Excellent customer service. Great mechanic. I took my Volkswagen Passat to have my oil panel fixed, get a tune up, and oil change. Great price and work! I will definitely recommend Ware Auto LLC.

Very unprofessional and rude. I came in Saturday to get my brakes and exhaust done and the owner was very rude and told me he hopes my brakes fall off because he didn t do them correctly and had a whole attitude problem when I came to pay for his services I ll never come to this place again! I had to go to a different location for them to tell me my brakes were put on incorrectly smh wow what a waste of time and money!Services: Exhaust, Brakes

I just got my car back from the dealership, after it was there for almost a week, and my girlfriend gets pulled over because one of the headlights was off. Another auto shop was gonna have me leave the car overnight, while my dealership was going to have me wait until Friday.I show up here, and the fix was just reconnecting a wire that got disconnected.

This is a great shop to take your vehicle. They are very transparent and let you know everything that needs to be fixed. They call you and get approval before fixing things so you have the option to get it fixed or not there are no surpriseRepairs that will cost you an arm and a leg. They are quick and professional when it came to fixing our vehicles. I think I have finally found my auto repair home.will definitely be telling my friends and family about them! I appreciate the professionalism and honesty of this business; in a time when that type of service is lacking. Where I could have been lied to and ripped off, Ken was very honest and provided sound advice. I'll definitely take my vehicle back to him in the future.

Worst shop is south suburbs. Real rip off artists. Takes jobs doesn t know how to do and smell nothing but marijuana in the shop. Never take your car here.
