My wife and I got a 05 explorer from them thing ran like a brand new vehicle legit only did a tune up and the breaks and nonthing else

Axel is one the best car dealers I've ran into in years!! I had a small issue but took care of it right away! From that point he earned my respect! Great staff!! The best prices in town!! I highly recommend buying a car from him! My car is is still running like a champ!most defiantly will be buying my next car from him!

Loved my vehicle. Someone unfortunately tried to steal it less than two weeks after I purchased it. They did so much damage it cost almost as much as the vehicle to repair. Friendly and knowledgeable team. Like I said, I truly loved my vehicle, though.

Mr.Axel and his dealers is a once in a lifetime gift to buy your first car. They are honest they are looking for the income but with your best interest at heart. If I could give them no stars I would this place is completely horrible all of the cars are completely run down I went there to get a mustang the car had 5 different lights on the dash so I left but decided to change my mind and went back to buy it just to find out I would have to replace the whole gas tank upon asking about it a salesman named David lied straight to our face and said I told you about this then went on to say I don t wanna do business with you like I was in the wrong for wanting a car that can actually tell me if I have gas. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE worst experience I ve ever had while buying a car. CROOKED CAR LOT !!!

I highly recommend doing business with Chicago's #1 Auto Sales Group.Me and my Family went to purchase a vehicle ( Nissan Quest) it was lovely we went through the whole transaction. Money was given the car was buy as is, and as soon as we drove off the Lot the car began to jerk... so I called Mr. Axel and told him what was going on , and he was very empathetic to the situation that he test drove the car again with me and then he saw what was the problem. So he kept the Car overnight, told me to come back the next day ,and when i did the car was still not working to it's fullest so he kept it again ordered all new pieces needed ,and in for the inconvenience he really made sure everything was up to part.. I appreciate the Hard Work that Mr. Axel and his other Dealers put into the Car and not just selling us a Lemon!!!!!! He is an HONEST MAN!!!

I need to see how my 2008 Nissan Altima brought here runs for couple of months.. It says 3 months power train warranty. But I forgot to collect Auto check report which they told and they did not had Carfax. One thing I felt, you guys can remove the online cars listing as soon they sold as I was looking for 2005 Nissan seen in your website but when I came you told it's gone but still I am able to see it on your website

Terrible Experience car was not even inspected before it was put on the lot still had CarMax sticker on it. That is where they purchased it at a CarMax Auction when it wouldn't sell through CarMax. Headlights didn't work Windows didn't go down gear shifter did not shift. Told 3 times they would fix these things brought it in still not fixed. Very bad experience.

I have a 2006 Pontiac G6 from them, clean as hell and drive excellent, I highly recommend these guys they was up front straight for that help and my situation and they will get you a guarantee car. Thems guys are good guys and they so much different from other lots, believe me i know, please if you serious about getting a car and you want a chance them these the guys i recommend but as long you have a job you good

The truck that was advertised was nothing like they pictured online. It had 100,000 more miles than advertised and tons of rust that was not in the photos. Didn't even look like the same color vehicle. Frame was rusted out and looked unsafe to drive. Very misleading and disappointing, especially since we drove 250 miles, one way, to look at it after asking about it over the phone and being lied to.

I bought a Mercury Sabel from here and it did not even last me a full 24 hours. I was picking up my girlfriend and on the highway the car started stalling and almost crashed because it had gone to a complete stop. Currently they are trying to see what they can do for me but so far I am down 180$ from towing the car around the city let s see what they can do

This place is very decent, customer services was good as alway and the used cars they have are in a good shape, my experience was amazing and the car I bought is rocking out, I definitely come back if I need another vehicle.
