Amazing service from Matt and Niles. Was quoted an hour and a half for all windows except windshield and sunroof and was in and out in just about an hour. Affordable pricing and top notch workmanship. Love the way my car looks even more now.

I've had multiple vehicles tinted at Carl Darling with my most recent done today. I've never been disappointed. Niles took care of me today. He provided great customer service and took the time to answer all my questions. I was in and out in about an hour and the car looks great! I HIGHLY recommend Carl Darling Window Tinting!

I had bubbles in my tint I had done by carls and when I showed them the bubbles they said oh that s fine and it s not that bad and they wouldn t be redoing my windows. I ll never go back and never reccomend this place to anyone. Their quality has gone out the window compared to when I got my last car done by them. Possibly a change in employees? Either way when a place offers lifetime warranty on their work you would expect to have it replaced and fixed which is not the case. Ever since their best worker Nile s left this place has gone downhill

Fantastic team all around. Superb knowledge with flawless execution. I think it took longer for me to decide what tint I wanted then it did for them to install it. As a bonus, there is a nice customer area I was able to work from while waiting. Five stars ladies and gentlemen!

THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR. Just bought my car, brand new. Everything's fine looks good. I find a divit in the plastic trim piece. I go in to the shop to tell them. The lady comes out looks and says they do nothing on the outside of the car. Then she said that's not us and threw he hands in the air like she just won something. Then I started looking at reviews and saw they cut the film on the outside. Looks like a razer blade hit it. Also washed my car right before I got my windows tinted and it wasn't there. Just check your trim pieces all along the windows.

Niles is the man! He has tinted all of my vehicles since 2015 he always makes the perfect recommendation for what you are looking for in your tints. Fantastic quality and even better craftsmanship.Spend the money on the top ones and you won t be disappointed. The clarity is unreal!

Please don't waste your time going anywhere else. Heck don't even waste your time calling anywhere else.This is THE PLACE.There was some miscommunication about our vehicle but they stood by their pricing and worked hard to get it done in a timely fashion. I knew nothing about window tinting until Prairie Grove's finest ticketed me on the new car I bought with the tinting already done. Went up to Carl Darling Window Tinting - they explained everything very well and put no pressure whatsoever on which way I should go. They made some suggestions and gave great options. Could have done the appointment the same day but had it done the next morning. Professional, friendly, and class-act all the way around.Service: Vehicle window tinting

This is the 2nd car I have had done by them and both times everything turned out perfect! From helping me select the tint to the install they were informative and friendly. I have gotten burned before going to a guy working out of his garage and always had issues, never again, I cannot recommend this place enough they do outstanding work!Service: Sun control window tinting
