You will not go wrong in choosing Buss Ford, Brandon Wiley and Chris Larson for your next vehicle.I was able to get my hearts desire in a vehicle. I drove from Louisville Ky to McHenry IL to pick it up. I drove that far because I trusted this company and it s employees to be honest. The trust I have in this family business comes from watching the way Buss Ford treats it employees and it s customers like they are part of the Buss family. That is a rare commodity in today s world.Brandon Wiley went above and beyond to find me what I wanted and then get it picked up from a dealer in WI. Chris Larson sat with me and taught me how to utilize all the features of my new FORD beauty. He was patient while I asked the same questions until I got it.I have since driven back to have running boards installed. When I handed them my keys for service, I knew my Explorer was in the best of hands.

Wow! An awesome experience purchasing our Lincoln Aviator with the assistance of Chris Larson. As I explained to my coworker at school, her fear of working with a car salesman depends on who that salesman is. Chris was very professional and has a great personality. He gave us the time and attention we needed, thorough details, and follow-up contact. Communication is key. If you want the best salesman then I suggest contacting Chris at Buss Ford and Lincoln. He is very busy (because he is so great in his profession) so I do recommend an appointment. He makes time for everyone. We visited six dealerships and we felt very comfortable at Buss' dealership.They have been in business for 90 years. I rely on reviews and hope this one gives you confidence to visit them.

I moved to Kentucky. However as long as Brandon Wiley is with Buss Ford I will always purchase my vehicles at Buzz Ford in McHenry Illinois. It s worth the drive and if you need a new car and you re in the area, you need to call Brandon Wiley at Buss Ford.

I just bought my second car from them and they are an amazing place to buy from. Ben and Drew helped make the experience so easy and painless. Ben sat down with me and actually listened to me about what I want and what I could afford in a car and made it happen. Drew was able to get my payments down to what I could afford and now I couldn t be happier with my new car! I would strongly suggest to look for your new car here. They definitely have a returning customer for next time!

Another great experience purchasing a new F150 from Buss Ford. Working with Isaac was easy. He listened to what I was looking for, located a truck that matched the description and was able to make it work (which I'm sure wasn't easy). I appreciated the efforts to get the vehicle, his communication, transparency, and "no games" approach to the buying process. There were no surprises when I went in to finalize the purchase and I was in and out in an hour. Jake (finance) was awesome and very straight forward in working through the paperwork. He explained everything and was patient with my questions. Overall, a great buying experience.. again.

Chris Larson was very responsive to our needs when searching for the right vehicle. He ended up finding exactly what we were looking for at another dealship and was able to bring it up to Buss ford for us to take ownership of it. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

From the first time I called to make sure the truck I was interested in was still available, Ben Parada couldn t have been a better salesman. He went above and beyond finding out specific details for me quickly and accurately. Not to mention how honest and up front about everything he was. Looking at a few other dealerships before landing at Buss Ford really showed how different the experience can go just from who they have on the floor talking to customers.I had an unique issue after taking the truck home. Drew Buss personally called me the very next morning to work the issue out with me and set everything right. At all steps of the process I felt happy and taken care of. There s a reason Buss has been in business for so long, I wouldn t hesitate at all to work with them again! Thanks guys!

I vehicle shopped "outside" of the box for a low mileage, well maintained, less expensive ride, preferably a Ford, and wound up at Northern Illinois #1 Ford dealership. My sales agent Lisa was wonderful to work with the whole time, before and during my quest and visit. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, honest, any accommodating both her and everyone at the dealership. I pleasantly got more than I expected and purchased the perfect vehicle in my search. 1 can certainly see why they are #1.

The recent service experience I received at Buss Ford was quite simply the best service experience I ve had with any dealership - ever. Amanda - the service manager - was proactive and straight-forward in the way she handled the initial scheduling and follow through of my visit. Service Rep Alex communicated clearly and was timely in his communication. The overall service was completed on time, and the technologies and processes used (text, online scheduling, etc..) streamlined the entire experience and made it to follow and understand.

We purchased a 2017 Transit VanOn Nov 17, 2023 for my husband.Salesma Matt help us with the sale. He showed us papers stating the van was inspected from top to bottom and everything that had to be repair was repaired that sounded great and it was a one owner van. On the test drive the check engine light turn on , salesman was surprised because he explained he drove the van earlier and the light was not on. ( we still agree to buy the van paid cash ,BAD DECISION).We drove to Chicago and barely made it because the Van started feeling weird and shaking . We decide to take it to a ford dealer near us for an inspection they quotes $15.000.00 for repairs.We Notify Buss Ford the dealer and they send a tow truck Dec 1, 2023 they will repair at no cost and the did.Dec 22,2023 van was ready for pickup.On our way back home we notice a coolant leak, Jan 2,2024 took van back to Bussford they replace water pump, picked up van Jan 20,2024.The van still feels weird , took van to a mechanic near us Van need more work , one of them is replace breaks $1000 cost. Since Nov 17,2023 My husband hasn t been able to drive the van to work.We try returning van but according to Buss ford policy we couldn t.

I had to buy a new car due to an accident and my car being totaled. Issac Chambers was the sales man I had at Buss Ford. He was extremely friendly and worked with me to get me a newer car with low mileage and low payments. Justin Wyatt was the finance manager who was also extremely friendly and helped us finish out the sale. I will definitely use Issac again when the time comes to buy another car.

We dropped in on a saturday morning with no appointment, but were seen quickly and got our car right away. They gave us not only the carfax, but the maintenance and repair records of each vehicle, helping us make a informed choice. While we did not get the car we arrived to buy we were very happy with what we did get. A good deal, fast service, and professionalism.

I purchased my 2022 Ford F150 Platinum from another dealership in northern McHenry County back in 2022. Service department at that dealership has a tendency of placing blame on the customer and making the customer feel extremely unappreciated. Legitimate issues simply are dismissed by that dealership. I started to become very judgmental and didn t want to do business with any Ford dealership, but decided I needed to change my attitude and give Buss Ford a try.Today, I think I received the best service I ve ever had in my 47 years of life, at Buss Ford. That doesn t mean that tomorrow, it could totally tank because people do have bad days, but what I saw today was deserving of acknowledgment and the greatest of applause.After bringing my vehicle into this dealership this morning, they found all the issues that I ve tried addressing at the aforementioned dealership in Woodstock, which claimed none of those issues existed.Buss Ford not only identified the issues, but everything is covered under the Ford warranty.While waiting, employees were asking how I was doing, mopping the floor, making sure the complementary waters were stocked as well as treats. It s like family here, and for the 4 hours that I was here, I felt like family.I really hope this can continue, and other dealerships can model themselves after this dealership.Again, I know it can t be perfect all the time, but they did a great job today and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

This is my second time writing a positive review for Buss Ford. The first time was when I purchased a vehicle, this time is for the experience my son had when he purchased a vehicle. Again, Chris Larson was absolutely awesome to work with - professional, straight forward, honest. We also had to work with the service department after the purchase and they showed us integrity that pales in comparison to other dealerships. I can t express enough how happy we ve been with Buss Ford, Chris Larson, and Seth from the service department.

Brandon Singer is been so helpful each time I go to make sure I get what I do need for my vehicle, and always so great what he does for his customers. i had previously purchased a 2015 f250 platinum from buss ford.i loved the truck it was totaly awsome. brandon wiley was the salesman who assisted me. i live in louisville ky and he was of excellent service to me.i originally called to check out the platinum.he was so helpful that i went on and bought the vehicle through him.then i wanted a review on the 2024 maverick lariat again because of his assistance and his knowledge i decided to purchase a new 2024 maverick lariat through him .the young man was as helpfull and polite as could be.so for that reason i bought my two ford trucks through buss ford and if i decide to purchase any other new truck he will be the one i call. he is a real positive for buss ford he should be commended.sincerely yoursdavid hutchison

I have been working with Chris Larson on getting a new family vehicle. He has been beyond amazing at helping us find what we want and getting us the best deal. Buss Ford will be my only car dealer moving forward as they have amazing customer service. If I could give them a higher rating I would. I'm normally very hesitant of car dealers, but Chris has changed my mind with his honesty and transparency.

Never buy a used vehicle from here, I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe in September 2022 and I ve had nothing but issues. Not even a year into owning the car I had to put a new oil pan on it because the car was leaking oil like crazy. Even after replacing the oil pan the car was still going through oil and I had to keep filling it every couple of days. When I called Buss ford to see what they could do they didn t offer me much help, they gave me zero answers it was only when MY BOYFRIEND called about the car did they give him the answer that there was nothing they could do. He doesn t even own the car I do. Also I was promised that the car would be detailed before I took it off the lot and the detail job was a joke. There s long blonde dog hair everywhere. They didn t even try and vacuum it out. There s melted candy and cereal everywhere under the seats and the worst part about this was when I was babysitting a young child he found a used vape under the seat. (I don t vape and never have) Luckily I was able to take it away from him before anything bad happened. Overall a terrible experience and I ll never come back again.
