Really friendly staff. Everybody is very very helpful. I am highly recommending this to my family, friends, neighbors and coworkers. I m at Sebastian who is the general sales manager and he watched over every step of the process.

Management staff is amazing. Ryan helped me out every time. He is always so helpful. It s a pleasure going to a car dealership and not being jerked around. Sebastian the GSM will do anything and everything to make sure my experience is flawless. Andrew is the best at getting me the lowest rates on all of my loans. Have bought several cars from them and will continue to do so.

Just purchased a truck from Anthony G. He had everything all set up and ready when we got there. The truck was upfront as scheduled. He worked with us to get the best offer for our trade in and the best deal on the new truck. The process was easy and efficient. Anthony G was very knowledgeable. Just had a wonderful experience at Castle Auto Group! We traded in our truck for a used diesel truck. Anthony G was amazing. When we first arrived we noticed someone looking at the truck we drove to see and where expecting a disappointment, however when we got closer we clearly saw that Anthony had a sign on the car that it was reserved for us. As soon as we stepped out we were greeted by a professionalism and throughout the process we were treated with the utmost respect. Anthony G took care of us and made sure we were comfortable. He went above and beyond. Was not pushy in any way shape or form. I would highly recommend Anthony and Castle to everyone. It was great experience.

I purchased a 2024 Silverado RST from Castle. I was impressed with their honesty. They addressed my questions with truth. I'm also happy with the service after the sale. It is also nice to see that this dealership has American Values and they care about the people in the surrounding communities. Mike Gonzalez (Sales Consultant) is extremely knowledgeable of the product line. I recommend working with him. The management staff that supports Mike are veterans in the car business and they value every customer that walks in the door. Really nice guys. Shout out to the owner thank you for being a real dealership.

I am 21 getting my first new car. I was worried about the whole process of going to a dealership and trying to find the best deal. I went to a different Chevy dealership and they weren't willing to match the out the door price Castle gave us for the exact same car. We came to castle later that day and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was super helpful. The General Manager Mike F. made everything simple and stress free. My car salesman Henry was really great and helped me with all of my questions. They made the car buying process easy and exciting. I can't recommend Castle Chevy enough!!

I came in to buy a car, had no idea what I wanted but I had a budget and wanted something pretty and new- and George zakrzewski took amazing care of me. I came in a few minutes before they closed unknowingly and he still took his time with me and found me a great brand new car. Highly recommend George. He was the best

Met Pete Clifford at the grocery store, and started talking. I noticed his shirt, they said Castle, and informed him that's where we bought our car. He immediately gave me his contact information for personalized, 1:1 service. That is truly going above and beyond! Thanks Pete! We will be back for our next vehicle.

I recently went here in hopes of finding a car for my future self. The questions that I got answered and the help I received from Dante A really made me set on a few options that I am going to decide on when i m financially ready. I really appreciated the space that he allowed and the politeness from him. I would reccomend him if you decide to stop by!

Joe Collins was great as my service advisor. I was not happy when I got my truck back after my repairs were completed. The repairs were done fine. No complaints there. The following was done by a technician or porter? My radio station was changed & volume cranked up. My drivers seat was adjusted to someone's else & not returned were I had it set. My info center screen & language was change to Spanish, & not returned to English.

Justin was absolutely wonderful when I purchased my Colorado earlier this week! He made the process so much easier, and was there every step of the way! He made sure I had all of information I needed before making a purchase, ans continued to check on me during and after the purchase! He truly cared and he's definitely one of the best salesmen out there!

I set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle with the expectation of purchasing it. I arrived for my appointment (an hour drive) to find that they were finalizing selling the same vehicle to somebody else.They attempted to sell me another, different vehicle. They were only willing to move 1% on the price ($100 on a $10000 purchase). I left without purchasing and drove another hour home. Altogether this business wasted 4+ hours of my time and I have nothing to show for it except a comment from the manager: that s just how it is .If you value your time and you value honesty, then stay away from Castle Automative group (listed under several business names for each car brand).

This dealership was great! It was my daughter's first new car and they gave her a lower price than a dealership close to where we live. Henry was great and very patient with all our questions. We would recommend to family and friends to buy from Castle!

*CAUTION* experience with the Castle Chevy in McHenry was awful. Was shocked in the way they conducted business. I am sure everyone agrees that going to a dealership is never a good experience for anyone trying to buy a vehicle and this was lower than expected. I was not being unrealistic about what my expectation was when asked multiple times by manager. However my experience ended in walking out because I felt they were not to be trusted and the manager literally bet me (a truck tank of gas) that I would not have another dealership meet our expectations and I would be back within 48 hours. We never returned because (less than 48 hours) the next dealership we went to met our expectations and it was a pleasant experience. I would never go back to Castle Chevy in McHenry, horrible experience. Avoid them at all costs and research prior to any dealership visit.

Jovani was a great person.Very professional and understanding.I Just really hate how they post up on On Facebook marketplace thinking it's a private seller so you think you don't have to pay any taxes and fees.Excited about picking up the car you like and then BOOM TAXES FEES that add up to $1500 more than the car was posted for.When you had the exact amount on the posting!.They barely even work with you on the price .

Spent the morning with Jovani and just signed on a new Trax, so excited for it to come in! Jovani did amazing job answering our questions, walking us through different options, and getting us out in under 2 hours from start to finish including a great test drive.
