My experience with this place was a complete nightmare. The mechanic was incredibly unprofessional and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They misdiagnosed the problem with my car not once, but twice, which ended up costing me a lot of time and money. The repairs they did were shoddy, and I ended up having to go to another mechanic to fix their mistakes.I would strongly advise against bringing your car here.

My horn has went out for the second time within 6 months. My passenger seatbelt recently stopped working so I scheduled an appointment. Showed up to the service desk 15min early only to be told that they would have to keep my vehicle for 2-3 days. I then asked is it possible for a replacement vehicle because I do have to work . I was told that since my vehicle is still in driving condition I wouldn t be approved for a replacement anyway. The inconvenience this company causes me FOR MINOR REPAIRS is unbelievable and the fact they don t accommodate is beyond insane. Totally regret leasing through them and would not recommend

Update: While I'm sitting here now, I am frustrated once again. This place has ZERO transparency! While I keep coming out here because they claim I can't go anywhere else. I find out today I indeed can. Since their mile package costs the same no matter where I go. This is surely the last time I come here.Honestly, the Service department has undoubtedly made me regret any and all transactions with World Hyundai. This is the third time in a row I have been let down here. All I can say is if you are forced to service here due to your warranty. Be prepared and make sure you know your vehicle. If you feel something is off, make sure you advocate for yourself. Don't just believe their "Complimentary Inspections" are for your safety or in your favor. Also, do not expect any part of your service to be completed in a timely manner. Appointments obviously don't mean anything. While it takes months to schedule . You'll be there for 4+ hours for a simple oil change. Today was the final straw. If I could give it negative stars, I would. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The only and only reason I gave two stars is because the gentleman who assisted in giving me my car back (UNSERVICED) was polite and understood my frustration at the lack of organization on their part.

Be careful doing business here or using their "Courtesy Shuttle" they will leave you stranded wherever you are with no compunction; especially a manager named Mr King. They take no responsibility for their actions whatsoever. I was dropped off at 2pm, called them at 5pm to ask if they were done(yes), they called back at 6:42 to say you are stuck at home(oh well sorry). I took a Uber to get my car and paid out of my pocket to get to the dealership, and Mr King thinks that saying "Sorry" was completely sufficient for this situation. Apparently "Next Time" he will be on it!!!

I hate this place. My service advisor Aaron is TERRIBLE. I came here one time in the last 3 years to get an Anti Theft recall resolved and a sensor replacement and he screwed that up, twice. The ONLY reason I came here was because other local dealerships were booked through August. Total communication failure and terrible service. Not coming here EVER again.

Came in to speak to management about missing parts after service was done. Young lady at front desk with brown hair waited 20 minutes before telling me the service mangers are not in on Saturday she never left the desk to check. Waited 30 minutes to speak to location manager who stated that there was no way parts could be missing because mechanics never touch it. Only to show a worker that they had to be removed to do any type of work. Manager was very dismissive as if I didn't know how my car worked. I felt discriminated against because he didn't even try to view the car or rectify the situation just wanted to say I was wrong. After being in the waiting room hearing that they were over charging others for service I would recommend not buying or being serviced at this location.2 week update noticed that the service men stole another part off my car. These service people are thieves

There was only one person there who was actually helpful. I dropped my car off via tow called a week later to see if they got it into the service center which I was told there were other cars ahead, wasn't informed when it was in service and received a text message weeks later stating what the problem was, with no estimated time of completion. After selecting a few extra required services I was given a grand total of $1,188. 00(still no date listed for completion) I got a call a few days later stating it was done and when I was picking my vehicle up. I'm not sure why there wasn't communication throughout but it left me feeling rushed and extremely stressed to get that amount of money in such a short period of time, I was threatened with storage fees and after much back and forth a date for pick up was negotiated. Upon pick up I was informed I needed an additional $190 for pickup which forced me to call around for assistance. Nobody talked to me in regards to repairs so I'm fully aware of what was fixed and what else needs fixing (which is what most mechanic do) Otherwise I was just given a receipt after my service and told I'm good to go. My car broke down yesterday, this requires more money for another tow and services. I'm extremely unhappy with the time it took for repairs (1 month), cost and experience.

This is my first time coming to this dealership and at the end I had a great experience but I did lose faith at first because of my circumstances with my credit being low. Tyrone Duncombe was very nice , had a great sense of humor and explained everything to me to make sure I had a clear understanding. He was very determined to get me driving in a car today and he did . I appreciate him being patient with me and really trying to help me figure it out . I would recommend anyone to come here because they really do care about the customer no matter the circumstances!!!!!

I had a Noon Appt for a routine oil change and tire rotation. An appt I booked months ago. An appt they confirmed and reconfirmed several times. I did not get out of there for 5 1/2 hours. I had to inquire on the status of the work. No one came to provide an update. Was only told they are really behind and did no ly start on time. Why did I have to be on time for my appt and risk losing my time slot just to sit there?? Finally get into my SUV and my seat was adjusted to the lowest setting. My dashboard display was changed and a receipt I had in my cup holder was moved near my gear shift. My salesman Eric was excellent but their service department has ruined my experience at this location. I will have my vehicle serviced elsewhere from now on.Amendment: I have spoken with Will James and Erik Garcia regarding my experience. The management team is working on training, hiring more staff, and improving customer experience. I appreciate them taking the time to speak with me, hear about my experiences, and improving the experience for all World Hyundai customers. Communication is key and working in the service industry myself, if you let people know what to expect up front, there will be less surprises. Thanks again, Will and Erik. I appreciate your time.

If I could give zero stars I would.. Service department is horrible.....worst customer service. I took my vehicle in for 7:30 am appointment and waited 2.5hours only for them to tell me that they coded my vehicle wrong and it would be another 40 minute wait, when I asked about my vehicle 1.5 hours later....the customer service advisor went to check on my vehicle only to tell me that they were just pulling my car in the port......needless to say I had to get my car unserviced due to the fact that I had to be at work....complete waste of my time ....I will never go back.

Shot out to the best salesman ever (Eric Garcia). I have been shopping with him for over 10 years and have purchased 4 cars from him. He goes over and beyond for all of his customers each and every time. Eric always shows much professionalism and dedication towards his customers. I will highly recommend Eric Garcia to anyone who goes to World Hyundai In Matteson IL.

I was referred to Matt in sales and spoke with him over the phone and he was very assertive and took his time to help me, when I came into the dealership he was exactly what I was hoping for. He got me the vehicle I wanted at the payment i expected.
