Hitting a deer in the middle of the night is never a good thing, but as bad as things were, Ramer Towing has been fantastic. From when they picked up our truck to the great communication to getting back to get the rest of our stuff out, I would absolutely recommend their services.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

the lady was very friendly and patient when we ran into an issue with payment (could only do cash or credit. no debit) you arent allowed inside so just giving someone your card and let them go away with it in a building you cant go i to would probably be more sketchy if it wasnt a nice older woman. seemed slightly unorganized but still a decent place to go :)

Thank you, Ramer Towing, for rescuing me off 39 after a semi-truck s large brake pad impaled my front tire and lodged itself in my wheel well. Moore Tire in Mendota installed a new tire in less than an hour. Thank you!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The person who works in the office is VERY rude and unprofessional. When she realized she was wrong and made a mistake she hung up on us. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. When my insurance agent called to question her as well she hung up on them. Very bad experience in an already difficult situation.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

They were great very friendly and let us get things out of the car that we needed to get out .I'm really greatful that they were the one's that got my friends car instead of someone else . Thank you so much Matt and Brendan for all that you did for us. Tamer towing is the best . That includes everyone from Ramer towing

I was traveling & broke down almost 7 hours from home. My driver played taxi/tow truck & didn't move until he knew I had a room. Key in hand. They obviously care about people more than money. You just gotta meet them.

Unfortunately, for me, I've had to use Ramer's service 4-5 times, now, but... Fortunately, for me, these are the nicest people you'll ever meet in this business! Never too long of a wait for them to show and they take care in what they do. My #1 for towing.

Highly recommend! I was an accident in my moving truck, they towed the truck and gave me a ride back to their business. Had a another moving truck for me to rent and even helped me transfer ALL my belongs to the new truck. Under the circumstance, I was blessed they were the nearest towing company and willing to go the extra mile!

Can't say enough about these guys. Our minivan broke down on the interstate in sub-zero weather and the police called Ramer to come tow it. In spite of the late hour, the tow driver was kind and friendly. He even helped us unload our stuff at the hotel before he took the vehicle. Definitely above and beyond. I work for an insurance company and called to get some information on a tow bill that I received from a customer. There was very little info on the bill. I spoke to Carol, who was very rude and explained that they are very vague on their bills because they have been sued in the past. She continued to raise her voice at me when I explained to her that I needed more info in order to pay this bill. Very unprofessional!

A honest family owned company that goes the extra mile.A long story short this last winter these guys saved me from Jonny s towing and getting a $500 tow bill. They did it for alot less and helped me dispute a claim when Jinny s towing charged my card for $490 and didn t provide a service.Thanks again and hopefully I don t heed to use you for another 15years again.

Tried to call to see where to apply for a friend and what the business hours were and the lady in the office was very rude and wouldn't let me talk and kept insulting me after i told her i apologize for calling at a time she didn't appreciate apparently, i had no idea what the business hours were and still don't. I recommend looking elsewhere for a job and good customer service because it is not here.

We purchased the best lab puppy from East Lane several years ago and without a doubt, this was the best dog we ve ever had!! Perfect size and demeanor for our family. We ll be back without a doubt.

My son, an inexperienced driver was teetering over a creek on an icy winter day. Ring, ring Ramers: sorry maybe we can get there tomorrow.Also, they run Seychelles Insurance. RUN before they leave you terrified while balancing over an icy creek.Service: Special vehicle towing

Mother that takes calls can be friendly depending on her mood. Other family drivers are professional. Unfortunately my experience is you take a number and wait.

Absolute terrible service. I called in and they ended up calling me a ass hole because i said pitbulls are just a breed and any dog can be raised to be a ass. They said just like you.
