Tony Milus and the rest of the staff at Mendota Ford delivered on a beautiful 2016 F-150. Tony worked hard for our business and was very courteous and had the paperwork and truck waiting for us. In and out in 15 minutes. Tony knew we were in a hurry and didn t disappoint. Very open in communications and no snakey sales tactic. Will definitely be giving him a call on our next company purchase.Thanks Tony and Mendota Ford!!

Everything started out great, prompt responses and assistance with purchasing a vehicle and living 80 miles away. 300 miles later and the rear brakes were making noise, took it to local Ford dealer and brakes and calipers were junk on a vehicle with less than 35,000 miles. Manager was unwilling to stand behind the car or cover any of the repair bill. Disappointing to say the least. Definitely got the "will never see you again" service.

Quality service from their sales people to the service mechanics. We bought my Expedition from the Schimmer company and it was brought from another store without complaint and with a smile. I've had some work done and the service manager treated me with respect and listened attentively without making me feel as if being a woman was a detriment. The work is quality and top notch.

So thankful for the entire staff at Mendota Ford. Completely went out of my way to help me with order of my new F350 and kept me updated on process at every step. Drove 90 miles to buy from them and definitely won't be my last. Thank u so much.

I enjoyed the entire experience of purchasing my first big boy car with Mendota Ford. All of the employees I met were friendly. They didn't come off as shysters like they were trying to sell me whatever I'd buy. They listened to my wants and did what they could to fulfill them. It was a very cool, memorable experience and decision to go to Mendota Ford!!

The experience working with Tony was great. He made sure we gave what was needed to make our experience great when we showed up. We had confidence that the car was the right one before even showing up because of his and EVERYONE at Mendota Ford we interacted with over the phone. Once we arrived the car was ready for a test drive, and the paper work was all ready for signing. The finance officer was kind and easy to work with. It was the best car buying experience I've had and would make the trip again (60 mins) to get my next Ford with these great people.

Still owing quite a bit more on my car than it was worth, I knew that finding a newer vehicle in my price range would be a challenge. I went to Mendota Ford after seeing a vehicle I was interested in on their website. After test driving it, falling in love, and filling out a credit application, we found out that the banks would only approve me with a much larger down payment than I wanted. I believe that anywhere else, this would have been the end of a sad story. But not here! Tony, Jeff, and Elias spent a few days searching far and wide for other options for me. They found me a much nicer car and gave me a fantastic deal on it. Throughout the whole process, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. It s clear that truly caring for their customers is their biggest priority. I LOVE my 2015 Ford Fusion and the awesome team that made it happen! I ll never car shop anywhere else!!

I purchased my fully loaded 2017 Ford Fusion there in January 2019! I had found it online the night before and knew I wanted it! My husband and I went with our own financing and it was the smoothest car purchase experience we have ever had. Tony's words were "I will be honest with you, I did not expect to sell a car in the blizzard today." We drove over an hour, in said blizzard, to get this car. The car had 8800 miles on it then, and now has close to 23k. I love this car and will keep it for a long time. In the event of another unfortunate accident that totals my car again, I will be checking out Mendota Ford first!! And when my husband decides to give up his 2010 Fusion, we will be back again! Thank you for the best car purchase experience ever!

Not only are we overjoyed with our new Edge-everything about it- but we were treated kindly, professionally, respectfully in every way. We'll definitely return to buy again if we are anywhere close to this area when it's time.

Where do I start? I was in the market for a new truck- I went to 4 different Ford dealers and my last stop was Mendota. I should have stopped here first instead of wasting my time. Jason was my salesman. His cool laid back manner made my buying an absolute breeze- and I was able to come in on a Saturday and leave that day within 4 hours with my new truck. I had originally came down to purchase a particular truck I found online but became stricken with another on the lot. This was after having Jason bring up 3 trucks in total for me to check out. He was super knowledgeable about his inventory and was able to put me in the truck that made me happy. The truck was priced SUPER competitive with the other dealers and it had less miles, more OEM accessories, and a superb detailing job on it. The truck has tow mirrors and was missing two components for one- they were able to replace one in seconds on the spot- and the other was arrived at my home at my request promptly the next day. ALL OTHER DEALERS NEED TO TAKE NOTES! Bar none- hands down- no way can this dealer be beat. All their staff were professional yet made us feel at home and just gave the vibe we were hanging with some friends. No pressure, no BS- all my vehicles to be purchased moving forward with only come from Mendota Ford. Oh PS- don t like Ford? Don t worry- they keep a nice mix of the other manufacturers in their inventory for less money than all the surrounding dealers. 100% customer for life. Worth the trip south!

Mendota Ford is one of the best dealerships I ve been to. Their salesman, Jason Hince, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and curtious through out our entire purchase process. The car was already an excellent deal, but Jason and Tony made sure they got us the best interest rate and the best price. The environment at Mendota Ford is so welcoming and easy going. They don t make you feel pressured at all, which is a nice change from other dealerships. I can t say enough great things about them! Make sure you check them out for your next car purchase, you won t be disappointed.

Nick Spolec and the entire management team at Mendota Ford did an excellent job working with me through the purchase process. My situation was unique and Nick was able to help me navigate through all the obstacles. The day I picked up the car, it had been fully detailed and was ready to go. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and genuine. I will not hesitate to come back to Mendota Ford when the time comes to replace my F-150. A fantastic dealership. Our salesman Tony was extremely helpful, answering all my questions about features on an Escape and the manager Elias was knowledgeable and helpful as well. This is the friendliest, most knowledgeable car dealer I have ever visited and they gave us a great price on a car, and a very good trade-in value on the one we brought in. No haggling, just a great value right from the start. I would recommend them to anyone and it was well worth the hour drive to work with them on my car purchase.

Mendota ford was fair. I had recently had an absolutely atrocious experience at Prescott ford in rochelle, and so I was happy to take my money up the road to a business that actually understands simple sales practices and isn't a soulless greedy company looking to ring every last dollar out of you. While schimmers was a little bit stiffer than Id like on the price tag, ultimately we arrived at a fair deal for both parties and I'm quite happy with the result. Just stay away from prescott in rochelle unless you enjoy shady car sales, mendota ford is a proper car dealer that you can count on

Great folks, awesome dealer to work with. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and honest. We drove over an hour to do buy a used truck from them and was well worth the trip. Would highly recommend working with them if you are considering a new or used vehicle.

Just bought a 2016 fusion from Tony. Great experience there. Made buying a new car easy!!! Way better dealership then the crooks who I won't name that own every dealership in Ottawa Illinois.

Appt 2 weeks in advance. On appt day told 2-3 days behind. Called 3rd day, can't work on truck until following week. As a business owner, I wouldn't make appointments I couldn't honor. Unfortunately time is money so I had to go elsewhere. In the future I won't be bringing any fleet assets here or purchasing from this site.

Ask for Tony. Period.Tony is a stand up guy who is ready to work with you on what you want and within your budget. My fianc� just purchased a car from Tony at Mendota Ford and we had a great experience. He was prompt in answering all of our questions. He even pointed out some minor cosmetic stuff that we probably would have found, but it was refreshing for a salesman to point it out instead of us find it later. I will be in the market for a car in the near future and look forward to working with Tony again.

Went in to look at a truck and with no questions asked let me drive it for the weekend. Brought it back and then drove another truck for a lengthy test drive before purchasing. Tony Milus was great. Not pushy at all. They gave me a good price on my trade. Will definitely come back again.

Purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport from Mendota Ford last week and can't express my appreciation enough to Jason and Jeff for staying late on a Saturday to make sure we were taken care of. I can say with confidence that the next time I look at vehicle they will be the first place I check. If you're looking for a vehicle give them a shot!

If you are looking for an excellent vehicle, backed by service after the sale, Tony Milus is the salesman you are looking for! Tony worked with us every step of the way to get the perfect suv. We looked at several vehicles online and discussed them with Tony, and he led us to the one we truly wanted, our new Lincoln MKX, this vehicle looks like it rolled straight off the showroom floor and Tony worked with us and even got us better financing than we had when we walked in the door. I have traveled near and far in my car buying experiences and have never met someone as helpful, courteous, and professional as Tony, I am truly impressed and you will be too! Go ahead and give Tony a call today and see what he can do for you, you will be glad you did,I know I am. We only received one key with our Lincoln, and a second key was going to cost hundreds of dollars, I contacted Tony about ordering a second key and he called back and told me they listed the second key, saving me hundreds of dollars, very honest and professional

Words cannot even begin to express the genuine kindness every single worker at Mendota Ford shows to each and every customer.A month ago, I was traveling from Milwaukee down to Litchfield, IL for my grandma's funeral. About a mile from the Mendota exit, my car broke down. Luckily, I was able to get off the interstate to the nearest McDonalds. As a 23 year old girl traveling by myself with little to no vehicle knowledge and in a place I was not familiar with, I was pretty scared.Luckily, I had grandparents about 1.5 hours away who had connections in Mendota, and that family recommended I tow my car to Mendota Ford. When I arrived, the dealership was already expecting me. They quickly examined my car and discovered I would need to replace a part and it would have to stay their overnight. They were very accommodating and let me hang out in their clean lobby while I waited a couple hours for my grandpa to drive up and get me.The lobby closed at about 6 and right before closing, a man walked in and asked if I had been helped. I explained to him I was just waiting on my ride since my car broke down on the interstate, and my grandpa should be there any minute. We struck up a conversation, and little did I know he was the owner of the dealership. He said he had daughters too, and couldn't imagine them going through what I did that day, so he offered to buy my grandpa and me dinner out of the kindness of his heart.That small act of kindness by the owner really made my pretty terrible day a day I'll always remember because of the genuine care the owner showed for every one of his customers. One of the most telling observations I made that day was actually how his employees acted when he left. They all started talking about how he is the greatest guy to work for and he truly cares about his employees. The owner leads by example and his care is something his employees pass onto to their customers every day.I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Mendota Ford, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone in the Mendota area.Once again, thanks,Danielle Krabbe

I have had my 2016 Ford Fusion in the shop 5 times in 2 months for the same problem, mind you we just bought it February. The first 3 times were at the spring valley schimmer's location and now the last 2 have been in Mendota. The first experience I have had dealing with Mendota and lets just say I wish there was no second time! I picked up my vehicle only find that the steering wheel had been damaged while in their possession and they state it was not done by them so now we have to eat the cost of repairing it! Now it is there for the 2nd time for the same problem they supposedly fixed the first time they had it for 2 weeks! How many times does a Schimmer dealership get to fix a car the right way?? I am beginning to wonder if it was sold to us with underlying problems that were already there? We have done business with Schimmers for the last 6 vehicles and do not believe we ever will be again after this whole disaster. The car is not high mileage or anything. It has now just 30,000 miles?? in the last 6 months my husband and I have spent over 70,000 in vehicles and the response we have got so far has been terrible.

Jose Godina did a great job finding me the deal of a life time on great 08 truck. He took the time to figure out what I wanted, what I needed and was able to find me the right truck for my budget. Without Jose's help I would have traveled almost 100 miles out of town to purchase a truck.
