Check engine light came on my car and my coworkers recommended this place. In my experience from the moment I made an appointment to when I picked up my car after it was fixed; Bill (William) was professional and throughly explained what was going on, and gave me a time frame on when exactly it will be ready and it was. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for any maintenance in the future.

Worst experience ever they did work on my rear suspension when work was done vehicle was sagging take in mine vehicle was not sagging when delivered the manager (Bill-William) who seems to be racist tells me it was sagging when it came in we basically get into a argument with him telling me the work he performed had nothing to do with making the vehicle sag but all work performed was rear suspension related and therefore there is the possibility working on rear suspension could basically drop or cause sagging we were literally almost face to face going back and forth with him saying his work on vehicle has nothing to do with sagging. Never ever go there and bill- William needs better communication skills when dealing with customers note car was originally brought in for front end repair at another shop directly across the street gerber collision how convenient that rear suspension shop was directly across the street

My check engine light went on my Range Rover I just didn t want to have to be playing a guessing game of the possibility it just being a gas cap issue. And taking it to the dealership just takes to long to get into. I took it In right away to Hagen s and they found the issue. Repaired it , advised plugs needed to be changed as well and it s runs like a Champ. I have taken my vehicles to Mark Hagen for years . Hagen s you guys are awesome thank you so much!!

I took my car in here because it has been running rough and shaking constantly lately. I had a 150 union mechanic take a quick look at it to find out what was wrong. We can down to the engine mounts being cracked. The engine was rotating backwards when I put it in drive. So I decided to come here to this shop and was told the abs sensor (which wasn t on by the way) was blocking the engine code misfire from coming up. That s why it couldn t be scanned before. So they said I need to replace a whole slew of things because of this misfire or ignition coils. After everything they told me they failed to mention anything about the engine mounts being cracked and didn t find that my engine was shifting when you put it in drive.

Normally I wouldn't leave a review . But I absolutely have to . I am down here on a job and my 550 flat bed needed a oil change. I had gone to multiple places and every single place said they wouldn't touch it or didn't have the oil for the truck . I called Hagen just as a last shot and they were able to get the truck in fast and get me right out quick . Absolutely great group of people working there and I cannot thank them enough for getting me in and getting my truck serviced while I am working out of state . Thank you guys so much .

Bill at the desk is thorough and always follows through as needed and the repairs always are done on time. Hagen s prices are fair. I ll continue to bring my car and truck to Hagen s for repairs and maintenance. Bill, Markie and the folks at Hagan Automotive continue to provide excellent service. I appreciate the way they check all components of my car (brakes, tire wear, battery life, etc) every time I go in for anything, and alert me if things need attention. This way, we can address issues before they become big problems. Their attention to detail is greatly appreciated!Service: Auto maintenance

AVOID!! Give your $$ to a better business then this.Called to 9/11 to get a quote and schedule an appointment for an oil pressure switch. Was told there was open availability scheduled for 9/13 @ 9am.Not only did they not have the part for the I scheduled the service, The Front desk attendant said I couldn t expect or be guaranteed to have my vehicle back by end of day. He then raised his voice towards me saying he wouldn t take the job if I expected to have my truck back by the end of the day.I work as a flight attendant, I m scheduled to be out of the country. I don t think that it s unreasonable that a two hour job should be completed by end of business when I scheduled the service two days prior and arrived at my schedule appointment time at 9 AM. In conclusion, I would avoid this business and in area rich with other options I would say pass here and find another business to patron.

My husband and I both had exceptional experiences recently. We were able to schedule our appointments in a timely manner, able to use a loaner car, and I feel like the crew at Hagen s is honest and hardworking. Ray was a rockstar and saved us a lot of money which we are very grateful for but especially at this time of year. I felt like the pricing was fair and communication was prompt. I went to Hagen Auto to see why my vehicle was leaking oil. Not only did the manager inform us immediately of the issue, he provided photos, and let us know that the expensive repair should be covered under my warranty through Chrysler. He went so far as to call Chrysler and confirm the work was covered under warranty. If you are looking for a shop with honest, hardworking people who won't take advantage of you, I recommend Hagen Auto every time.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair

I've been here a few times within 3 years for all different issues big and small. Always found an appointment. Everyone is honest and polite. They offer a courtesy car if you need one. We were on a vacation. As soon as I left from dropping the kids off I heard my axle pop, I was scared as hell, not to mention too far from home. I ended up in motel up the street from Hagen s Automotive shop, when I tell you from the first minute Ray answered my call after pulling up & leaving my car there I knew I d be in that good of hands. Before I could go make all of the money to pay for the repair which some would ve taken advantage of me being female but no he was extremely reasonable, we were given a few loaner I would recommend anyone take their vehicle to Hagen s they will have your car in the air very quick and thank y all so much for looking out for the kids and me

Hagens automotive repair is great. I have been taking my cars there for years. Mark is always very honest with any quotes and the work is done on time. Very clean shop. Ryan also helped get in for an appt this last time and they did a great job! I recommend them to my neighbors.

Mark has an amazing shop and great guys working for him! He always takes care of my car and makes sure nothing is wrong. They fill up all fluids with the oil change and will even check tires for air, as well as any general repairs that you may need. They are honest guys and will never overcharge, and give you truthful opinions! THEY ARE NOT OUT FOR YOUR MONEY!!! I have been exclusively coming to Hagens Automotive for several years. There isn't anyone that I trust more with my vehicles than Hagen. Their quality service, reasonable price, and friendly environment are all I need to recommend Hagens everyone that needs work on their vehicles. I had an out of state inspection on a vehicle I was interested in. Within an hour the did a full inspection at a great cost! They were detailed in their review of the vehicle and told me the little things that the dealer did not so they could be fixed before I bought the vehicle. I am completely satisfied with their work and I will be using them again when I buy another vehicle. Thank you so much Mark!

I brought my car in for diagnostic work and an oil change to be done on a Wednesday evening (I had a creaking in the front right passenger side of my car). They told me I could bring it Wednesday night for Thursday work due to my work schedule. When I dropped my car off, the lady told me she d call me mid morning Thursday with an update. So on Thursday evening, I called to follow up. She explained that they got backed up and didn t even look at it. So first off, totally understandable that you get busy. Not a problem. However, give me a heads up since I m without a car during the week. So Friday comes, and they call me with a quote. I was familiar with the work that was required because I had something similar done maybe 2 years ago near where I m from. However, pricing was exponentially higher. So I called my hometown shop and they quoted me about $250 less. It s a far drive so that s why I didn t initially bring my car there in the first place. I d also like to say that I understand they have a business to run and what they want to charge is their business. So I asked that none of the repairs be done and then requested since my car had to be there all day Friday until after work, could they still change my oil? The lady said sure and I said I d be there right after work. Great! NOT. When I picked up my car and paid for everything, I got in my car and realized on my receipt it didn t list an oil change nor did the sticker on my window. So again, I call. The same lady tells me to hold on and then says yeah.... they didn t do it. So... yeah.... no worries . I was nearly speechless. I understand I chose not to go to your shop for my repairs but I did pay the diagnostic fee and I thanked her several times for her understanding and patience. They obviously just dropped the ball about the oil change and then pretended it was no big deal. Sloppy business in my opinion. Never again.

I had $2,853.33 Worth of work done on my car. My car is old and so I figured that it had to be done. I was treated like they cared about me and my car. Bill Paris offered me a loaner car so all of this work could be done. Never had that before it made the repairs on my car convenient for me also since I had to leave it over the weekend.

I brought my car into Hagen's Automotive for what I thought was a serious transmission problem. Planning for the worst, I waited for the mechanics to complete their assessment of the problem.I turns out that I needed a module which was a common failure and significantly cheaper then a new/rebuilt transmission.I just picked up the car and it drives like new.Very honest - very professional!Service: Transmission

This place is GREAT! I live in CA and was considering buying a collector car in Chicago. I was calling various shops to find one that could do a pre-purchase inspection. The owner (Mark) answered the phone at Hagen's and immediately took interest in doing the work. But, they were swamped and didn't really have time to do it today. When I explained my time crunch he made time and did the inspection. The inspection should have taken 30 minutes, but they spent about 1.5 hours with the car. They went above and beyond what they said they'd do on the phone. I commission a lot of pre-purchase inspections around the country, and these guys found small things that inspectors often miss who charge 3X as much as Hagen's charged me. Now for the kicker. I told them I wanted to pay them extra money for the extra time they took (not to mention fitting me in when they didn't really have the time). They would NOT accept any extra money from me. My only regret is that this shop isn't in my own home town because they would have all my automotive business. Bottom line, they were honest, friendly, and did quality work. What more can you ask.

I took my jeep liberty there because I had a gift certificate for a oil change. I know I had a slow oil leak and they confirmed my thoughts but I was scared it would cost an arm and a leg but after speaking with Mark he set my mind at ease. It was only the oil pressure switch. I am so glad to see the honesty and quality of work to be so close to home but even if I lived an hour away I'd still take my cars there. I am very happy with hagens and will recommend them to anyone. Not to mention I just got a nice Christmas card in the mail with $10 off my next service!!!!! Thanks again guys.
