This location does a great job at meeting the customer at their car as soon as you arrive. Pleasant greeting and ask what specific service is requested. They walk you towards the waiting area and open the door and advise of approximately how long it takes.They inform you of your car needs pretty quickly. I was out pretty quickly and my car was open waiting for entry. This location is one of the top services THANK YOU!!

I found this location on the Internet and a 10% coupon and I m two oil changes in with them. Every time I visit, I am welcomed by someone opening my door and escorting me to the waiting room. I always appreciate the fresh air freshener when I close out my bill. Great vibes and I highly recommend.

Just stopped here for a quick oil change, called from parking lot and the lying loser said they were backed up with about 7 cars to pull in. I went to door it's locked and no one is in there and no cars out front to pull in lol. They won't last long lol

I was told by a friend about this place and I didn t believe it because I had a couple of prior experiences at other Jiffy Lubes that were less than satisfactory. But this place is awesome - the staff is great and they are very honest and knowledgeable. They are now my go to place for car service. And I too now have told friends about them.

Fastest wiper blade replacement ever and reasonably priced.... recently went back to this location when a dummy light popped on my dash.... got an oil change, engine flush and topped off on all other fluids. All done on my lunch hour, with amazingly polite service. The staff worked hard and efficiently to make sure I got back to work in time. Will definitely be going back for necessary maintenance!!! Love this place!!

This store has a terrific staff. Frank knows my car , a SMART car, and many shops don't even know where the oil plug is. But the 1st time there they were aware of how to service it. Clean and professional. I'm a 5 year customer...

I went in for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon thinking I d have to wait a while. The staff changed oil, replaced the filter, topped off coolant, and filled tires in ten minutes flat! They were polite, knowledgeable, and didn t try to push any extra costs. We will definitely be visiting this Jiffy Lube location in the future.

The team did a great job. One of the tasks of changing the front light bulbs is very challenging on this model of car, but they did just fine. The oil was changed as were the wiper blades. They did not try to sell me on any unnessary services, which I greatly appreciated. Very pleased overall and won't hesitate to return.

The service men were all attentive, timely and educating about my vehicle without pressuring me. It was easy to ask them to do some additional services to my car. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and they helped me with all the questions I had. They were pleasant and not rude. Very patient and welcoming.I work nearby and this will be my go to Place for now.

I called ahead of time because I was curious how long it would take for an oil change. They said 10-15 minutes. I said okay, bet. Zoomed over, they got me in instantly, did my oil change in less then 8 minutes and gave me a full breakdown of what I needed for my car in the future. When it was time to check out they gave me a sweet air freshener so now my car smells good. Thanks!

I had my brakes replaced at the Melrose Park, IL location. Steve and his crew did a great job at a fair price. I was surprised to learn all of the work that they could do at their shop. They are not just an oil change shop. I've had tires replaced and rotated, brakes replaced, and oil changes done the Melrose Park Jiffy Lube. Great people and great service.

My favorite Jiffy-Lube. Especially since I got a new battery, and the place that sold it to me said I needed a new terminal, for $110. This location noticed it, and fixed it. For free. (I gave the guy who fixed it $20). Friendly people, good service, decent prices. What more do you want?

If I could give it less I would! I m not going to lie I ve been coming here for a while which is why I m disappointed. But the last time I visited was yesterday, my car was good before I went, oil was coming out from the top, a lot of oil was. I brought it in with my personal mechanic today because I thought maybe my oil pan was broken but no mechanic checked it everything was good. So oil was pouring out from the top and car was smoking a little, no clue if wrong filter was use or was not put on right. If you have a trusted mechanic I say go with him instead of here or find a better jiffy lub. I am now getting a fresh oil change from my mechanic. Other than that the workers were nice to me but something def felt off , I wish I had a picture of the oil on the ground

Jiffy Lube in Melrose Park Il serviced my car two days ago. I was given great service! Everything was explained well and in words I could understand. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. I will use them again for my next service. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

Fast and speedy service! Prices are reasonable depending on your vehicle make. I didn t spend more than 20 minutes there. I also had a coupon which helped even lower my cost which was amazing! Very happy with the service and the employees all seem very nice and welcoming.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took my car for an oil change and I don t know what they did. My oil light came on recently and my son checked it for me and there is no oil in my car. None at all. I ve been driving my car this way for over a month. Hope this doesn t mess up my car. Terrible service

They tried to up charge me for a battery change until I confronted that others had gotten the same service for less.Then one guy told me the battery had been expired because the date on there says February 2024. Turns out from a search online that that s the manufacturing date. Told the mechanic friends about it and we had a laugh over it.

They con you out your money do not go to this location charged me 398.00 for brakes. When all I wanted was my front brake pads changed. Didn't quote me a price waited till work was done and gave me a 398.00 bill. Owner called me back and said that there was nothing he can do tried to offer me a free oil change. That's nothing compared to the money I just had to spend that I didn't have. Very poor service

Had 2 cars serviced oil change for lady and next day head light . They were helpful and knowledgeable. The dealership wanted hundreds more for headlight. Good job.

Reliable service at reasonable prices. Clean waiting area with snacks and coffee. Staff members are professional and work efficiently. I ve had my oil changed, breaks replaced, and splash guard installed. Trust these guys to get it done. Bathroom is available and always clean.

I have used this particular Jiffy Lube for personal and business vehicles for the last five years. I like the personal attention and have always been treated fairly and have never felt pressured to buy anything that wasn t needed. I have worked on cars my entire life so I know when someone is trying to take advantage of someone and with them that has NEVER happened,

This Jiffy Lube location has a very professional and friendly staff and work is completed timely. The waiting room is always clean and coffee area is always stocked. I highly recommend this location.
