I had my 10 x 16 shed moved by Zach and wow oh wow was I impressed. I think my Jaw dropped several times with the ease and skill he loaded and unloaded my shed. He was also professional and very nice. 100% would recommend this company and Zach as your driver!

My wife had a flat tire and the guy who answered the phone had just driven by and noticed her. He said he would send a tow truck immediately. The service was great and the price was fair!

Zack did a great job ! Quick pull out when my brother was stuck on side of the road. Also did a great job. Unlocking my GMC truck at 5 o clock in the morning. Couple months back. Definitely recommended.

Our vehicle ran out of gas on the interstate even though the gauge read 1/4 tank. The driver got there quickly and towed us to the gas station. Filled up and were back on the road. Our driver was professional, caring and made sure we were safe and back on the road. Thank you for the great service!

Zach was incredible!! Personable, helpful, and got the job done faster than I expected! I had locked my keys in my Jeep at a gas station, w/ my 3 pits inside. He got me back in my car within 3 minutes!! Happy me happy dogs!!!!

Zach was amazing and spent so much time and patience to get our truck out of the ravine. He went the extra mile to cut out trees from our truck to minimize damage and prevent it from sliding down the ravine further. We truly appreciate his skills and his willingness to go above and beyond for us on this frigid day!

Such a great company. I don t know what we would of done without them. Zac was absolutely amazing! Our car broke down and we had such a nightmare of a night trying to get towed and deal with other companies. After getting in contact with 1st Class Wrecker Service they were very responsive and provided great service! Would recommend them 100% to anyone in need!!

My semi broke down on the bottom of an off ramp outside of Mattoon. Within 30 minutes of calling Brody was on site with his wrecker. Within an hour of me calling Brody had the truck and trailer hooked up and we were rolling. Thank you so much for the quick response time!

I needed roadside assistance. State Farm set it up. Zach called when he was on his way. He was quick and polite. He changed my tire and all I had to do was pop my trunk and show him my insurance car. State Farm covered everything and I was on my way. Thank you 1st Class Wrecker. You saved my day.

Zach was very professional and courteous. We couldn t get our truck started and he arrived and was able to start it and take it in to be worked on. We wanted to give him a tip, but he refused. We hope to never need to call, but we will definitely recommend 1st Class Wrecker Service if we ever need help again. Thank you!!!

Zach was my driver. I had a few problems with the trucker that had made me uncomfortable and so I left a review reflecting my experience. Within 15 min I was called and asked about my experience and how it could ve been better. This is something that is making me change my review. I m glad to see a company put effort into making their customers seem heard

I am a rural mail carrier and have had to be towed countless times Each time, no matter who showed up, they showed up quickly and came with a great attitude!They were amazing at communication and making the process as easy as possible. 1st Class Wrecker is the only towing company I will use! First Class Wrecker Service was so friendly and helpful. Dustin and Jamey were so nice and willing to help me during a difficult situation. I was actually brought to tears because of how kind and understanding both men were. They helped me figure out what to do with my car and gave me resources to get my car taken care of.If you need a tow, You need to call First Wrecker Service. You won't be disappointed that you did.

1st class is phenomenal. Dustin and his crew are great to work with. Unfortunately, my car has had to be towed more times than I like to admit. Every time I have called Dustin and his crew and they have promptly come to my rescue and always friendly! I won t use any other company!

Thankfully I ve never had to have my car towed but I work in an area where I see a lot of cars which need towed. It s a stressful situation.You need to know it s going to somewhere safe and the driver is top notch. Dustin and his team are those people. Would trust them without hesitation!
