Stopped today at world Hyundai walking it today felt so welcoming everyone eager to help us ! And Erik Garcia Helped us today. He did such an amazing job hearing our concerns and the vehicle we were looking for. He made everything possible so we could walk out with a car today so happy with the service we received we will be referring everyone to Erik.

I came in extremely skeptical knowing my situation, and Louis made sure I felt comfortable, supported, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.I would recommend this dealership to anyone but I would SPECIFICALLY say to make sure that you see Louis. Very attentive, honest, personable, and willing to help however he could.Thanks again Louis! Excited for my new ride

I Highly recommend going to World Hyundai!! My experience was overall a 10/10. Erik G. and Robert C. handled me with grace and professionalism you don t come across too often.With this being my first time purchasing with any dealership, all of my expectations were met and above. Do not shop with them I repeat DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM, I financed a Volkswagen Jetta 2019 and Brandon was my salesman and I feel he knew this car was a lemon and for 2 days it ran fine but after that every light on the dashboard popped and was even putting the parking brake on as I was driving and I could ve seriously got injured.

They replaced my reservoir but switched the lines that the water comes out of. I called yesterday and the guy couldn t help me at all. He never asked for my phone number to look anything up. I called today and Brittany was the best. She was able to find my information and get me in for tomorrow.

The whole team at the dealership was excellent. From the general manager (Shvone) down to finance and all between were amazing. The salesmen (Erik Garcia and Chevy) were amazing with their knowledge and customer service. Additionally, the finance manager, Dante was also amazing. He got my family through the finance process easy and seamless. He also gave us excellent customer service.

Ashley K was beyond amazing,, seriously it was so frustrating trying to get everything together that I needed to finance a car , she went well above and beyond to help us figure everything out, helped us through every process of this, she s so amazing,, we could not have figured all this out without her!!! SHE IS SO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! And SO HELPFUL,, and Will James was also great,, definitely the go-to people!!! Thanks so very much!!!

The rental manager is a liar. I was given a rental due to my car being there in the shop. The rental was in an accident when I was not present in the rental. The other party took 100% liability for the accident, but yet Hyundai Matteson made me pay the deductible for the rental to get my car back. Their excuses were They were unfamiliar with the other party s insurance and Their report stated I was in the vehicle during the time of the accident which was a lie. I should not have been held liable for any damages at all, but yet I was and that is unfair. This was a huge inconvenience for me. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT waste your time with this dealership. I will not be coming back for anything related to my vehicle.

Waste of time, Ashley assured me that my funding had been secured and that all I needed to do was select a vehicle. Went in at my scheduled appointment time and sat for over an hour waiting until finally I was sat at a table only to wait longer. Ashley was nowhere to be seen, guy named Chevy was helping me, if you want to call it that, he popped over for about 5 seconds at a time 2 or 3 different times and asked a question or two and would disappear. He then said capital one was going to call me but they never did, I just ended up leaving

I came to world Hyundai honestly scared. But once I start working with MAT my fear went out the window. He & his co workers were great. They were able to get me in a 2024. I highly recommend people to come here.

Horrible service will never take my car back there.. went there for an oil change and a few other minor things I wanted looked at They kept my car for two weeks. They never kept in contact with me. When they finally said I can come get my car, they couldn t find the keys or the car for almost three hours. I almost had to file a police report while I was there to say my car got stolen And after all this happened, they did nothing to accommodate me for the inconvenience caused me.. and I have to still pay full price for the oil change.. I do not ever recommend coming here. Not only that, I had the car for two months and they sold it to me with problems which is why I took it there for the oil change and them to look at the problems that were there when they sold it to me. I value customer service, and being treated with respect.

Went in for service, was told 3 days, wound up being 8, that's fantastic when you don't have a loaner. Didn't even look at the car for a couple of days. Damaged my door handle, service manager supposed to call me about fixing it, no call received. Didn't reset my service counter, no service sticker, no wash, left their writing on my window. Phone calls to service go to voicemail all the time, they don't respond on the text message service half the time either when asking about updates. Going to have to make a claim with insurance and have them go after the dealership at this rate

My wife and I went to the dealership on 4/9/24 and LJ was very professional with is presentation of what World Hyundai had to offer. He have honest opinion and transparency of new versus used. He didn't force the issue but he worked to get the job done. We actually left the building without purchasing the first time and we discussed things and ten minutes later walked back into the dealership. LJ stated he was preparing to leave for the evening but stayed to assist us with a new 2024 Elantra!!! We also can't for to mention the finance manager was great. He managed to get us a good APR!!!

Got a call from the dealer hey we got a great deal for you come down everything is all set . Drive off with the car you want . Only wasted my valuable time . Once I got there whole different story . They wanted $1000 a month for a $22.000 car and a co signer as some one who works hard and makes triple what the car is worth. Cause I'm not black and from the ghetto . So I'll just keep working hard for those that don't so they can drive a newer car except me right. Thanks for wasting my time and money to get there. So if your a hard working blue collar man don't go here n waste your time.

I went in 2/26 with the hopes of just being approved of a vehicle. Never did I expect to drive away in new 2024. Elvia Gonzalez was so helpful she went over and beyond to assist us.
