My wife and I have been looking for a used car for our teenage daughter and our experience at Castle was second to none. From the time we reached out via email, to two hours later when our daughter drove the car off the lot, the process was seamless, transparent and quick. Matt Knudson made the process enjoyable and was really great to work with, as was the finance manager, Noah Cherry and the sales manager, Jerry Spanier. One of the best auto transactions I ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Hi. I'm Varadhan Srinivasan . My wife Ms. Komalavalli and me were browsing the web to find out better options to buy a suitable minivan for our family. I got a link to Castle Kia thru True Cars and I raised a request to buy Kia Sorento PHEV. Soon after that, I received a call from Castle Kia, which I thought to be a usual sales call. But to our surprise that call turned out to be a surprise. Our experience was flawless from the moment we walked in until we drove our new car back home. We traded in our old car and leased a hybrid Kia Sorento from them. They met our budgetary needs and provided us with the best. Nolan and Jordan deserves special recognition for their attentive guidance and patience in responding to all of our inquiries. Nolan sets an example of a true customer oriented salesman. We wish all the good ones in his future endeavors.

Lot always looks nice with 2024 models available. Service department very quick, with impeccable turnaround.However, we question why the tech returned the new 2023 Hybrid Sportage with the window completely rolled down in the middle of winter. Shrug

My wife and I had the pleasure of financing a vehicle from this dealership. We communicated with the staff via email and text which was great. They were responsive and provided a great deal of information to us. This made our car search very straightforward. Fortunately, they allowed us to complete the credit check and some other steps remotely. Once we arrived to the dealership, we essentially signed paperwork and they honored the deal which we initially agreed upon. It was seamless and the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

My husband and I bought a Tesla here yesterday & we had a great experience. Nate sold us the car and Noah assisted us in finance. Both guys were able to answer all our questions. We had to wait for the car to be detailed because they got the car less than 24 hours prior which was fine because they have all the snacks. While waiting, both guys checked on us and made sure we didn t need anything. We would most definitely go back!

I just bought my first ever brand new Kia and I was blown away by the entire ease of the process here. I had the pleasure of working with Max and he was very attentive to all of my questions, took the time to explain and show me the car and never pushed me into something that I was not looking for. Great salesman. I have walked out of so many dealers that I would have bought a car just because of the attitude and demeanor of a salesman. I highly recommend working with Max if you go here!

OMG, what an exhilarating experience! I'm not exaggerating at all. We leased a Kia Sorento hybrid from them, trading our previous car and right from the moment we entered, till we drove back home, the process was smooth as cream. We really enjoyed the shopping and buying experience at Castle KIA. We had a big long checklist of vehicle features that we wanted. Jared Fitzsimons our sales associate took the time to verify every feature, and explain how they worked to fit our need. Jared Fitzsimons also worked diligently with us on pricing to make the deal possible for us, and keep us within our budget. There were a lot of special dealership add-on options that Castle KIA made available to us such as the interior and exterior finish protection, Rustproofing, and various extended service plans. Castle KIA cares about your whole ownership experience, not just an out-the-door sale. I am happy that we decided to make our new vehicle purchase here. We got a 2023 KIA Sportage. We love this SUV. especially the all wheel drive. And it's very classy in the Sapphire Blue color. If you are very picky about the next new car you want to buy I recommend a trip to Castle KIA in McHenry Illinois, and be sure to ask for Jared Fitzsimons!

Nate was wonderful! He didn t push, was happy to answer any of our questions and made things SUPER easy. I cannot thank him enough for a wonderful buying experience. Ivan in finance was also great. He explained things thoroughly, didn t make me feel silly for asking questions. He was happy to give different variations on warranties and answer all our questions. If you re looking for a new car this is the place to go!!

This is the easiest five star I have ever given for any service, wish there was a 10 star option. George Zakrzewski was my salesman, I called at nine in the morning on a Saturday, I didn t have an appointment, said I was coming in to look at a vehicle that I ended up buying and even though he had a busy day ( He was balancing 2 other customers and me as a walk in) he made time and took care of me. His manager Jordan was just as accommodating. Highly recommend Castle Kia and the Kia K5 GT Line I purchased

Working with Castle Kia was a piece of cake. When I spoke with the GM, he assured me that they will honor the website listed sale price on the new 2024 Kia Forte GT that I had inquired about. The Salesperson, Max, and the Sales Manager, Jordan, were great to work with. They answered all my questions and took the time to go over the "Technical" issues that I had with the Navigation system and setting up my phone . They also took care of hooking me up with the Kia programs.

Went to Castle to inquire about Kia hybrid SUV. The entire staff was absolutely amazing!!! No pressure atmosphere and they were consultative rather than pushy to understand my vehicle needs. I asked a lot of questions and they were patient and helpful! Highly recommend this dealership as they carry many makes and models and most of all, pleasure to work with! I absolutely love my new Sorento!

We had a wonderful experience buying my daughters 1st car here. The salesman Ed Chambers was awesome! He worked with us and presented the car the classic old school way by walking my daughter through the various features of the car and options it cane with. He was not hurried with us and we felt no sales pressure. He is an honest and good guy that really enjoys the interaction and providing a good sales experience. That was priceless to me knowing how some other dealerships can play games. I wanted it to be a great experience for my daughter and it couldn t be better!Ed spent some special time with us after the car sale was completed and my daughter and I drove away both knowing we got a great deal and from a really great person who made it special for us. Thank you Mr. Ed Chambers for providing such a great experience my daughter and I will always look back on with 100% positive memories of.

I went in on a 'fact finding mission' and never intended to buy that day, but the staff was great especially our sales rep Max! Jordan and Jason from finance were very helpful and made what's usually an uncomfortable process into an easy time. Love the 2022 Subaru Outback we bought from them and look forward to bringing more of my business to Castle.

I am SO glad I brought my Kia to Castle for an engine recall issue after being failed by the dealership where I'd originally purchased it. Matt Garcia was my go-to service advisor from the beginning, and he was very thoughtful and professional in his communications throughout. He listened, explained what was truly going on inside the engine in a way I could understand, and ultimately advocated for me- resulting in the best possible outcome for my vehicle. I am grateful and relieved! When it comes time to buy another car, Castle will be my dealership! My parents have also been leasing here for years, and have always had a wonderful experience.
