They put brakes that squeal on my car. They knew the brakes from the company were bad after so many months (I guess) and didn t do anything to contact me. I don t drive my car often - so I figured the brakes needed to be used a little bit. Ended up bringing my car in for a different issue to them and let them know about the brakes. They let me know then that they found out that the brakes make noise and since changed manufacturers but since it had been a few months there s nothing they could do. Wanted to like them. Generally are nice and knowledgeable, however can t get past this brake issue and their failure to rectify. Also strange because they take the time to send me mail when I ve visited, so they do have the means and know-how to contact customers.This was a past issue, correct. But at the time T&T did not properly address it. You have not seen my car in a while because I refuse to take it back after the failure on your end. Thanks for the reply.

Absolutely the best shop to take your vehicle to.Experienced and resourceful mechanics who have great attention to detail.I have been taking my vehicles here for over 15 years, and they've hotten me over 250, 000 miles on one of them.Trustworthy and honest people!!

I left my vehicle at this location for a repair. The next day my vehicle was hit in the front. This place has no working cameras. If someone hits your car, T & T said they are not responsible for any damages!! When a customer leaves their car for repair of service, their car is in the responsibility of the repair shop. This repair shop does not care about the safety of your vehicle. They are just after your money!!! I will never bring my car back to this ghetto, and unprofessional repair shop. Please beware of your vehicle's safety, and take your car where it will be safe!!!Service: Auto maintenance

I've been going here 27 years. I was with TNT with the original owners, and now with its new owner. The young man who owns it now has followed the same path of honesty and fantastic work as his predecessors. This autoshop is like family to me. I highly recommend them. 5 stars is not high enough!

The owner and his son is some real cool dudes. They communicate well and always keep you informed on what's going on. Had work done on my wife vehicle and mines. Very professional.

So thankful for this auto shop. I stumbled open them on accident, but I was beyond impressed with their service.I got in my car one morning and the engine was shaking abnormally and the sensors were going haywire. There was a brake sensor recall already issued for my car, so I brought it into the dealership. They told me that a rodent chewed through one of my intake wires and quoted me a price of $750 to fix it. I live in the city, so I just was going to bring the car to my parents mechanic, which was close by. He ended up being out of town. Since I didn t feel comfortable driving my car for any long distance, I found nearby T & T and liked the reviews they had received. I brought the car in, and the mechanic I spoke to on the phone pulled up a diagram on the office computer. He showed me the intake wire in question and walked me through a couple scenarios. He ended up calling me about 3-4 hours later and said they had fixed it for $75. That s a 1000% price difference.I appreciate them SO much, and I ll only be taking my car here from now on.

If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic with excellent pricing stop by T & T Auto Care. Came to the shop thinking I needed to get my brake pads and rotors replaced. They looked, fixed the issue without replacing the brakes/rotors saving me 750 dollars!

The very best auto care services ever! They've provided excellent care of our vehicles as the initial mechanics and now owners of the business. Have recommended family and friends who have are also very satisfied with their services. Very professional and knowledgeable and honest. Trust their work immensely!

I am so happy to have found T&T Auto Care. It is very rare to find a auto repair shop as honest and loyal as this one. I recently had a problem with my heater hose, on my Dodge Journey, where the tee connector had snapped. My dealer wanted to only replace the whole set, making the repair very expensive. However, T&T Auto Care was able to only replace what was needed. Because of their honesty, I received a savings of over 60% of the quote I received from my dealer.I am a strong believer that good honest mechanics are hard to find. However, when you do find one, you keep them. T&T Auto Care is a "keeper"!Service: Auto maintenance

Best customer service ever & excellent integrity! They don't nickel & dime you. Love T&T Auto! I made my appointment & when I arrived, they saw my car right away. They diagnosed the problem accurately & made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I will admit, I was very skeptical after reading all of the positive reviews for T&T Auto. After all, I had been going to my regular auto repair shop for quite some time. But, recently my blower motor and resistor failed meaning NO Heat! So, I did what I'd always done took my car to my auto repair. I am too embarrassed to say what they were going to charge. So, I began a search for a reputable and reasonable auto repair shop, and these days, that's like finding a needle in a haystack. But, I can honestly say, not only did I find the needle, I found a "diamond in a rough" right here in my own backyard! T&T saved me Hundreds of dollars and my car is nice & toasty for the winter months. I must have called the shop at least a half of dozen times asking questions, and the gentleman I spoke with was always kind, patient and answered all of my questions in detail. When I went to the shop, I asked the young man at the counter if I could speak with the boss just to inform him how thorough and patient his employee had been during my phone interrogation. I said his name is Lenny, he informed me that he was Lenny, he was the one I'd been speaking to and he was also the owner, then he says, "Go ahead tell me how patient I was". We both had a good laugh. My car, and I, was treated with the best care. I am so glad I found T&T Auto Care. Many Many Thank Yous Lenny

Thank you for taking care of my car so quickly! The confidence in fixing the problem, professionalism and kindness from the initial phone call to pick-up when completed, and efficiency during a busy time of year was MUCH appreciated. There's a reason they have consistent five star reviews. Honest, hard-working group and will definitely drive out of my way to use their services again!

Recently discovered T&T on google and after seeing nothing but good reviews I brought my Toyota Rav4 there to have engine checked (the light was on). I had it back within 24hrs and I am happy to say the light is off and all is running well. They were upfront and honest and that is admirable. The price was reasonable and peace of mind is priceless. I was referred to T&T Auto Care by a relative and I must say I am very happy with the service that was provided. Lenny was very professional and he explained everything to me about the issues I was having with my car. They changed out my timing chain and fuse box in my car. T&T Auto is my new shop. I live like 45 minutes away from the shop, but I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had to get the motor replaced in my van. It is now running great. They gave me a one year warranty on the motor and told me that if I had any issues, they would tow my vehicle to the shop and repair it free of charge. Peace of mind is priceless! They provide excellent customer service and quality work. I will be bringing my vehicles to these guys from here on out. Thanks T&T!!!

It's kind of tucked away in the cut, so it's not super easy to find if you've never been before. I took my husband's car here for a check engine light. They were able to resolve the issue really quickly - he got his car back the next day. Dropping the car off was quick and easy. The guy quickly stopped working on what he was going with one car, to take the keys, name, and told me he'd follow up with a phone call. He did. I would recommend this place.

They have worked on my car for maintenance and repairs multiple times over the past few years. Honest and reliable. Professional. They will tell you upfront or whenever they find out what's wrong with ur car if they can fix it or not. And the prices are reasonable. I've gotten oil changes that have lasted longer than expected. I've referred at least 3 ppl here. They are timely. They send thank you letters and reminders. It's good business here. They found the problem with my car when my own dealership couldn't (simply the wrong size air filter causing problems)! Go to T & T!

This is the last of honest, trustworthy mechanic. Been getting all my auto repairs at T&T for almost 20year . I think with the recent postal truck contract, they're too busy to give the stellar quality and communication they have done before. Needed rusted tire winch freed up, but they just called 5 hours later and said they couldn't fix it. And they didn't tell me there was a class action lawsuit which would have paid to have it replaced. Plus, instead of resealing the leaking sunroof, they just blew air in the drain hole which I already told them was not the problem. Vulcan adhesive came to my rescue instead.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been going this business for 5 to 10 years great mechanic never had any complaints always give me a reasonable price they kept my truck on the road all the time so give mechanic shop on call you never see a mechanic sitting down they all work they were very don't matter what kind of weather so come on and try them out

Called these guys this morning, and I was told they probably couldn't get to it today. By 1:30 PM they were done. Talked to Lenny for about an hour. I've found my new mechanics. Their fair and personable. Definitely not trying to beat you. Top notch service.
