The checkout guy was great. The order I placed online did it was ready but no where to be found. He handled it with ease and confidence. Just not sure why it was marked as ready when it wasn t.

Mon. 6-27-2022 I was in the Melrose Park, IL store getting brake lines & fittings for my TERROR of a project. MIKE was VERRY PATIENT, & helpful. There was a glitch at checkout My fault? The computer s fault? Mike s fault? WHO KNOWS Another fella had to be called for help. I had to re-enter my debit card & PIN. I SPECIFICALLY asked for proof = a receipt of cancellation as I didn t want to be double charged BOTH gents ASSURED me that I wouldn t/couldn t be double charged as the 1st sale never went through. IT DID GO THROUGH I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED NOWW I m going to have to go through 10 kinds of BS TO GET MY MONEY BACK - NEARLY $125.00 THEY BETTER MAKE IT WORTH MY WHILE

Great place to get genuine parts for your car. I couldn't find a sensor for my car anywhere and they were able to find it and special order it for me. Ask for Andres, he's the best and can find you what you need.

They were very helpful by recommending a different year Felpro gasket for my Saturn when I told them the gasket is never the right size for my year, a known issue with car diy's. He knew to offer the other year, that it is known to fit and even opened the box to make sure it fit. Great job!!!!

well let me begin with it is an outdated store where the cashier seemed bothered that I was there. there are boxes everywhere. the lights are always off for some reason. I ordered a part where I had to pay shipping... to their store. it gets worst. part was damaged because of shipping (box had a huge forklift fork hole). when I returned the part they did not refund me shipping cost saying it was store policy. well my advice to anyone going here. there are 5 other autoparts stores in that small area of north avenue go to any other one. as a ASE certified master technician I can guarantee the parts are just as good.

Dimitre Angelo you a dumb ass because he doesn't work on Saturdays and he don't even smoke. I hate liers! Smh... I always recieve excellent services from everyone in the store! They get five stars from me! The only reason you targeting him is because he is an african american who is doing something postive.

Very helpful sales people, very knowledgeable, aren't pushing to make a sale. Haven't had to make a return for a wrong part in the years I've shopped here.

Although their oil selection was a bit lacking they do have some cool promotions to help save you money and the guys at the desk hooked me up

Really poor service in Chicago also not parts in stock. Some companies forgot already about quality service. Shame on them.

The manager Xavier is a slob lazy guy ! Outside right at the entrance in his car smoking pot and can't come in to take a return because he's at lunch and the new kid who's the only employee working inside on a busy Saturday is "not allowed to do it " after 45 minutes waiting for the "manager " to come in from right outside the door, i had to wait 30 more minutes for the whole process and in the meantime the so called manager Xavier keeps using profound language just straight up cursing at the staff and the computer ...... So unprofessional, i am calling headquarters first thing Monday !!!
