I have had Auto Butler for the past 7 years. Sutton has always done a great job. Brian went over and above my expectations. My car looks amazing. It feels like and looks like a new car. Everything was done meticulously to detail. I would highly recommend Sutton for this service.

Jessica Harris is THE BEST! She is extremely attentive and informative, which lessens my anxiety about what services I may need to consider getting for my vehicle. Very disappointed with the purchase of my vehicle. Was supposed to get a great deal but they ended up giving me a 2 year free service plan instead of taking the incentives off the sticker price. Every time I serviced it, it was a battle because they "could not locate the service plan". My last visit I brought it in for a recall, which I specifically asked if they had the parts before scheduling. And I was assured they were in. I also added auto butler to that appointment. Jessica was no help. Said the car was done but it wasn't. Brian the service manager was the only one that made me whole. Jessica also did not want to provide an invoice for services done, which I demanded. I will never come back to this dealer and in fact made me reconsider having a Ford.

This is a bitter sweet I bought a car thought it was a good deal to take the high note because it was including a service contract that includes oil changes brake service and auto butler for the life of the contract. I have only used the service 2x over the span of one year and when I went to get my services they told me that my contract had expired and that I would have to pay out of pocket and seemed to not know about the contract however after speaking to one of the managers he gave me 3 oil changes to compensate until I can get to the finance department and get this resolved. I will update this review as the story develops. I was happy with their level of professionalism even when dealing with a situation they themselves didn t cause. Stay tuned for the update.

Sutton Ford is in an easily accessible location.Its hours of operation are convenient. Its staff is fantastic, especially Jessica and Jillian. If I could "move-in", I would in a heartbeat...friendly, upbeat, and always eager ti help the customer. Both my cars are over 100,000 miles, but they rum like new!!

Needed a recall item fixed and Sutton offered a mobile option which was great. They were able to work around my schedule in booking the appointment when we would be at home. The mobile technician Charles was prompt and courteous!

Terrible. Brought my truck in for shifting hard. They claim it doesn t, but came up with some other random code and wanted to charge me for that. Manager Jamie says sometimes when a customer comes in and nothings wrong we have to find a way to make it billable. ????Why would I bring my truck in and pay you $500 if I don t have an issue. They told me then can look again for more money.Also ford customer care can t do anything about it either.Going to this dealer will allow you to be bent over and screwed.

Great place. Unlike other dealers when you make an appointment they actually stand by it and get you in. Melissa was great in service communication was above and beyond. She really shines when it comes to taking care of everything from start to finish.

Got The Works Oil Change, Tire Rotation, inspection, etc. on my F-150. Scheduling and service was 5 stars. My rating reflects the hidden fees that I was scammed with. We as consumers vote to accept these slimy business practices with our dollars. I ll probably not go back if they continue to charge hidden fees. This is 2024, they know exactly what they re doing to lure you in with one price and scam you on the way out.

Pleasant experience. A little slow but they were busy. They did offer to wash my truck for free though. I definitely will bring my Ford to Sutton again...

Despite having an appointment it took almost 3 Hours to do an oil change. The price told was not what was charged. The check engine light was on (which I had diagnosed at a different Ford dealer so was aware of what was needed) and instead of them fixing it or even letting me know why the engine was on, they just cleared it. Light came back on 2 days later. Lastly they didn't put my engine cover back on. I have definitely had better service with other dealerships and will not be returning to this one.

Wish I could give a positive review, but I don't know what work was done. I brought my explorer in for the Auto Butler and the works oil change. Auto Butler was done and I'm assuming the oil change as well. As for the rest of the works ( tire rotation and inspection etc) there was no "report card". As far as I can tell, I was charged $99 for an oil change. My daughter also brought her Edge in for The Works the same morning. She also did not receive her "report card". She took her vehicle to Discount Tires for the tire inspection. As she suspected, her treads were quite worn. She replaced those tires. Someone isn't doing their job at the Quick Lane.

The appointment process was seamless. Got a reminder call the day before appointment. Dropped the vehicle off for appointment, listed my concerns & issues the vehicle has. The vehicle was ready at the agreed upon time.The only concern or issue I have was that the part needed to completely take care the vehicle issue was not in stock for a complete repair.Other than that, everything was fine, above what I expected.

Great service as always! I scheduled an oil change and Auto Butler application, thankfully they offer free shuttle service and took me to my hair appointment. Sutton was done with my service on time and picked me up from the salon. Excellent staff and service!!

Sutton Ford service department's quick lane is unmatched in their professionalism and expertise. The warm and welcoming staff are pleasant to work with and I have enjoyed the Sutton Ford experience for years. Most recently, Jason Scott has been awesome assisting with our fleet of Driver s Ed cars! Mad love for Sutton Ford especially Jessica Harris and the shuttle drivers all so courteous; it s so easy to get my car serviced and I don t have to stay with it as they offer shuttle service from and to the dealership (even called me when my car was finished to see what time to pick me up so I could get my car). Now that s service!

I had my door handle and my rear door lock checked on my cargo van. $400 for checking whether or not I chose to repair, $700 for the front door handle repair, and $500 for the rear door repair. All repairs were to be sure they locked properly for $1200??!! Thanks, no thanks. To be fair, I have been here previously several times and I m usually very satisfied with my service and the price doesn t usually seem outrageous like this issue did. But to leave paying $400 for the inspection and the $1200 quote was very disappointing to say the least.

I had a unforgettable terrible experience at Sutton Ford. I took my vehicle in because of engine check light , I drove my car from the Loop to Matteson, IL with NO BRAKE ISSUES.The service rep Paul Skinner notified me that there was puddle of brake fluid underneath the vehicle which I find hard to believe.What I do believe is they didn t won t to service my vehicle because it s a older model . Paul made a comment that really lead me to believe they sabotage my vehicle , he stated he don t know if it s worth the money putting( $2,400) into the vehicle with not such value .Everyone knows Ford is underwater . I guess that s their way of trying to force someone into purchasing a vehicle by sabotage vehicles that s not up to their standards.Don t contact me anymore about surveys!
