The owner of this business owns a property on my block.Been trying to reach out over the past year since his new tenants moved in.Every time i would call they would put me on hold and/or hangup.Tenants are illegally parking their vehicles on the block where is Residential parking enforced and they don t have a sticker. They also park in the back alley overnight.Please,stop parking illegally !! I m sure Department of housing and Urban Department would love to hear about it.Bellow is attached vehicle of the tenant or tenant friend that parks non stop, illegally.

IF WE COULD GIVE ZERO STARS WE WOULD. THESE WORKERS ARE INCOMPETENT. THERE IS NEVER A TIME WE CALL AND ARE NOT PUT ON HOLD FOR 25 MINUTES. MOST DONT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH AND DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CAR PARTS OR CARS AT ALL. SEND THE WRONG PARTS THEN REFUSE YOUR RETURN. MAKES NO SENSE. HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY TREAT THERE ACCOUNTS SO BAD. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. WE WILL PASS THIS INFORMATION ALONG TO THE OTHER SHOPS WE KNOW AS WELL. BUYERS BEWARE. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A SHOP THEY WILL SET YOU BACK. GOOD LUCK

I think this is one of the best places to stop and get after market parts for cars.. super affordable prices.. and the best thing is on my way home. There is no signs outside of the bulding, but they are just on the corner of Lake and 25ht st

So called best value auto body place to get a quote on some parts for my vehicle spoke to a lady she was very rude started to ask her for other part and before can get it out she had hung up, they're so very rude and disrespectful they need to learn how to deal with customer

If I could give no stars, I would, I walked in looking for a bumper they told me to wait. I sat there for 35 minutes just to be told that they didn t have it after I called and confirm the day before to make sure they had it. Drove 20 minutes. There sat there for 35 minutes With no help and the employees have the personality of a wet mop. 0/10

I placed an order a day ago. It was voided without letting me know. I called the next day and they still don t even know if it s in stock or not transfer me between three different sales people wasting my time just rather go online and buy it from Ebay.

I walked into establishments and was instantly greeted with unwelcome looks and vibes. The place contain majority Mexican workers. They were all out of place and worked as if they worked for themself . The service was distasteful and unprofessional. Someone needs to check on their customer service here. The bosses sit around while they make their assistance do all the work they are no help. I just feel like overall the work like robots there might as well be no people here it is 4:32Pm and it is 12/14/23

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I would recommend everyone to not waste your time here unless if you want your car to look the exact same and lose your money. They ordered a wrong part for my car, it was delivered 2 days late, the driver was contacted 3 different times BEFORE he finally took the part back, then I waited 2 weeks thinking I was getting my money back, then I had to call to get my money back and they said I wasn t getting the full refund because it was over the 14 days return policy even though the driver had to be contacted 3 times to grab the partLike I said do not waste your time or money here. Nothing but disappointment and HORRIBLE customer service. A big waste of my last month trying to get my car fixed and I lost out on money

This used to be by far my favorite aftermarket parts supplier for my body shop. Now they never answer the phone, EVER!! I'm typing this no while I'm sitting on hold. I've been on hold Now for 55 minutes. Not even counting the 3 other times a I called today totaling over an additional hour!!! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Then when you do get a hold of them, you have to deal with their attitude problems and usually will get hung up on again... I try to always call best value first but this is crazy! I simply don't have time to sit on hold for hours. My shop is too busy... I guess I'll just give my money to Keystone... negative stats

We are a business and we usually try not to keep customers waiting. I called today and this is not first time, I actually am fed up with the attitudes of there employees,that I finally said I have to leave a review.They keep you on hold for a very long time and then when they do come on the line are very very rude. They act like they are above anybody that calls them. Someone at this company really should be looking into this and set some type of guidelines when talking to customers. I hope to not have to deal with these people again. If I can find another body parts store I would not call again. Not nice at all if u don t like your job don t work there then

I ve called on 04/03 at 11:00 AM. The girl answering the kept on hanging up on me.Please do not support this business!!Owner owns a home on Monticello ave and his tenants are making bunch of violations and Mohammad, the owner is ignoring.I will be reporting to Inspector general.

Very good place, excellent parts, but I went with my pregnant wife and she needed to go to the bathroom and they didn't lend it, that's in bad taste since it's a fairly big place, they should have public bathrooms for their customers

This place is not professional what so ever, their delivery system is clueless, the girls answering the phones and the owner lack communication skills! My mistake is not calling Keystone or K.S.I. Trading

If you call to get a price make sure to spend at least 15 minutes on hold. And when they do pick up they click. They re just as bad as Automart. No wonder they share the same building and same call waiting song ! Oh and I have a shop account registered there so you d think service would be faster.

TERRIBLE customer service. The owner should hire well qualified personnel. Hopefully he reads our reviews and takes action. Looks like he hires high school drop outs with no people skills. I called to get a price and when i said thank you and i looked at phone she had already ended the call. The owner should take action otherwise his business will go down the drain. OWNER hire people that like working with others. Unprofessional's POS

They sure they don t have the right parts .They give you the wrong part just to charge you the restock fees. They are making a lot of money.Not respectful , they don t respect their rolls.Be careful guys

This place is now terrible. They NEVER answer the phone and after waiting on hold for almost a half hour I was hung up on without even a word from them. Since they have moved to their now location in Melrose they are useless. Our shop used to buy from them couple of times a week. They have lost our business. I cannot stress how frustrating it is to try and contact them and you can't order on line. Wish I could give negative stars.

Terrible customer service! They are not professional at all. They have an attitude from the moment they pick up the phone. They don't know how to answer your questions professionally. And on top of that, they hang up on you. The owner should be ashamed to have that type of people working for them. Absolutely the worst experience!! Wish there was a way to give no starts at all!
