Had a taillight bulb replaced this week. I was charged 21$ for the bulb and 10$ Labor. Labor is reasonable. I bought the same number bulb at an auto parts store yesterday for 3.50. Seriously?

I ll will never go to use again after your mechanic did not know how to adjust the toes in or out correctly so I came home with the guy that runs Ford dealership had mechanic we redid them and sent it back to him. They adjusted it. He broke both adjustments to welded on the left side, driver side and replaced it with a bolt that didn t fit and busted the other side went inside and told your man at the office desk what was going on he consistently telling me we hate doing other people Repair I ve been working on my vehicles for 40 years I m almost 6 years old and your guy lied your mechanic then he came outside told me all adjust it it ll be fine she got on the ramp on 80 and made it to this 83 when her ball joint popped out and almost flipped her vehicle so I m not done with it yet. I replaced an order parts I m gonna replace them I m gonna bring you all the parts that you guys broke. You guys can deal with it.

We were on a trip from Michigan to Minnesota and developed a coolant leak about 50 miles from Peru, IL. Luckily, there was a Love's Truck stop a few miles up the road and I was able to see that the leak was coming from the weap-hole on the water pump and bought a couple of gallons of 50/50 mix to fill the coolant (w/1.5 gallons) and make it to Peru, IL where our hotel was. The next morning it was raining heavily (I considered replacing the water pump myself in the parking lot, but abandoned that idea quickly). I called at least 8 places around Peru, but no one was able to get us in ...(Friday). I ended up looking in the town of Mendota, IL since we'd be going through there and called a couple of places and even a Chevy Dealership which recommend Tire Tracks USA. I hadn't considered a tire store because I didn't think a tire store would replace a water pump. Well, I called and spoke with Lee who was able to get us in! We were so happy! He was very nice and professional and saved our bacon (from staying in the area another day). I topped off the coolant and we were on our way to Tire Tracks.....Lee greeted us with a smile and we only had to wait a few minutes (w/our dogs) in the waiting area for them to get my GMC Yukon in. We kept informed of the progress and Desmond had the GMC repaired in a couple of hours. We spoke with Desmond as we were getting into the truck to leave and he was super nice and courteous. The folks at Tire Tracks were so accommodating and courteous and professional. We were able to make it to our destination that night, albeit a few hours later. Thank you Lee and Desmond! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tire Tracks in Mendota....talk to Lee!

Tire Tracks Mendota changed oil on my Honda Civic this past Friday. As they were changing the oil they noticed the radiator is corroded and has a leak during the car inspection. Thank You Tire Tracks for giving me a heads up on this issue!!

The people that work at this Tire Tracks store really care about their customers. I appreciate their honesty and extra time in explaining the need for repairs and when to have it done. The Tire Tracks team is always helpful & quick to react. We had an issue with rodents chewing through wires. Absolutely awesome people. My vehicle broke down and i had no clu what i was going to do. They got my vehicle to the shop diagnosed the issue and had me back on the road in no time. Pricing is amazing. A shop that truly puts its customers first. If i could id give them more than 5 stars.

Dustin was great!! I had a new air filter put in, windshield wipers , alignment and two tire rods replaced. I was in and out in a decent time, He shared all details and was very kind! I have been doing business at the Mendota Tire Tracks for years. I feel taken care of every time I walk in the door, whether I'm buying a new set of tires or just getting an oil change. The staff is professional and courteous, the store front is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. Service is always done correctly and in a timely manor.

I called Tire Tracks because my teenage daughter hit a deer outside of Mendota. She was stranded there, two hours away from home and terrified. The service team at Tire Tracks got her in immediately and secured the car enough to allow her to drive back home. Thanks so much for your kind and caring service. Terrible recommend you go somewhere else. I came in for 2 new back tires. They replaced my tires and when I left they were out of balance. I took my truck back for them to balance it correctly and they put 6 weights on each side of 1 tire. They bent my rim while putting on the new tires and didn't tell me.. When I complained they said it was my problem. I had no problems prior to them working on my truck. Just wanted 2 mud tires.. Now I have to buy 2 new rims.

I was traveling from Wisconsin to St. Louis when I stopped for gas and noticed my rear right tire was very low on air. I inspected and found a screw right through the tread, allowing air to escape. I searched for tire stores around the area via Google and found three. This was at 4:00 pm on a Wednesday so I figured I d have to change the tire to my spare and wait until I got to my destination to get repairs done. I called two of the stores and they said it would be impossible to repair the tire before they closed. Tire Tracks USA picked up and said come on in, we will take care of you. 20 minutes and $25 bucks later, I m back on the road. Nothing better then good old fashioned customer service.I cannot thank this business enough for helping me out, on the fly, at store closing time. 5 stars
