We use Hillebrand Automotive for our mechanical needs. Coming from a family of everything automotive (Burnham's) Mike is an excellent automotive guy. My dad has been an auto repair man for MANY years and he trusts Mike to work on his vehicles as well. Mike is kind and fair.Mike was more than generous in allowing us to use his lot on a Saturday for our kids project graduation car wash too!

best and most honest mechanic in illlinois. if i lived closer, i'd make him my go-to mechanic for all my car needs. he's really kind, knows what he's talking about, cares about his customers, and won't overcharge you for work. if you get stranded passing through, he's most definitely the first guy you wanna see - and if he can't see you, he'll recommend you to a friend! you don't see men like that every day.(don't be deceived by the one star rating; i'd give him 10 if i could, we just promised him we'd leave a lower star rating lol)

Hillebrand Automotive is a local family owned and operated automotive repair shop. You'll get nothing but honesty and quality repairs at a fair price from Mike and his merry band of mechanics, which includes Mike's son, Nate. I wouldn't even think of taking my vehicles to any other mechanic.

These guys are GREAT.My F350 broke down on my way across the country. Asked around town. EVERY person recommended Hillebrand. They were correct.Quoted $3000.00 dollars from the dealership for a broken fuel pump. HILLEBRAND took the time to diagnose it was a hidden fuel filter. My pump was not the issue. $300.00I love Hillebrand.

The nicest, most honest, mechanic I ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Car broke down in his town as I was traveling across state and I was treated like family. Truly wonderful people.

Very nice and skillful professionals! Got my truck fixed the first day it was there and the charge was on the low end of what I expected. Great experience . I highly recommend Hillebrand Automotive.

Quick and efficient. Had sheared tensioner bolt and heater core fixed and got it done sooner and cheaper than other places quoted.
