Me and my Pops always get parts from you guys. My niece went in the other day and you guys helped her with her engineer filter. It s an aftermarket one the female that helped her was absolutely awesome. Just wanted to give some kudos. Keep up the good Work guys I m in customer service myself so I know how important that is

Place sucks. I go in there. See the female worker. Say hi. No response. There's no humanity in people anymore. No wonder you aren't busy here at all. Decided not to buy anything. I'll just go to AutoZone even tho they're busy.

This store is a joke used to only go here but now every time I do there is a problem.just placed an online order got the confirmation and when my wife goes to pick it up 30 mins later they can t find it. Then give no solution to what I m supposed to do . The employees here have bad attitudes like they don t want to work . I will not be going back. Had to cancel my order and send my wife to auto zone where she was in and out in 5 mins after wasting 30 minutes in this circus.

Chris was awesome. He found exactly what oil I needed and got me a deal. He was super friendly and helped me get in and out super fast. I would recommend them for all of your auto needs.

My go to place for auto parts. Service is unmatched. Always have good deals and coupons/online specials. The only time I go elsewhere is if and when they don t have something I need immediately, which is very seldom. Always have had great experiences with Matt, Jimmy, Rachel, Glenn and their drivers. They seem speedy yet always willing to help.

These store employees don't know their product well, and seem to just wanna get you out of their store, and helping is a waste of their time, repeatedly poor service experiences at this location.

Very satisfied. My battery was tested and was told a new one was Not necessary. I appreciate not being swayed to buy a battery when it wasn't needed. Great service

Jim there took very good care of me and I was completely happy and satisfied and actually surprised how well I was taking care of. I didn't feel like I was being treated just like any other customer but every customer was important.

Every time I go here I am reminded as what great service is. The staff almost always is able to find what I need (I have a modified mini Cooper) and when they can't find it it's because it's a part I need to order from Europe(like I said modified). The best service and knoewlegable staff I've had experience with! SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!

Terrible customer service.I went in today looking for a wing nut to hold my battery down. The only only one they had that fit was like 5 dollars. Told the associate I wasn't paying that for a wing nut.The associate (Kelly) gave me a dirty look and I asked for some advice about my car that I couldn't get moving. (Turns out the rear driver side disc was caught on the shoes) . The only advice she had was to call a tow truck. Why is that the advice I get at an autoparts store? Isn't this where someone goes to buy parts to FIX their car? Not a place where the associates tell you to find a mechanic.Went to AutoZone to talk with someone who actually cared and was knowledgeable about cars. He told me about a few things that it could have been, and seemed generally interested in helping me with my issues.I will not be back to this store again.

Staff is chronically incompetent. Prior visit, had incorrect cabin filter ordered. A week ago, was recommended an oil pan gasket that was incorrect fit. Today, tried to make a purchase but of the four employees, only one was engaging a customer, the other visible three were hiding in back amidst the sound of toys.I suddenly seem to recall there are two other auto parts stores less than a mile away.

Because of my car sitting too long, during this COVID-19, It didn t start. And so I went to this McHenry store and had everything checked. To shorten the story up, I asked for and took the recommendation of Kelly and bought a good quality Die Hard battery and a 3 year warrantee. My car is a 2009 Ford Focus and it is in great shape. And I plan on using it for many more years and so it made sense to get a good battery. Kelly was professional, the store was clean, the service was fast and she installed it for me. This is what I call good customer service.Thank you Kelly!

Walked in tonight looking for a code scanner. The girl behind the counter was busy sending text messages on her phone and did not look up at me once. The guy next to her had his head laying down on the counter. It was like both could care less. I could ve easily walked out of that store and they would never of said hello or goodbye to me. Finally when I got the woman s attention, she gave me this weird look as if I just disturbed her from sending the most important text message of her life. Major attitude. Second time this is happened in the last two months.

I've been buying parts from Advance Auto in McHenry since the store opened. I've always had professional and courteous service. Only once did they not have the part I needed and it came in the next day. Prices are always competitive and many times have been cheaper than other auto parts stores. I work with literally all the auto repair shops in the McHenry area and many of them also buy parts from Advance. I highly recommend Advance Auto in McHenry.

Didn't ask for my phone number for rewards and I spent over $50 so I lost out on it.. over priced and didn't have all I needed.. will be spending more money at O'Reilly's from now on..

I felt like the guy I talked with didn't take me seriously because I'm a female. Do guys get funny looks when they go buy new brakes ? Or try to get sold the most expensive ones in the store ? I doubt it.

Nobody has any clue how to do anything in that store or use a computer system look up parts warranty information or anything like that
