SBrothers are great! I ve been there twice and both times they really took great care of me and the car. I had a few questions and they respectfully answered all of them . I am recommending them to all my friends!

UPDATE 04-13-24: Just got done changing my oil myself and I now know they did NOT change my oil...My oil was pitch black and the filter was full of black gunk...I effectively paid them over $80 to fiddle around for a bit...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!Also you may see that they responded to me and told me to email someone. Never responded. CROOKS...Charged me over $80 For oil and filter that cost $38... 220% mark-up... I didn't know this until they had me in the bay and doing the change....

Amazing prices, amazing workers. I have my military patches in my vehicle. One of the workers recognised it and asked me if I was a veteran and got me a military discount. It s nice to be treated well here as a veteran and customer. Thanks for the hard work and appreciation fellas

This is my new go-to oild change spot ! Really nice crew. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. They even replaced my wheel air caps without me asking. You stay in your car the whole time where they communicate with you and answer all your questions and take payment from as well. Highly recommend these guys.

Strickland Brothers in my opinion is the best quick oil change in McHenry County. I have been using this location for years and when Strickland took over I hoped it was as good. To my surprise, it s faster than ever. Great team! Thank you.

Best place to get an oil change, hands down. Great people that are professional and efficient. They show you everything so you can make a decision on air filters, lights, wipers and any extras your car may need.

Great team work, provided oil & air filter recommendation's & options. Top the engine fluids off, air in tires and lights checked. They are definitely a fine oiled machine . Thank you Strickland Brothers for a quick and easy experience!!! And bonus as a first responder I was offered a discount.

10/10! Can t recommend this place enough. The guys that work here are so nice and took the time to show me the state of my air filters and my oil level. They let me know everything they were doing and I was very happy leaving! Definitely will be coming back!!

Had a good experience at this location. They technicians were friendly and quick. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need. They even took the time to remove a previous sticker from my windshield that left a residue. They clean off the residue and put on a new sticker. I will be back.

Had an oil change on my 2019 Nissan Murano. The technician put the wrong filter and seal on my car. Over the course of the next few weeks, the oil leaked out. My car had to be towed to a Nissan dealership. Nissan service representative told me that because wrong part was put on my car, the engine sustained significant damage. The Nissan rep told me that he was 100% certain that the cause of the engine damage was the wrong part and the subsequent oil leak, which caused engine damage due to lack of lubrication. The Nissan rep recommended a complere long engine replacement, cost $14,563.00. This is what I have to pay for Strickland Brothers' mistake.

Absolutely fantastic experience every visit. I especially like that you don t have to get out of the car. The explanation of each service is so helpful when you know nothing about cars. Filter checks are always helpful. Took care of me 20 minutes before closing when I was turned away at a competitor 40 minutes before they closed. I rolled in on empty and ten minutes later I was rolling out, didn't even have to get out of my car. Standard oil change and filled my tires and fluids. Super friendly service and fair prices. Nice to meet you guys!

I've been coming to the McHenry Strickland Brothers to get my oil changed for years, and have always had a wonderful experience! These guys are efficient, thorough, clean, friendly, and really take the time to listen to concerns and give thoughtful explanation as to what is being done. They've guided me in the right direction multiple times when it comes to vehicle issues beyond their service menu, including an engine recall I'm dealing with. Robert specifically went above and beyond to provide additional documentation and advice to help with this process. An all-around great business!

All 3 of the guys were so polite! Robert was the guy who I communicated with the most. He's very informative, easy going, he told me everything they were doing.He even washed my front & back window, checked my back windshield wiper, and both wipers on the front. He checked the air pressure on all 4 tires. I will definitely be going back for my oil changes!!

New in the area and needed a oil change this place was recommended. So I had to check the reviews and seen a lot of great results. So I went today and was very impressed to see how well ran it was and the shop it self was clean. Everyone i encountered was very professional and Respectful. The manager was training a new guy and was very thorough with him and teaching the right way so that was nice to see as well. Great place!!!
