Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone take their vehicle to this dealership!!! I had my truck towed here for an insurance claim to get an estimate/quote after hitting some road debris which caused mechanical issues. Insurance wouldn't cover the repair as the dealerships quote was to replace the engine $39K. No work was done other than the inspection and this dealership charged me almost $500 for an estimate/quote which I had to pay just to get me truck back. Never in my life have I ever heard of charging for an estimate. DO NOT GO HERE!!! In addition they added extremely false information to carfax about my truck, they put on carfax that they checked the cooling system and INSTALLED NEW ENGINE how can you check the cooling system if the crankshaft pulley, serpentine belt are gone and AC compressor pulley is damaged

I worked with Duane on my purchase. He was straight forward, honest, and not pushy in anyway. He was also very accommodating to me and my husband's busy work schedules. The finance department was great as well. I had to bring my 2 year old with when signing and she got the royal treatment as well. We will continue working with this team as they have so far earned our trust.

Pat was amazing to work with! We buy all of our vehicles from this dealership and have for double digit years now. Every time the experience is top notch; the team works hard to get you the best price on the vehicle you're purchasing, the best value on the trade in and the best financing options in addition to a fair price on an extended warranty (in my case because I purchased a used vehicle). I highly recommend working with Prescott's for all your vehicle needs!

I ve been using Prescott for all my maintenance needs for about 2 years now. I recently decided it was time for an upgrade. I walked in and got the pleasure of working with Pat. I told him I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee and he walked the lot with me, we narrowed it down to three options based on what I preferred. He was very informative and not pushy about anything. I brought my Jeep in for an appraisal and they gave me more than I was expecting for a Jeep with 105,000 miles on it. Pat let me test drive the Jeep I wanted and showed me how to use all the new features. He broke down the price for me and explain everything very easily. I was able to take the Jeep I wanted for a few days before signing any papers. The purchase part was unlike any experience I ve had. Pat sent everything to the bank for me. All I had to do was sign a few papers and away I went with my new Jeep! Pat had my plates switched over and everything inside switched and placed in the same place they were in before. It was a wonderful experience and I love my new Jeep.Being a woman walking into a dealership can be frustrating, but at Prescott they treated me like a friendly neighbor. I didn t feel pressured at any point. I highly recommend asking for Pat at Prescott in Mendota if you re in the market for vehicle.

Excellent job on oil change and tire rotation and regular maintenance they don't try and push maintenance that isn't needed. Clean comfortable place to wait while vehicle is being worked on. Staff is friendly and they listen to your concerns. Great place to take your vehicle.

Johnny Ray is probably the BEST car salesman I have ever dealt with. He truly cares about his customers and wants to ensure they are taken care of. He goes out of his way to cater to your needs and wants in vehicle/deal. He's flexible on time and is an honest dude. It's hard to find honesty from salesmen while buying a car.Prescott Brothers will hands down put any other dealer to shame. They don't try to put you through some production to wear you down or attempt to put you into a bad spot on a deal. They're there to sell cars with the best possible deal, bc they don't just work on trying to just sell the car and be done with you. They want to show you they're the best and entice you to not want to shop anywhere else in the future. They make an investment in their customers.Their finance guy Chad is a cool dude, and he also is a straight shooter. Your're welcome to try other finance if you need to, but I'd suggest you let him work out a deal for you first. Just like the rest of the components of Prescott Brothers, he will take care of you.So if you're looking to buy a car, I implore you to give Prescott Brothers in Mendota your first choice. Ask for Johnny Ray!

Great dealership to work with from top to bottom!! Salesman Pat Becker treated us like family when we ordered our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. He made the whole buying experience very smooth. I just recently used their service department for some warranty issues and my service agent Kyle Wagner went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Hard to find dealerships like this anymore!! Thanks Prescott Brothers Jeep!!

Pat Becker and the team at Prescott Brothers were amazing. Pat consistently followed up on a vehicle I wanted but wan not quite ready to purchase. It ended up selling but he stayed in touch. I continued to try to find a vehicle off of a lot and had other Jeep dealerships not returning my calls or responding as vehicles I was interested in sold.In the end, I ordered exactly what I wanted from Pat at Prescott Brothers. The vehicle showed up quickly and they did a fantastic job of preparing it.Well worth the flight to Chicago and Drive to Mendota. They picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership and I was able to drive home my beautiful new vehicle.Thanks Pat and Prescott Brothers.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Prescott. My salesman was Duane, he was polite, knowledgeable and very accommodating.I was looking at a used Jeep, and made an appointment with him. He had the car pulled up, ready for my inspection. He gave me plenty of time to look it over in and out. Same thing with the test drive; absolutely no pressure from him.I bought the car and Duane and the finance staff were quick, courteous and very professional. I am extremely picky with dealerships and how they treat their customers. Duane and everyone at Prescott were amazing. Upfront with price and CarFax and the service they put into the vehicle. I was extremely satisfied. I found out as I was leaving the dealership that they were supposed to have closed two hours earlier. They never rushed me or hinted they were closing for the day. Again, top notch people. No major issues with the Jeep; been very happy with the whole experience!

I reached out about a vehicle over the weekend when the dealership was closed. Before the weekend was over, a salesman reached out to me to set up a time to look at the vehicle. I was very impressed that I did not have to wait until Monday to hear from someone. When arriving at the dealership, the vehicle was out and ready to test. The salesman Pat was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and very personable. Once the buying process started, it was seamless and very fast. Pat and everyone at Prescott Brother's were very inviting and made the process go smoothly. They helped us get the best interest rate, kept our payments where they needed to be, and gave us a fair trade in! Thanks again for the great service!

Got a new 2021 Ford F-150 through Prescott Brothers Mendota. Had some hurdles with the chip shortage but Pat saw us through everything. He listened to my must haves and wants and didn't present a vehicle to me that didn't meet what I was looking for. At no point did Pat rush us or push us into a sale. Its a breath of fresh air in today's market and is definitely buyer driven in a sellers market.First truck we looked at was on order through the Rochelle dealership. It ended up on chip shortage and got delayed. Pat was up front with communication the entire time and when the truck got delayed he put in the extra effort of really digging and finding another truck.Best part is he and the dealership didn't even include any dealer mark ups, add ons, or market price adjustment. They always put their best offer forward right off the bat.When it came time for finance Pat was a single point contact and made sure we got a good deal on that and the extended warranty.Overall, it looks like I have a dealership and a salesman I'll continue to do business with. The service was great, communication was excellent, and they were extremely professional and made sure I got what I wanted. If you're on the market for a car I recommend going to Prescott Brothers.

Great team to work with. I drove over 7 hours to purchase a specific truck they had. I was pleasantly surprised with the communication, and ease of the in and out. Pat was great to work with. Noone was pushy or tried to throw the salesman pitches my way. Appreciated the awesome customer service

Really enjoyed buying from Prescott Brothers. I didn t have to excessively haggle over price. Took truck home for a few days to give it a real test drive. Had a small issue that was costly to fix. They took care of it quickly at no expense to myself. Patrick was wonderful to work with. Could have bought a similar truck locally but decided to drive a few hours and couldn t be happier to choose them.Thank you.The 2016 Ram Ecodiesel Limited is utterly gorgeous and fills all my work needs.

Pat Becker helped us find our perfect vehicle! He was patient, polite, informative, attentive, and helpful from the start! The entire process from emailing him to buying the vehicle was smooth and fast! There was no pressure, at all! He was very easy to talk to and very realistic. The day after we bought our van a tire sensor light came on. With no complications Pat got it in and got it looked at. We thought it was fixed, but it came back on later that day. Pat went above and beyond to get the issue fixed for us without any issues! When buying a used vehicle you don't see this kind of customer service very often. Pat will definitely be the first person we go to the next time we are looking to buy a new vehicle! Definitely check Pat Becker/Prescott Brothers out if you are looking for a new vehicle! You won't be disappointed!

We had a great experience at Prescott Brothers. Everyone was very friendly; we felt no pressure from our salesman Johnny Ray, he was very accommodating and we felt like we were dealing with a good friend. Chad was also very nice, he listened to everything we had to say. We were pleased with the whole transaction from start to finish. Would definitely go back there next time we re in the market for a new vehicle, and would highly recommend Prescott Mendota to friends and family!

While traveling out of town I ended up Locking myself out of my FORD.It has a keyless pad but I didn t write the number down.I Texted Pat Becker on a Saturday explained what I needed and he promptly contacted the dealership that it came from and got the number for us.My husband had me specifically use Pat Becker to purchase a car and now I understand why.Thank you Pat!!!!

We have bought 3 vehicles from Pat Becker at Prescott Brothers in Mendota and won t go anywhere else!! This last vehicle was an unexpected purchase due to a car accident. Pat was extremely helpful finding a car in our price range and patient while we dealt with insurance and everything else. We are so thankful to have such a great dealership in our home town!! I would recommend Pat and Prescott Brothers to anyone and everyone!!

Overall fantastic experience! We primarily worked with Johnny, but the entire staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable immediately. Johnny helped us every step of the way and made the process easier than we imagined. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. Johnny was very informative and kept great communication with us over the phone for over a week.We will absolutely be returning customers.Thanks to the Prescott Brothers team we got a reliable family vehicle that is very affordable. Went there to get a truck after finding them on Cargurus.com I sent an email out and Pat Becker immediately contacted me back with details and when we could meet. Due to my work schedule and the 2 hour drive to get there they worked around it all.After arriving there I wasn t pressured into anything from start to finish. I went on the test drive took my time on it came back the loan process was fast and smooth. The final paperwork was fast and smooth the entire process from me pulling into the dealership to leaving with a new set of wheels was 1 hour and 43 minutes. That included a appraisal on my trade in which they are very lenient on also.Great group of employees, very down to earth the atmosphere in the dealership is nice. Prior to leaving I inquired about an additional vehicle. Info was gave about it and came back the following day a Saturday already had the vehicles out and ready for the test drive. Saturday took a little longer (still fast for a dealership) due to not everything being open because it was a weekend.All in all would highly recommend this dealership, very professional down to earth guys, don t pressure you to do anything, allow and show numerous various options from payments on loans, also deals to work and they WILL help you out with numbers to get you what you NEED for trade in and ultimately new vehicle. I would drive 8 hours if I ever need another vehicle. Great dealership keep it up guys!!!!thanks again.

We've purchased all of our vehicles from Prescott for years! The main reason would be Duane Staus. He's so kind, knowledgeable, helpful and actually puts customers first. We never have to dicker about cost, we get the best deal first. Jason in financing is great too! Explained things and made sure we're understood. Won't go anywhere else.

I purchased a vehicle over the phone with Pat and was very pleased with the amount of communication provided and how quickly we were able to make things happen. I received the paperwork overnight and sent back.Boom. Vehicle purchased.Would absolutely recommend Prescott Brothers and would happily do business with them again!

As a long time customer of the Jeep Grand Cherokee brand, I am delighted that I made the trip out to Mendota to Prescott Brothers for my most recent purchase. Pat Becker was truly wonderful to work with and Chad the finance manager was thorough in all the details. They didn't make me feel rushed or, even worse, spend hours in their store! It was truly a great experience and I would recommend anyone in the suburbs thinking about buying a Jeep to take the trip -it's worth it!

If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, do not overlook Prescott Brothers! I just purchased my 2nd new vehicle from Prescott Brothers in Mendota, IL last week. The first vehicle I purchased from Prescott Brothers was 22 years ago. I returned to them because I remembered the buying experience very well: absolutely no pressure to buy with an extremely knowledgeable sales team. They want to put you in the right vehicle. I worked with Pat Becker. The car that I was looking for was not in their inventory, but Pat acted quickly and found the car within a matter of a few hours. The day that I picked up my car, the process was awesome, less than an hour to complete all paperwork and be given a broad overview of the many features of my new car. Again, Prescott Brothers is a top notch business! You will not be disappointed!******************************************************************2018 Update******************************************************************In August of 2018 I returned to Prescott Brothers in search of a used RAM truck. Pat Becker assisted me in finding a vehicle that matched all of my criteria within my budget. He worked diligently, offering many options, but never with any pressure to buy. Simply an enjoyable buying experience from start to finish. (Thank You Pat!) I had a trade-in vehicle and was given a very competitive amount for it, I was very happy about that. On the day that found a used RAM that I wanted to purchase, the total time spent in the dealership was under two hours, including completing all financing paperwork. Very streamlined process. Regarding the financing, I was given an interest rate on my loan that was lower than I expected, a nice unanticipated surprise. There is a reason that Prescott Brothers is still in business after decades...no pressure sales, great service, and great prices! Don't hesitate to check them out!

We started out on our trip to Canada from southern Indiana with our ram 3500 and fifth wheel and a boat and by 9:30 started having a bad noise and lights coming on saying our 4x4 needed service and we were concerned about traveling any further so we pulled into Prescott brothers dealership and first thing in the morning they got us in to the service department right away and found our problem with the truck, everyone was very nice and even offered us a car to go get breakfast if we wanted. My husband was very impressed with there service and how nice they were.

This is our second purchase with Prescott Brothers. Pat Becker did a great job! Listened to our needs and got a tough job done! It was a smooth and quick transaction. We'll be back again! Love our 2020 Jeep Cherokee
