Monday Jan, 29th I purchased 4 large truck tires online. Called Goodyear like always I e taken my tires there. They got me in with in a hour after call. I get four tire changed and a oil change. After sitting there 2 hours a desk guy comes out to inform me bad news they had ripped a tire installing it lack of observation and knowledge of tech to keep tire from locking up on bead while machine twists it on rim. They were able to get 2 tires on and informed me I need to call and report to company and try to get myself new tire on my own. So I do so and they were unable to reimburse me at the time but offered if I bring new tire in when it gets delivered in a week they can reimburse me then. And charge me still for other 2 tires and oil change they were able to complete. I ask how are you gonna compensate me for this and my troubles now of being here 3 hours and job not done and tire? First guy says there is nothing they can do. I said there better be. The second guy says I can install 2 other tires for no change in a week when it comes. Sounds kinda week to me like they have no remorse for they trouble they just put me in of having to buy and order and now wait to get another tire and come back again. Wheels they they did do were left in a white greesy mess . So bad I thought they were scratched but rubbed them and it's a sticky grease. I am left to try and get off myself. I will no longer use Goodyear they lost my respect for being professional trained company.

Just brought them 4 wheels and tires for mounting. They did a great job. The wheels were kept clean, and they did a nice jobgetting them all balanced. I thought the price was very reasonable. Thanks!

ALWAYS very friendly and helpful!! I 100% trust taking my car here because they are always honest about what is wrong and have never tried to add other things that you don't need!! I would definitely give them 10 stars!!!!

Made an appointment for an oil change. It was very busy, but they honored my appointment. Customer service was excellent, priced right, waiting room clean, overall a great experience. I will be going back.

Went here to get 4 new tires , everything went fine and then they told me I need a major alignment and it would cost $200. Took my car to Merlin and was told I do not need one . Seems like this place was trying to make a quick 200 extra off me.every other place is charging around 100 for an alignment.And yes your workers tryd charging me $200 on 2/11/23 saying I had a major alignment issue and was strongly urging me to get it done that day. I took it to Merlin in Woodstock today on 3/10/23 and they said no I don't need one. I tryd calling to talk to Mike but was told he had left early for the day. So not only did your workers lie but they tryd over charging me for an alignment that I didn't even need.

I'm only comfortable giving two stars because I feel if you're going to set up appointments you should be at least close to knowing how long a job will take. I had a 10am appointment showed up 10 minutes early. My car sat an entire hour and 10 minuest untouched while I waited. Then it took an hour and fifteen minutes to change four tires at which time i was told it's going to be another 20 minuets to get the alignment done unless I would like to reschedule that for another day. I waited not wanting to return anytime soon. This actually took 27 minutes to get it in then another 13 minutes until the job was finally done. From 9:50am to 1:05 pm 3 hours and 15 minutes for 4 new tires and an alignment. Sorry not a great experience .

Mike M. was fantastic to work with. I was helping a friend out that got stranded at work with a flat tire. Goodyear was my fourth stop only because of location and places I knew around me that sold tires. They were the only place that had a 215/65/15 in stock, which is becoming an older sized tire. Mike gave me a great deal on a discontinued tire and his tech had it finished in less than 15 minutes. Phenomenal service and professionalism. Next time I need rubbers I am going to Goodyear first after this experience. Thanks Mike and team!-Brett B.

I went to another shop as a 30 year tech midas in McHenry charged me for a inspection told them I thought a right wheeling bearing was loose the looked it over and said my back tires are choppy and a lower ball joint was bad so spent 1500$ to fix it all and noise was still there. Brought it to this shop for a alignment and after test drive they verified my diag. Why they didn't catch this is beyond me im a 30yr vet and senior tech for FREIGHTLINER just don't own the tools to complete the job. Need a front bearing pressed out and in. They worked with me on price if that's all they had to do. Obviously I turn wrenches all day but don't have a press. The service was excellent used them many times. Only issue is there usually very busy. It's good to see a shop busy otherwise there work is probably not worth going back to.

These guys always do great work! They didn't have my tires in stock and were able to get them that day and stayed late to make sure I got my truck back that night. Thanks for doing a great job and the tires look great!

Needed tires for my sons car. When I called, they made sure the tire were in stock, didn't try to up sell me. Was able to get tires on the car the following day.

I always go there but the last visit was disappointing thus the 3 stars. Car had problems and wasnt diagnosed properly. Problem happened again and had to tow the car back again.Update: So I've been back to the place several times already and everything has been pleasant. All great results on the repairs. I changed my rating from 3 to 5 Gained my trust again. I've been dealing with nice people and haven't seen the person that i had a bad experience with. Thanks Mike and Josh! You guys made me a happy camper once again!

Worst OIL Change I ever experienced, I get U get what U pay for, as their pricinch hight than was suppose to be, plus e was the Best while shopping around, But still $66 to Change Oil, even 1/4 inch over the oil chech mark, plus never checked Air filter, as there were 2 cups of seed from mice storing in the filter area. A very Bad place to have the Oil Change as I Never expected, seeing the main management was great to deal with before the work was performed. A 1 star maybe, good luck on having work done here, I found out the hard , expensive way

They are always professional, courteous, do great work and will make sure their work is done right. I have used the same mechanic for the past 17 years until I moved to McHenry and was delighted to find quality service and fair pricing. Mike and the team are great! I highly recommend them.

What are great experience I had recently at Auto Tech in McHenry! Very nice and professional team, transparent and straightforward pricing, even complimentary coffee while you wait. The young gentleman Mike that waited on me was a true professional and had a great beard! I will definitely be back next time I need tires, brakes, or any auto maintenance services.

Josh and Mike are great guys to work with.I brought our 2015 Outback in. Another repair shop had said we needed new rear control arms. After checking our Outback out.Josh told me he didn t find anything wrong with the control arms. Saving us almost $400.00!That s what I call honest!Thanks guys.

Had a small electrical problem with my F150 that another shop near my house didn't fix properly. I spoke to Matt about the issue and he immediately knew what to check. They found and fixed the problem for a very reasonable amount. Thanks to Matt, Mike, Paul, and the shop for turning around the rough week I was having. I should have made the longer trip to Auto Tech in the first place.

I always get my car repairs done at AutoTech. My last repair was for my daughters car when the engine light came on. They were able to get it in and fixed very quickly. They are always accommodating and have fair prices. I always recommend them to friends and family.

Stopped in for a wheel balance on my classic car, Andy it started on it right away and the mechanic did great job.They used a dive-on lift, carefully worked on my car, and left no scratches on my polished mags wheels!The friendly staff and fast service is awesome.Will return again next time I need tire services.5/18/21 5 more starsThe Autotech team did another great job completing front end alignment on my classic car.

We had such a great experience at the Mchenry location. Josh was very helpful when I called to get some prices on tires. He helped us figure out what would be best for our car. We brought the car in and were promptly greeted when we walked in. Even my husband mentioned to me that they had excellent customer service. We will definitely be referring our friends and family and going back for future needs!

I made an appointment to have some work done on my car but wasn t informed that they couldn t do certain work after 4 pm because of those specific technicians leaving at that time. John said he d look at the issues, since I needed to travel and wanted to be sure my car was in good shape, but probably couldn t get it all done. I got a call an hour and 15 mins later and when I went to get my car, everything was taken care of. Not sure how they did it all, but my brakes were fixed, new tire put on, and an oil change. Very thankful!

Mike and his team were awesome. Beat prices of competitors too. Nice clean shop and work was done quickly. Mike listened to my needs regarding driving plans and made a great recommendation. As a woman, I don t like spending money on tires and wouldn t normally notice a difference. However, these tires that Mike recommended are terrific. The ride is so smooth. Thanks Mike!

I had a great experience when i brought my Subaru here to get 4 new tires. I used to live in McHenry but now live in Chicago and still made the trip all the way up just to go here. Their prices were cheaper than anything near me but most importantly their customer service is outstanding. I have never had a bad experience here and they didn't disappoint this time either. The tires they put on ride great and the alignment was well needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for new tires and plan on bringing my other car back shortly to get new tires as well.

First time using this Goodyear Auto Tech business. Very friendly and professional staff (Mike and Josh), easy scheduling, prices are fair, and they offer full auto services, in addition to tire/wheel sales. Will definitely use them in the future for auto maintenance/repairs! Highly recommend!!!

Have bought several sets of tires here over the years and more patches installed than I can count. Always a straight forward, easy process. Waiting area is clean with reading materials and coffee. Friendly front end guy, too. Always leave happy with the services provided.

Great service at a very reasonable price. I spoke with Mike on on the phone and he got me in right away to repair my tire that had been punctured by a large piece of debris. These guys are very professional and did a great job! Thanks Mike.

The quickest and most affordable set of tires I got from there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. In and out within 30 min. I m happy with the service and by brand new tires

Needed oil change and had a slow leak in tire. Josh checked me in, bet personable. Had a nail in tire. They changed oil, rotated tires fixed leak. Then reset both my oil sensor and my low tire pressure sensor. Very friendly place. Good place for a synthetic oil change because those are more expensive but can go on Goodyear web site and get a $5 or $10.00 coupon to use. Would definitely recommend.
