They did a great job and a very fair price. Finally a place were i didn't feel like i was being ripped off or taken advantage of. I will bring my truck there next time just not the wife's minivan. And got it done in a day or two. That was two weeks ago and van sounds and runs great

WOW!!!! WHAT AN HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY AUTO REPAIR SHOP THESE ARE VERY HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS MR GOMEZ AND HIS FAMILY ARE AMAZINGAND FRIENDLY PEOPLE MY TRAMSMISSION WAS NOT SHIFTING RIGHT AND AFTER THE DIAG FOUND MY FLUID LEVEL WAS LOW 3 QUARTS AND MY WATER PUMP WAS LEAKING ANTI FREEZE THEY PUT TRANSMISSION FLUID IN AND FOUND A SMALL LEAK THEY FIX THE LEAK FOR ONLY $50.00 AND MY TRANSMISSION HAS BEEN WORKING FINE EVER SINCE THEY GAVE A GOOD PRICE ON THE WATER PUMP WHICH I WILL GET DONE NEXT WEEK BY THEM THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUVERA CRUZ TRANSMISSIONBEST REGARDS MR RICH DService: Auto engine diagnostic

This is a father & son operation that does fast good work at great prices compared to alot of the other mechanic places around.They only do what you tell them and won't try to get you to extra work that doesn't need to be done.Price wise I was able to get a complete replacement of rear rotors and drum brakes, front rotors and brakes, both sides tie rods and ball joints for just around 1k.I was quoted by two nearby places at least 700 for both tie rods alone.Honest and great prices. That's a rare combo these days.

Even though I could not afford getting my transmission repaired at this time, they got me in the right direction. Their prices were great and they very friendly. I will recommend to anyone and will be using them for my future needs.

My Dad had his Van repaired there and we picked it up today. The father and son we're incredibly polite, professional and spent the time to explain what was wrong and how they worked to fix it. Nice to see great customer service, and be able to have peace of mind.

Before I went to Veracruz Transmission I didn't think an honest auto mechanic existed. They treat me like family. Their charges are very reasonable. My car is getting old and Omar has been taking care of it for the last four or five years. He has so much knowledge and experience. He was educated at the best automotive school in the country and it shows. He thoroughly explains what is going on with my car. I feel safer driving my car because I know a good, honest mechanic is taking care of it for me.

I've been taking my vehicles to Veracruz for several years now. They are very honest and reliable. They are willing to go the extra mile to work with you and explain what is wrong with the car and not simply charge the customer. I would highly recommend this place.

Veracruz transmission just made me a customer for life.Omar is quite possibly the best transmission and all-around mechanic in my area at this time. They went above and beyond to get our van fixed, even offering to stay late on a Saturday to get it done. We're sending our daughter there with her SUV which needs trans work! Really nice folks who were wonderful to work with.

Very nice people to work with. Have had many repairs done here. These guys won't quit working on your vehicle till you are satisfied that the problem is resolved. Even if it means that they will take a loss. That to me says allot. I highly recommend this shop.

Actually in regards to Deanna Nic review. This person had come in from another shop angry as could be you would have thought she was angry at me and I hadn't even touched her vehicle just to give you an idea of the kind of person this individual is. Anyway came to us from another local shop who changed their oil a day before. The next day there transmission fails and they felt as if the shop who changed their oil was at fault and insisted that I write on paper that they were responsible for the transmission failing so she could sue the shop or whatever. We found no physical evidance to support that the transmission was tampered with. We did a full diagnosis of the transmission and concluded there was an internal problem with trans. Customer denies repairs pickups up vehicle Friday evening and calls me early Saturday that her vehicle is fixed and wants a refund for diagnosis charges? I asked if she could provide a repair bill and bring vehicle in to verify repair. Customer says that she won't allow me to touch her vehicle again? A 300 dollar converter replacement done on a Friday evening from another shop? I'll be honest I don't regularly charge that much for diagnosis but when she called our shop really angry using profane language and expressing her disgust and interest to sue the other shop it turned me off. So it was an effort to avoid providing service to a customer who is dishonest and trying to blame a quick lube shop for her transmission failing off an oil change

So I went here told them my situation, paid 65 bucks for them to check out my vehicle and I get a call about two hours later saying that I need a whole new transmission. Ps they never dropped the oil pan!!!!Decided to pick up my vehicle and shop around and found out after going to two other mechanics after this at no I did not need a new transmission that my repairs are only $300 not for four grand. Highly advise to stay away from this location and that anyone that goes here needs to SHOP AROUND this place gives mechanics bad names!!!!!!

I've been to Veracruz Transmission several times in past years for different issues, and they have been friendly, knowledgeable and fair every time. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable shop.

These guys are great. They found me great used transmission. Installed it in no time. I wouldnt trust anyone else for the work after meeting these guys.Thanks omar.

Nice family owned business and the quote on my transmission was very reasonable. My sister in law had another quote on her van that was twice as much.

This place is the best I couldn't believe the price for what they did they replaced my transmission and swapped it for another one that I had for very cheap and they saved me a ton of money they did amazing job the cars driving really good I couldn't be happier thank you Omar and the rest of the crew for helping me out and how fast you guys got this done was unbelievable
