Nice people however probably the 2nd worst experience I've had. Ive never spent as much as I did at this place on a used tire.They forgot one of my lug nuts, so now I have to replace it myself. I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about.I checked all of my lugs, No way I'm getting thoes off by hand.This ain't hustle, it's a business. As a paying customer, I expect to do fair buissness, and not be treated like it's a street sale.Personally I won't be going back.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough for used tires! They had my tire in stock used when nowhere in Paducah did. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. The prices were also very reasonable. I will bring my business here in the future!

I had been here a couple of times before and thought they did OK and the price wasn't too extreme, Plaza Tire was cheaper but I was trying to support small business. So I thought I would let them do a rotate and balance on my company van. They had only worked on my personal van in the past, the only difference is that one has a name on it and one is plain. The last time I stopped in it was a nice day and there was only one guy in the shop. I asked for and had no issued getting a rotate and balance done and they charged me $40.00.Today I stop in and there are two guys, it's cold and standing in front of the sign that clearly says $40.00 I am told it will cost me $80.00. It is a real shame, I thought I had found my "Honest shop" So much for supporting small business. Plaza has a coupon on their website for the same service at $25.00 and if I go to Paducah Walmart charges $2.50 per tire, $10.00, Why would anyone pay these guys $80.00?Needless to say I will not be back.

Was supposed to be matching pair and ended up being 2 totally different tires and one had a huge gash in the side wall would not recommend

The small but talented crew here was more than helpful. It was almost as if they were excited that I had arrived.It has a different vibe than you would expect. Beings that the crew is limited you pull your car in a sit back and watch. Definitely an experience. I will be returning.

Extremely unprofessional. I have been a customer there for 1-2 years, and usually get charged $40 per tire (no price is EVER negotiated before they change them). This time was different. When they get done, I hand them my $40, and he asks to hold onto my Driver's License until I get him $10 more for a total of $50. Seriously? Never ran off on the dude before in my life. I will never go back again, half the time they give used tires with almost no tread anyway. Seriously, go find someone better.UPDATE: He sold me a tire that was patched on the inside on the sidewall to top it off, it popped with a ton of tread still on it, AND it was the wrong size, 215/60R16 is what he gave me when I specifically asked for 205/60R16. I would highly recommend not going here.

I called everywhere and he was the only one with my size tire. I would recommend this place to anybody. Not only were they affordable but also quick. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

After driving an hour and half on a road trip, I realized my tire pressure was low. I pulled over and found a nail in it. I Googled the nearest tire business and this came up. I stopped in while he was working on another car and he told me he would help me, it would be just a little wait. I was all patched up and driving out in less than 35 minutes. I'm so grateful. He was extremely professional, quick, and affordable.

4 used tires. Balanced. 200 bucks. Not a bad price. Got home and one was flat. Drove back from symsonia to metropolis. Went next door and waited. Spent more money second time. They said tire was good. Checked for leaks. No, leaks. Was flat again on the way home. Make it right. Third trip. I'll take this review down. Grover tire is where I was told too go. Should have listened.

Friendly helpful people. They have reasonable prices on tires. They also have a full time mechanic in staff that is very reasonable on prices and does quality work

We destroyed a tire late afternoon on July 3rd, 200 miles from home. This gentleman was open on July 4th, eager to help and to sell us a spare tire. Great service, very polite, and fair prices.

If you go there you have to watch them carefully and still they were strip out your lug nuts or not tighten them down completely the ones they didn't strip out I got six more turns on the rest of them to get them tight

Great service and the price is right needed a tire patched and when I pulled up the service technician asked me to pull in the shop and he had me back on the road in 15 minutes talk about great service!!!

Hands down the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. They don't grasp the concept of customer service. There are plenty of other places in Paducah that Are more professional and have better customer service I would never recommend this place for anyone.
