Crash Champions are great all over, not only do they do great work but they keep up to date with the best equipment to get the job done right and up to par with manufacturers specs. If your vehicles needs body work done they ll get you your car back looking like the day it was purchased.

Very happy with everything Adam s has ever taken care of for me. I have an irrational love of my cars, and while they may call me a weirdo when I leave, they are always nice to my face! Not a very good experience, will never use them again.After picking up our vehicle, there were a number of issues still wrong. The new bumper had scratches, overspray down the entire passenger side of the vehicle, drips and rough edges clear coated over, and they replaced the front fender with a non oem one that had defects in it that could clearly be seen.After taking the vehicle back a few times, the same issues were not fixed. The vehicle still isn t fixed, I have been waiting for them to return my calls and gave up months ago.

Repairs done looked really well done. Got my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time. Haven't had any issues with any of the work done since the repair.

They repair my vehicle after I hit a deer and as far as the body of the vehicle it looks okay but my biggest issue is I have no idea what headlight housing they used to replace my old one but they jerry rigged my headlight wiring to make it work when the old headlight housing was a very simple 1/4 turn lock of the bulb hold now my bulb holder is a spring pin the hooks under a screwed in holder when I asked about they said there was nothing they could do because they had to do that to make it work with this housing that they replaced I won't go back to them and I dont recommend you use them, find another body shop that will actually listen to your concerns and not just tell you, that's just how it is,

Three strikes and you're out in my book. I had a little right front damage done in an accident. Right corner of hood bent down, fender needed to be body worked and a bumper cover replaced. Everyone was very pleasant and the process was efficient. I was notified when the vehicle was done. I went to pick it up and from 10' I instantly noticed something very minor but very obvious. The hood seal was on backwards and not only did it not sit flush it is cut in a way where it protrudes a good 3/8" at the corners. I just chalked that up to letting an apprentice throw it back together (Who really wants to do reassembly?), no biggie and I was just going to take it home and fix it myself.. Then I saw a bumper to body panel alignment issue at the right fender to bumper cover at the corner. The panel wasn't even close but again, things happen and it was just a minor alignment issue.. At that point I advised the person who brought the car out I'd like to leave it to have those things resolved. There was no argument and he was apologetic. I know these things happen, although a final inspection should have caught both of these things. I hadn't returned my rental yet so it was only time lost. To be clear, the quality of the paint and body work done to fender/hood were perfect, no complaints at all. I was advised on Monday that the cover had been adjusted and seal reversed. I arrive and yep, perfect! I then take the rental back and head home. Later on I popped the hood just to look over everything a bit more. That is when I saw strike 3. When they had to body work the corner of the hood they had to fold it back up. In doing so they did some minor paint damage to both the pinch weld area and the surrounding area. And more than likely during impact the one piece chipped off. They had to know there would be some damage done here and given bare metal was left exposed (partially during the repair) this was going to be a corrosion issue in Illinois. I have no doubt this would have been fixed and done properly had I bought it back again but I certainly didn't have time to get another rental and head back there. This was strike 3 to me and is what is prompting this review. Given the quality of the work I see I know they do good work but this lack of attention to detail on 3 different occasions prompted this review. I did go back and forth on not saying anything but none of these 3 items were easy to miss and given I've done my fair share of body work there is no doubt in my mind they know when they folded that hood back up while body working they were going to have to inspect the underside right there as well as the paint would more than likely be damaged when it was folder under originally and then hammered back during the repair. I have attached a pic of the paint damage left untouched and bare metal exposed post repair. I would not say this is a bad body shop, I would just say they weren't paying attention to detail during the period they performed my repaia. Based on other reviews this may be an anomaly but make sure to inspect the repair thoroughly before leaving. A car cannot leave a shop like this IMO.Service: Body & Trim

I've rented multiple vehicles from Hertz through this location and let me tell you they have the best service in the industry. Stacy has always been extremely helpful for me and my father when renting cars for hockey tournaments. I've never used them for auto body but I would highly recommend their service from what I've heard. They will be my next choice if I have any auto body issues. Thanks

If I could rate this place an 11/10 I would. Andrew was the guy who helped me out the most and he s a God among men and got me my car back looking brand new. Everyone there was very friendly and communicative throughout the entirety of the repair process. Hopefully I never get in another car accident but if I do, I will not hesitate to come back here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had over 140 hail hits, some small some larger! I was told 3 days and that is what it was! Worked perfectly with my insurance company I had to do nothing but drop off the vehicle and pick it up! Had to bring my car back 6 times! No quality control. There was a rattling sound from a heat shield and they told me it was the license plate. I will never use these guys again. They left the inside of the car trashed I had to clean it.

My 2017 Wrangler was hit very hard in an accident and Adams has been extremely dedicated to repairing it. Matt has kept me informed of the repairs and time frame. It had to go back for more work, but Adams is on top of things and I have no doubt she'll come out "as good as new". Adams did a great job with my F150 after having a front end collision and thought my truck was totaled.It was right in the edge to be trashed but Adams said they could fix her up add new. They did a fantastic job and brought her back to life. The truck runs great and straight. They even did a few adjustments that I felt to be done without any pushback. I wanted a place that could hand larger vehicles and they can from the frame to the paint job Adams did a great job. Thank You so much guys. If you need help go talk to Dave and he will walk you through the process. Also feel free to go see them any time and the guys working on your truck will show you how things look. Great place.

The workmanship is top notch! No problems. The staff is also super friendly. My only reason for the minus one star is they might have overbooked their business and had to delay my repair for a week and then the 10 day repair turned out to be 3 weeks but again not completely their fault as parts are hard to get during the pandemic. Lastly a part I asked to be replaced, that I supplied was lost accidentally so even though they promised to order another one and install it when it arrives, I left without it for now. Again these are minor but that's why 4 stars instead of 5 because there's always room for perfection. I was a little shocked that during the most contagious time of Covid, not one staff member or customer was wearing a mask......I'm not making it political but the day I picked up my car my child was ill with Covid and yes I was wearing my mask so I wouldn't accidentally spread it to anyone else Incase I happened to have it...... thankfully I did not. Great work and very pleased with all that said.

Had a minor collision and located this shop on Allstate Good Hands Repair Network when starting a claim. Looked at the google reviews, and they were all spot on. Adams Auto Body was easy to work with and kept me updated on all the repairs and issues with why it was taking long. From light buffing to cleaning up a deer smash. What can I say. I've driven past this place over and over for decades and have never needed their services.At first I didn't really know but I tried my luck and indeed they are great!!! They even help out with previous issues like scratches and other stuff as a complimentary service. I would recommend them to anyone that needs body work and repairs. Their notice and attention to detail is fabulous too!It was the first deer hit incident they fixed and then a second deer came out and struck the same spot and they were able to fix it as well. Now I can look at my vehicle and I honestly cannot figure out where the damage was previously. It's as if it's a new car!Matt over there is a great employee! If anyone needs work in the area on their vehicle he's the man to talk to. At adam's auto body they really take care of you. Glad to have them in the community!

Not just an auto body shop! I took my car here to get new brakes. The pricing was less expensive than other shops and Adam and his guys did an amazing job. **Added Bonus** when i got my car back it looked brand new. They detailed the car inside and out.
