Fast courteous service is what l got from this fine business. Have used them in the past, and from then to now, l will say it has if anything gotten better. My cost out the door, was less than l was expecting to pay for a single tire purchased, mounted and balanced.

WOW.Had a trailer tire explode on I-39 3 miles before the Mentota Exit.Panicked as the load was time sensitive Hit the first tire shops we came to and both would not give us the time of day much less replace a tire and get us back on the road quickly.Then we found Moore Tire shop.Not only did they have the exact replacement, but they dropped what they were doing and I was in and out in 10 minutes Insane service.Even the pricing was great.I googled the tire they sold me and the internet could not beat their price .Job well done Gary.Great little business in a quaint central Illinois town.Beautiful clean showroom too.TV and coffee while you wait.Overall experience was a 10.5 stars Thanks again to the crew at Moore Tire.

I had a disappointing experience with Moore Tires. I initially went in for power steering and tire issues, which they claimed to fix for over 3 grand. However, the power steering problem persisted, and they wanted to charge an extra $2,200 for a different issue. I later found out it would only cost $650 elsewhere. Their incompetence, lack of customer care, and greed for profit over satisfaction have led me to stop bringing my family's cars to them after years of patronage.

Had new tire put on , but they said I got a free allienment check so I ask If it needed it to call me and do it, they had my vehicle in shop from 830 am to 1030am and vehicle did need allienment and by that time my son was tried of waiting and had to go to work been doing business with more tires since Jeff opened his shop and Rock Falls it's the longest it's ever taken and they didn't call me I had to call them and now I have to go back for an alignment all in all good people though first bad experience happens to the best of us but I would have liked to get everything done that I asked instead they check my air filter check my shocks and other stuff that I didn't ask to be done so the alignment didn't get done

Very helpful and patient on the phone. Knew exactly what we asked about and got our tires in and done quickly, especially during farming season, and called as soon as they were done. Reasonably priced. Thank you!

Picked up a nail in interstate travel and various members of the community directed me to Moore Tires where, just before closing, they graciously and very reasonably took care of my tire and offered me a beverage and snacks in their very clean waiting area. They were the best!

Took in a ag tire for tube n fluid. Gary told me it was water and they don't put that back in. I ask for calcium he said no but the service truck tech said they did. So then I get charged for 3 tubes, I point it out and he only removes one. So I asked again he said opps... not knowledgeable or professional. The service truck guy was great.Service: Tires

So I was traveling from Des Moines, IA to Chicagoland. I blew a tire on HY30. Spare was flat... so limped it to Moore Tires. They guys there so helpful! Tried to find a new or used tire, no luck. (Rim was still good) So they put air in my spare and changed it for me. Then did charge me anything for it! I tried to buy dinner they said no. Great people here, trustworthy, honest and most definitely care!

I needed to replace a tire for my rv, it was on a 17.5 inch rim. Moore Tires ordered the right tire for me and installed it. When they replaced the tire for me they also rotated the tires on my F350 dually, they rotate tires for free.The whole visit went very well, they are friendly and easy going. The work was done quickly.I will definitely return and highly recommend Moore Tires.Services: Tires, Tire rotations

An absolutely AMAZING EXPERIENCE!Your customer support is EXCEPTIONAL!My neice came to visit with her 3 girls and her tire blew out on I-39. I had to drive an hour and a half to get to them. Long story short...I had to go back the next morning to get the car. The extractor I purchased the night before was too small for the locked lug nut. We called your facility and they told us to come in to your facility. When we arrived we were greeted by one of your customer support and a mechanic! The mechanic offered us a couple of options. I offered to leave a credit card/driver's license or cash and both of them said they trusted me to return it! When I returned it I offered to buy them lunch and they THANKED me and declined! It was an unbelievable experience as it seems these types of things don't seem to happen anymore! Thank you very much! and I wish you the BEST!

This company is our "go to" place whenever we have tire issues. They are always so friendly & helpful. Often times, it's only a tire that needs air when I was fully expecting to need the tire repaired. They never charge us to check things out & they do it with a smile. We bought a new set of Michelins there because they stand behind their products & give the greatest service anywhere.Service: Auto tire replacement

I love coming here! The staff is great because they re always very welcoming. I usually wait with my kids. They had toys, coffee, water and snacks while we waited. I used this business before it became Moore Tires, and have had excellent service here continually. The new lobby and upgrades to the shop are very nice and professional. Came and got tires installed they never relearned the sensors so had no idea front tire was low it said rear tire checked and it was fine kept driving right front tire blew out made me buy new tire and sensors even though they had them on the wrong locations on the car i wouldnt do buisness with this place ever again then came in for tire to be replaced made an appointment and had to wait over two hours for my vehical what kind of service is this what a jokenever againService: Tires

We had unexpected tire damage on the interstate. Thankfully Moore Tire was still open. We were warmly welcomed, and the situation was quickly assessed. An affordable option was offered, and we were back on the road in about half an hour.

Had an issues with my car's steering, took it to Moore's. They diagnosed it quick and had an estimate for repairs shortly there after. They kept me informed throughout the repair process and had it done the same day without an appointment. The good tires were rotated off the front, putting the lower tread ones there.Car is front wheel drive so this isn't the best practice!Spark plugs & new wires were replaced, but the surging when the car is on didn't stop; & their report didn't mention this at all! I need an ignition coil to correct this problem.None of my tires have sensors so the Low Tire Pressure Light is on & when driving home yesterday the check engine light came on as well!Because they had to get new spark plug wires, the repairs took longer. I was there 2+ hours waiting for things to get done. Customers who were there before me had all gone, plus at least 3 more who had come in during my wait time.I am not happy with the rotation of the best tires off of the front, and the failure to address the surging problem when the car is running to me is a big red flag!!Services: Tires, Vehicle safety inspection

Excellent service. We suspected our tires were out of balance, as our car vibrated at 60 mph. The technician drove our car before and after service, he balanced all 4 tires, and now it is back to normal. Stopped in to have a noise checked, and it turned out to be a loose tire. They tightened all the lug nuts at no charge.. I was amazed that the tire don't feel off. Second time there and they were so courteous. Thank you guys... I definitely recommend them.
