In my opinion, this is one of the best autobody shops in northern Illinois. Nancy took time to listen to everything that was on my mind about my restoration project.Honest and impeccable folks !

Bull Valley Auto Body does highly detailed and beautiful work ! We have had many vehicles repaired and painted with nothing but the best results every time with both work related and personnel vehicles. They pay very close attention to every meticulous detail to deliver nothing but the finest end results! The staff is very nice and an extreme pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this body shop and keep up the fantastic work and wonderful focused customer relations and satisfaction! A+++

I hit a metal mailbox, left a nice scratch in my hood. Nancy at the front was super friendly, and responded fast. They got my car in and out in 3 days even with the painter being sick! And the hood looks brand new!!Service: PaintingService: Painting

I can t say enough good things about Nancy and her team at Bull Valley Auto Body. My husband and I have both had repairs done there, and it is true perfection, which is why we will not go anywhere else. There is full transparency of the work that is necessary, so you always know what you will be paying for, and they treat your car as if it is their own! Nancy at Bull Valley Autobody was great! She took at look at our banged up new traverse and had one of her guys take a look as well! They came back immediately with the most competitive cost to repair it, did some of the highest quality body work I've ever seen (I've been in the business too) and got it done SUPER FAST!!! This is a place you can trust, run by a family you can trust!!!! Car was washed and waiting when you arrived!!!! Top tier upper level work and service from start to finish!!!! Terrible customer service. I went three days ago to get an estimate for my car to be repair. Two people came out to look at my car and neither one for them introduced themselves to me. They just took pictures and told me they will get back to me the next day with an estimate. As of this morning (Day 3) I still have not heard from them Via email or phone. I highly recommend Precision AutoBody in Crystal lake if you want an excellent experience.

Bull Valley Auto Body is the best!!!!!!Not only was the customer service second to none, but the work was done to perfection, on time, and at a very reasonable price. Nancy has got to be the most caring person I ve ever met in the auto industry. Nancy completely fixed up our Honda. The front had been damaged and pulled away from the car and not only does it look good as new, her and her team went above and beyond to ensure every speck was cleaned up and it truly looks like a brand new car. I just got back from my car being worked on and it was done perfectly and also very quickly! I usually have bad luck going to auto body shops but this was is amazing! Also, everyone that works there makes you feel at home. They showed my some of the paint work that they do and it looks better then from the dealership! Go see it for yourself! Very satisfied. Our Audi Q5 was hit in the back. We brought our car to Bull Valley Auto because of the good reviews. Not only did they restore my car beautifully, Nancy also took care of all the insurance issues seamlessly. Nancy is super professional. No shenanigans. A+ service. It is very nice to see that a company cares about their customers regardless of the size of the accident or check.

Over the years, Bull Valley Auto Body has done everything from minor scrapes to complete restoration of our children's vehicles. Greg and his staff have done excellent work every time. They do quality work at a reasonable cost = value. They also do great restoration on old vehicles and find all the old/new parts at the best price. I highly recommend this shop to all.

I've been going to Bull Valley Auto Body since my very first car. I've never had a bad experience, it has always felt more like seeing an old friend! Nancy is always so inviting and I'm genuinely grateful for the lasting great service I've received from this business over the years. They have always been there to help me out with any tows and have been very helpful in saving me the most money when body work is needed. I'll always be a customer!

I have brought my car here twice for major bodywork and other major services. The communication is absolutely amazing. I was notified on many occasions the status of my car. I will never take my car anywhere else. If I could give more than five stars I would! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This shop is amazing! My front end of my car was smashed in a car accident and now it looks brand new! They even cleaned my car inside and out! What I loved most is that they kept us updated on what was going on. Not many places do that and they even sent us pictures of the process. I have a 2013 mazda cx9 that now looks brand new! I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend having them work on your vehicle!Service: Body & Trim

Due to crazy drivers, I have had to have my car repaired at Bull Valley Auto Body twice. Both times they were more than accommodating. The staff are friendly and my car was ready when promised. The car has looked like new both times. I highly recommend them!

They were incredibly helpful and did an amazing job repairing my car after a nasty accident. Nancy was patient every time I called for updates, which was often, and went above and beyond. These guys are awesome and I suggest that if you are looking around, look no further! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, skilled!

Above and Beyond!Very friendly staff and owners were very good at keeping me informed on the repair progress when someone had collided with my car. They took care of additional headaches with the insurance company adjusters so I didn't have to.Car looks great now, in fact, better than it should have. They made sure it was all washed up and cleaned from top to bottom for me!!

Very friendly and very accommodating. My vehicle looks good as new and even fought with the insurance company on my behalf to get my rental car paid for longer. They were very honest and called with updates to let me know what was going on with the vehicle. Highly recommended.

Had our 2009 Suburban LTZ there for some bumper and fender work. Work was fast and the quality was excellent. Job was done on time as promised and working with them was a breeze. Even was offered a ride home when I was dropping my vehicle off. Highly recommend Bull Valley Auto Body.

Took 6 months to repair my truck for insurance claim. Preformed unauthorized work to the vehicle and would not release it until the invoice was paid. After ward there was a terrible smell coming from the heater vents, I suspect a mouse had crawled in and died from the truck sitting unrepaired for so long. Filed a claim with the BBB which had no results. felt like they were working for the company not me. They didn't even keep a record of the complaint. Finally had to contact the Illinois state insurance commission. To get the truck repaired. If you read this and still use this company you have been warned.

They are one of my favorite businesses I have ever had the pleasure to use. The quality of their work is EXCEPTIONAL and their prices are very competitive. The people there are so nice and their customer service is top notch. I am a customer for life. I have used them 10+ times over the years.

They are so unprofessional. I needed to schedule an appointment and called them 2 days in a row maybe like 10 times but nobody answered. They didn't even bother to call me back. I am NEVER using their services.
