I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have always enjoy the service there and will continue going there. David Longhurst has always been courtesy and informative. There is a new guy that greet me as soon as i drove up. He was very polite and informative to directing where and who will help me. I would highly recommend them as i do always.

Update -Called to get serial number off the engine so we can contact GM directly since there should be a generic 3 year warranty on a new engine and I guess Castle doesn t want to put anymore work into it. They are saying you can t read it so they aren t giving it to us. Shady stuff seeing how when we brought the car somewhere in Woodstock first they mentioned they though the number looked scrapped off and I ignored them thinking they were being shady but now I m really questioning what the heck is going on with this engine. The owner also commented on my Yelp review saying Castle was not involved but the receipt for the new engine replacement was from Castle just FYI. Whole thing is getting shadier by the day and I will keep updating til we get to the bottom of it. I read reviews before I make a big investment and I want people to know who they are dealing with.Daughter bought a used car from Gary Lang with extended warranty. Engine went down a year later and CASTLE and the warranty company put in a new engine (Just talked to warranty people it had less than 1000 miles on it).Now less than 2 years and 24000 miles later the engine is no good (has metal in the oil so it is a bad engine). Have been on the phone back and forth with Castle and the warranty company. Nobody wants to take responsibility and both places are refusing to replace the engine - each blaming the other. Now leaving her with no car that she is still paying for and just a sorry not sorry attitude.The engine lasted less than 24000 miles and Castle seems to be ok with that fact they picked this certified engine and it was obviously no good. They put in a garbage engine and now won t stand behind it.SO BUYER BEWARE - they do not stand behind their products and the extended warranty company they use is trash. Will leave this review on all review sites I can and will tell anyone I know Castle is not the same as Gary Lang and don t buy a car from there.

Went into Castle met Zak Eichmann and lemme tell you he completely changed my mind on the painful experience of buying a car to a pleasant knowledgeable purchase I felt 100% comfortable with. He worked very hard for me to find the perfect vehicle in my price range and interest rate. If you re looking for a car don t hesitate to stop in and ask for Zak Eichmann he will get the job done

Absolute worst experience I ve ever dealt with. Mechanics don t know what they re doing AT ALL! ! Took my wife s car in there for an oil leak! Got it back after 2 weeks with a WORSE! Oil leak than it was before taking it in. They then had it for another 2 weeks and I bring the car home it has ZERO oil in the engine. NONE! That s why it s not leaking! Because you drained all the oil, I couldn t believe it. I had 3 people around me witness me pull out the dip stick DRY! We bring our vehicle to get serviced and get it back worse! What kind of idiot mechanics got thought that hiring process IDK! ! BUY YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE

If you don t want to deal with unethical crooks, avoid this dealership. I had to call the FTC on these guys and even they were shocked at what happened to me. Buyers be VERY AWARE!!!
