Hey there Doug, I was just wondering if you've ever worked on coleman mini bikes before. I need work done on mine and I just can't seem to come to do it myself bcuz I feel like I'll mess it up, it's runs great has a little bit of a idle issue but it doesn't bother me. I just wanna get put in new parts and remove a few old and just go from there and see how my bike turns out

Doug and Andrea know their stuff about new buys, repairs, and gentle used "bid kid" toys. Great shop to visit. Stop by today and see for yourself!

After some time, I took my machine to another place and was not even half the cost but literally 550 dollars cheaper. Big kid power sports told me my stater was bad when it was simply a carb clean and a charge on the battery . Big kid power sports will nickel and dime you plus the owner is super unprofessional and told me he could get a job done in a certain amount of time and went on vacation. Don't go here. The dude was way better when he was running it out of his garage.

BEWARE !!! RIP OFF ARTIST . People out there hope this helps you. Took MY quad in said it was the carb needed cleaning when machine is fuel Injected when all it was, Was just a dead battery. So it costed me over $128 bucks. Just take advantage of people. You should be ashamed of your work an business. Ps I wouldn't recommend using them an if you do good luck. An I hope they don't rip you off.

The best thing about the owner is that he is an honest man! He had my bike all winter and when I went in to check his progress, he didn't even hesitate or try to lie. He apologized immediately and said he had not gotten to it; however, he would begin right away. I appreciated that more than he knows! 5stars for now, final review will come when bike is finished.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I took a Honda Oddisey FL250 in there because it was bogging when throttled , it was running at idle though . 6 months later after repeatedly contacting them for updates on the repair , every time I called seemed like something else was up and they were still troubleshooting it , until I had enough and decided to take it out of there , I ve let them know the day I mcoming so they know . When I got there some parts were of the machine and in a box . That s how they handed it back to me , I ve asked them politely to install them back which they did eventually after hesitating but now it doesn t even start . It s not about the 125$ they asked me to pay it s about everything else they did or didn t do. NOT RECOMMENDED

2001 Yamaha V Star 1100, had front and rear brakes done, and a few other items. Took awhile but am happy. Would have given a higher score, but when I got the bike home noticed a couple nice scratches in the gas tank that were not there prior to drop off and most of the back of my leather saddle bags was blown off from too much use of the power washer. Hoping a little black shoe polish will fix that issue. They can fix your stuff at a fair price, but I would highly suggest you give them a written list of what you want done or checked out.Minor things I mentioned that were not done. 1st: Re-connect a loose speaker wire? (Not a huge deal, but it was not done.), 2nd: Raise handle bars, again not a big deal, they did raise it, but did not take the time to adjust the handle bar speakers EVENLY. 3rd: Asked to have rear mono shock adjusted to its firmest setting, I suspect this was not done based on the ride home, but will be checking this out this weekend, and adding it to my list of minor tweeks to fix. The gas tank scratches I can live with, will add a little marker ink to it. If it was a 20K+ instead of a 2K bike I would have blown a gasket.Overall good company to do business with just get everything in writing if at all possible.

Honestly not sure where to start I ve been a customer of Doug since 2009 or 2010. And with nothing but incredible experiences. Truely a great crew to deal with. Highly recommend for any and all your power sport parts and service needs.

Doug and his team are outstanding at what they do and that is taking care of their customers. For the past 10 years i have watched Doug go out of his way to make clients happy and to ensure their Powersports needs are taken care of. In a world full of Big Box and Web based disappointments it great knowing there is a local business that has raised the bar.

Great place. I went around to other powersport places in the area, and they didn t help much. I went here and got a bunch of answers on what I need, even though they don t have the part I need since it s pretty hard to find, he helped me find something on eBay that will work. The other guys just said I can t help you while he took the time to measure the cylinder and found something on eBay that will work. Highly recommend this place for your powersport needs.

I had Mike install LED headlights that my wife bought me for XMas and pillar mounted KC lights along with a switch pod on my 2008 Jeep. I have a difficult schedule to work around, but Mike was more than willing to work around it.Mike had a heck of a time with the lights flickering on my Jeep (typical Jeep electrical gremlins). He stuck with it and did an amazing job. These guys are the best and I will always take my work to them and always refer anyone to them. Do yourself a favor and don't take you business anywhere else. I will be sure to take my other toys there too, sled, jet boat, etc.Overall, honest, fair, very reasonable prices. You cannot go wrong here.

New handlebars installed! Big thanks to Doug and team at Big Kid Powersports! They extended wires, put on extended clutch cable, brake lines, and ran all wires internally. If you need some work done hit him up.

I recently dropped off my bike to get my tire mounted and balanced. There was a slight misunderstanding over the phone on my part, however mike really stepped up and helped me out. overall it was quick and hassle free. I would definitely recommend big kid to anyone who has to get work done on their bike, sled, or ATV. 5 star all day.

Never been here, but their YouTube videos from almost 10 years ago about fixing a 1994 Polaris snowmobile really helped me out. I like the style of these dudes(maybe only dude now) and I bet the shop is still great.

Set up a time to buy a go kart posted on Facebook market place. I communicated throughout the day. When I said I was on the way to buy it. He said hold on someone is looking at it. I guess he says no holds. So if you choose to do business with him he will sell it to who ever shows up first. Even if u arranged to see it. Not my type of shop. The response is interesting. If I arrange for someone to buy something from me on Facebook I give them the chance to show up. For instance when I ask to see an item somePeople say someone is coming to see it I ll let u know if it falls through. Not well someone else showed up first so deal. SomePeople may do business like that I don t

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and Doug at Big Kid Powersports the past few years. They can get you anything new or used for your dirt bike, ATV, or snowmobile and usually do so within a day. They also offer first-class service on dirt bikes, ATVs, and snowmobiles to help get you ready for whatever season you are heading into. I encourage anyone looking for parts to try Big Kid Powersports!

BK powersports is a great knowledgeable shop. While looking for a new used sled I had many questions..what years to stay away from, if the chasis could hold up to my riding style, also what to look for when purchasing these new used sleds ect.. Doug was very polite and guided me in the right direction while answering all my questions I didn t feel left in the dark at all and I will certainly be bringing the sled to him for whatever I need. Thanks a lot BK you guys rock!

They did a good job fixing a cheap 4 wheeler project I had bought to plow my driveway. Decent price to get it running. Will return for other work in the future.

Great place to buy all your power sports needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Parts were almost always there the next day if the items weren't already in stock. Will be back shortly for more motocross / snowmobile / recreational parts.
