought from their Paducah location within less than 30min. Very courteous and very helpful. And I ONLY waited an hour for tire replacement and oil change. So very pleased with how I was treated and how soon they could service my car.

I recently went to plaza tire in metropolis, Illinois. I was waited on by Jason McCormick. I went in for a front end alignment. My truck was in bad need of a set of tires. Jason took a lot of time with me showing me different tire brands, brand names and what ones would be specific to my needs for my truck. Jason also advised me of some things on my truck that would need to be taken care of in the future no pressure what so ever.

I'm extremely happy with the service I received here. They've done a couple of small jobs for me before (mounting lawn tractor tires and repairing a leaking valve stem), but this time I brought in my Saturn Sky for new tires. Lifting the Sky needs to be done with special care because of the size and design of the car -- there are lots of horror stories about cracked fenders from improper lifts. I discussed the issues with Jason and he assured me that they could lift it properly. When I arrived I snapped my jacking pads in place and he put the car on a low, flat lifting platform that aligned with the frame rails and pads and was the perfect choice for lifting the Sky. The whole job was done in 45 minutes. The new tires that Jason recommended are quiet and smooth and ride and handle "like a dream." I'm also very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and will definitely come back here the next time I need tires or any of the other service jobs that they can perform.

Anytime I have been in the Metropolis Plaza tire. I have been pleased with the service. They're super friendly & helpful. & in my case they have even saved me money.

took my car in for a routine tire rotation/alignment and they quickly realized we had some bigger issues that needed to be taken care of. they were very friendly and helpful, and i will definitely be back. thank you jason for all your help!

Pretty much competitive pricing. Trust me. I check around because I m cheap. They always do a good job and I like to six months same as cash.

Great bunch, have you laughing but gets to business when it comes to your vehicle. And if there is an issue they will fill you in on the problem and will do their best to give you information on how to fix it. Well... In my case have to talk to my husband bc I know nothing.

The entire experience was a joke. They called the wrong number after I updated it so I waited an hour for their call, until calling to find out it had been done, just sitting there. I told them I was a vip member and I had a coupon. They still tried to charge the regular amount and added an extra fee that was not listed in their pricing.(I was told it was for shop towels ???) They also found some other misc. things that needed attention but didn't say what the new total would be. After finally getting a new quote it had gone from $69.99 to $311. The feel from this store is price gouging or deceptive pricing is part of their everyday routine. Similar treatment was used on my mother -in- law. She just didn't catch it until it was too late. Never let an older loved one or friend go unaccompanied. They will, in my view, 100% take advantage of any and everyone they can! We will not be using the Metropolis IL store EVER AGAIN. Please use extreme caution if you do.

It was a busy morning for flat tires. I had tried to get Britton's Truck Garage but all that guy did was Charge me $20 to put some air in my tire! Outrageous. I managed to get my car to Plaza Tire Service and they fix my flat for $26. They did a great job compared to Britton's Truck Service who is a complete rip off.

Couldn't aline car fully. Waited a full weekend for a tire to find out it was the wrong size. Just decided at that point to go somewhere else. The people were polite tho.

Needed an alignment and a couple other issues addressed. Got all work done very efficiently and I like how they can send you a whole workup including photos or video if applicable so you know it's legit.

We experienced a blowout while traveling at night, and had the vehicle towed here. I arrived the next morning right at opening, and the team here did an awesome job of assuring me that they would get me back on the road shortly. I had two new tires installed.The customer service was outstanding and their professionalism was excellent. Thanks!

I called on a Saturday at noon, store closes at 1. They got me in and on my way in less than an hour. Replaced all 4 tires and brakes that I didn't know were bad. Brad even drove to the local parts store to get the brakes so they could put them on same day! Excellent service we will be back!

Great place, honest, fair and fun. The guys that helped us had the best sense of humor. Worth a lot these days. Had car trouble ended up in Metropolis IL for the evening. First thing in the morning these great guys took care of the car quickly kindly and we were on our way. Thank you for great service at a very fair price.

I do not recommend going here unless you have a detailed knowledge of exactly what you need and want for your vehicle. Meaning, if you can fix it for yourself... do so!

My friends and I were on our way to Nashville and our brakes failed. It was an hour before they closed and bead made sure we got all fixed up with new tires, brakes and rotors and back on the road safely! He was absolutely amazing and we appreciated the amazing customer service so much!
