Kevin was a very nice, low key, no pressure salesman. He took the time to make sure I understood my car's systems and helped me to Bluetooth my phone to the car. Keri was very nice and understanding of how insurance pay outs work. She offered different extended coverage options for my car and explained them. All with no pressure. I really enjoyed my experience there and would recommend them to everyone.

Very friendly service, I was able to get my first appointment but required a second appointment a couple days later and now my truck is as good as new. Runs great, Chad and Dennis I believe his name was worked with me on the cost as well. Awesome, thank you to all who helped make this experience so amazing.

Linwood (including Dennis Jones) did a terrific job on my car and the final cost was so much below what I expected. I was on a road trip and my car overheated and I ended up leaving it at Linwood for service while I continued on my journey in a rental car. Linwood did many tests to determine the cause and completed the work in time for me to pickup the car on my return trip. Dennis kept me informed with the details of the repairs at every step. Highly recommended!!

Staff was the best! Our salesman was Charlie. He did a great job! Gave us a great deal on our purchase! I highly recommend the Linwood dealership. Well worth the hour drive for us. The entire staff and owner were very appreciative of our business.

Charlie has been great! Helped us get repairs that were needed on the car before signing any paperwork. Highly recommend him as a salesman. Very attentive and has checked in with me every step of the way to ensure sale and repairs went smoothly!!!

I had an issue with front end when driving on interstate at higher speeds and when crossing bridge transitions that are not smooth would get a wobble know as the death wobble by Jeep owners. This dealership got me into have in checked in a few days. Which was impressive given today s dealerships. The problem was diagnosed but they had to track down the part which took a few days but they found it and scheduled the repair around my schedule.The Jeep was repaired in what seemed like record time and these guys in the service department really know their stuff and I left very satisfied with the experience. I will go there for all service work because of my experience with this dealership.

People say dealers are the last place to go for service.They are there to take your money.But I have always been treatedlike I were the only customer in town even though most (not all) of my visits have been for warranty. They f have gone beyond their duty to make sure every thing is top notch, sometimes without charge.I recommend this dealership highly.

My visit with Linnwood has by far been the best experience when purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone I encountered was friendly, the salesman working with me was helpful and patient, there was no pressure for me to make a purchase. I felt like I was amongst friends. Thank you!

Every experience we have had with Linwood has been great We have bought 3 vehicles from Linwood and my mother even bought one. They are very fair and easy to work with. Everyone was so helpful in making sure that I could get a car that fit my needs and my budget in a timely manner after my car was totaled in a wreck. We had a great experience shopping for our new GMC Terrain. Christian was both helpful and knowledgeable, and he took the time to show us all the features of the car. He also took charge of getting the vehicle cleaned up and ready for us while we were taking care of the financials, so we wouldn't have to wait. We are very happy with the car and the overall experience

You know, car buying is usually a huge hassle. Go to Linwood, find Michael Blasdel, and allow him to guide you through the most professional, painless, and enthusiastic car buying experience you have ever enjoyed.First, Michael knew that the truck we were looking at was spoken for, and had a deposit on it. He took the time to explain that to us, and to let us know that there was still a possibility if we wanted to drive it. He was professional and courteous, and when we expressed our interest, he got our paperwork submitted in a very timely fashion. He told us it would be at least six PM before we knew if the truck was ours, and then he took the extra time to be sure he spoke to us before he left work to share the good news.The rest of the staff, from the Sales Manager to the Finance Officer, we're equally friendly and helpful. They helped me to get the best rate on a car loan I have ever had, all while making our experience top notch. They were so spot on that the truck even had a fresh oil change and a full tank of gas done THIS MORNING before we came to get it.I will do the rest of my business with Linwood Metropolis. Period.
