I highly recommend this auto body shop.Had damage on my right rear door and you wouldn t be able to tell there was any damage at all. The owner and staff went above and beyond and the communication was great. Very happy with the service here.

My cars bumper was damaged by a U-Haul towing dolly & repaired flawlessly. With this being my first experience & a new Chicago resident Joe was VERY patient and helpful. The job for my car was completed AHEAD of his own expected date which did NOT take away from the quality of the job done. Having this same repair done in Texas less than a year ago, the overall job Gateway Auto has done looks better this time around than when initially repaired by Service King. From here forward I will be definitely using this shop as my GO TO for any car services. Thank you all again!

Volvo XC90- Humming noise on acceleration. Exceptional service. Very courteous and professional manager. Explained repairs, parts needed and reasonable price point. Turnaround response time and results were impressive. Showed me hose parts replaced and gave advice on other parts that were wearing out and time period to consider. Happy and pleased customer. Highly recommending them to my family and friends. My new go-to repair shop!

My experiencing was amazing. They treat you like family and go the extra mile. New location but years of experience. Came here to get some body work done and the work was so good I ended up painting the entire car. Communication, follow up on point Clean facility. This place is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. We need more auto/body repair shops like this. I m glad I found this place.

I am a car enthusiast with an overattachment towards my car. I take care of it, and it takes care of me. So one could imagine the terror and worry I felt when one freezing cold Chicago morning my car exhibited horrifying drivetrain noises after in incident. The car was undriveable, and I simply did not have the time and energy for this. Falcon Towing; a closely trusted tow company, flat-bedded my car to Gateway Auto.At Gateway Auto, they were able to look into my car right away and identify the exact issue same day. I couldn't believe the service and professionalism. They sent me crisp detailed pictures of what happened, and what my options were. They explained everything and, as sort of a car-guy, they were able to get very detailed. They expressed genuine care towards me and my vehicle.When I came in, they greeted me and showed me my vehicle and what was happening. The facility is spacious, well equipped, and relatively clean (for a garage during a winter storm).They took such good care of me, I am almost glad this happened so that I found a go-to place for all my automotive servicing needs. I can't recommend them enough.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

It was recommended by my insurance company. Had front end damage. The service was great. The car looks brand new now. I also had them replace my brake pads and rotors as they do mechanical work too in addition to collision repairs. I highly recommend.Services: Body & Trim, BrakesServices: Body & Trim, Brakes
