Yes, I took my truck in never had a leak. Now it leaks oil, gas. And won't shift into park. After I went to them. BAD place to go!! I will never go to them again!!!! Sorry but I had to give them a star. I won't do that again!

I moved here in May, from California and today was the first time I needed any sort of car service in Illinois. The guys working at Jiffy Lube are hands down some of the kindest, most knowledgeable people around! Straight forward, professional, approachable and patient. They even entertained me asking them a bazillion questions about where to go eat, what places to explore, etc- they went above and beyond what their services are and I am beyond thankful to have been left in the hands of experts. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for fast, reliable service, from people who care! Thank you again, guys! I'll see you at my next service!!

I've never written a Google review, but this place is honestly great enough to warrant it. Fast, expedient service where, if you listen, things are clearly explained- What the mechanics are currently working on and how. I always enter any mechanic's shop with a few drops of dread of not knowing what I'm doing overmuch- But this Jiffy Lube has never done me wrong.

Great and quick experience, Glad i got to meet the man working that shift named william, i believe he said he was manger or something along the lines but he helped me out quick, knew what he was doing, and even taught me some stuff i didnt know. 5 Stars for sure.

Fast, effecient, friendly service. All staff is knowledgeable and let me know about any service that was needed and the reason why it's needed. Also coupons offered online to help save some extra money.

One of the employees broke my dipstick off into the engine and now I have to have my oil emptied and the dipstick fished out. Was told a representative would call, they did indeed call but I missed the call and the person did not answer any of my follow up calls. Since they no longer carry my size of dipstick in most stores I have to special order it from a dealer. On top of having to pay for someone to fish their mistake out of my engine. I'm not happy about the situation but the employees I did have contact with were polite so besides this their customer service at the oil change was at least good.

I believe the Jiffy Lube I went to today is under new management. The prior management was good. The new management is excellent!! The crew is doing a great job!!

Fast, friendly and professional. Anthony honored the "top off" program we signed up for. In and out in 10 mins and it didnt cost a penny, without an appointment .

Consistently great service in McHenry. Whether I show up at closing time on a Saturday night, or any other time, the team gladly takes me in to service my vehicle. My wife receives the same top notch treatment.

Tatiana, Paul, and Kainan were very nice, efficient workers. They did such a great job taking care of my vehicle today and helped with recommendations for particular repairs with solid suggestions. They were smooth, had a good system going, and I was in and out in no time. I'll most certainly be returning. Did the full service oil change. The wipers were in bad shape and they did not even look at them. Tire pressure was low before and after I left the store. Filled them myself. I really like this location and everyone who works here. The only thing that made me a little disappointed was that my engine was squeaking one day and I asked them about it and they told me that it was my serpentine belt that needed to be replaced, but they didn t offer to do that service or say that they had it available even though I later found out that it is a service they provide because it s on one of the posters in the bay area. So I ended up going somewhere else to have that done- but other than that I come here pretty frequently for oil changes and air in my tires and pretty much anything and they are very helpful, very fast and very friendly. Tee, Kainan and Pauly were great. I bring my company truck here monthly or so for oil changes (yes, i drive that much) . They always offer a good laugh and get the job done quick, clean and professionally.

Couldn t have had a better experience! Will and team were above and beyond! I ve never taken my Vw Tiguan to anywhere but Vw, so when Will told me I got a different oil than what Vw said I was cautious-until calling Vw and them stating that jiffy lube was right! This place needs to be closed. Oil changes used to take 20 minutes. Last 3 times it's been over an hour. Today I waited 10 minutes, there was only 1 car in the bays and the employee looked out the window and saw me waiting. After 10 minutes of waiting I left, looking in the guy was on his phone leaning on the car. It's a fleet vehicle so I still have to use Jiffy Lube but not this location. Not to mention the receipts show they have rotated the tires, and they have never done that. They claimed they didn't have the tool. It's the absolute worst. Go to a different location, that treats the customers correctly and is does honest work for what your paying.Service: Oil change

UPDATE! Spoke with District Mgr from Jiffy Lube and after a pleasant conversation he refunded $50 off my bill! Thank You! Now that's great customer service! I'll be going back!Out of convenience I agreed to the price starting at $99.95 for a synthetic oil change. Came back with a $10.00 off coupon a couple hours later, which the manager refused to honor! Took my other vehicle to Woodmans in Lakewood for the same synthetic oil change $48.99 less $10.00 coupon!!! NEVER AGAIN JIFFY SCREW LUBE!!! LESSON LEARNED!!!Service: Oil change

Omgosh! This place has always been good to me but now they have Tatina!! She is a rock star. She kept me informed and knew all the ins and outs. Matthew pulled the car in for my kid and he was very polite. Came by for wiper blades and bulbs for my license plate. Pulled in. They didn t even have me get out of the car. Changed everything quick and seamless. Super friendly and easy going staff. Will definitely be coming back! Totally made my morning!

Great service! They were very thorough in explaining all of the steps they were doing and everything the service included. They gave me additional information that was specific to my car. They were honest about the things my car could wait to get changed, so it felt like they cared more about offering a good service versus taking advantage. Would highly recommend!

So after an employee died they still have customers pulling in their own cars?!? I ve never once sat in my car while getting my oil changed. This is so unsafe. They didn t check anything but the oil. Didn t vacuum the car. What am I paying for?!? Never coming here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However I was not able to get the oil change I wanted as they were out of that particular oil. I asked if they could grease the ball joints, a service they offer. I was told they couldn't as they didn't have grease or a tool. They said it was on order for a year. They also stated they were constantly running out of oil, filters, etc., supplies limited by the coprate office. I will not use Jiffy Lube again.
