I had a great experience with an Eric at Sutton Ford. He had a friendly and knowledgeable approach, and was willing to answer all my questions to help find the perfect car for me. Certain qualities that stood out to me were his excellent communication skills, his ability to listen to my needs and preferences, he was willing to go the extra mile when I didn t even know which way I wanted to go just to ensure my satisfaction and kept me updated. He even offered my mom, dad, and myself refreshments (I should have asked for some chips ). The biggest thing that I loved was his patience. PLUS he got me the color I wanted. These qualities definitely made my car searching experience more enjoyable and memorable. His customer service was on point. Specially since the whole time he did it with a smile. If you go to Sutton Ford in Matteson ask for Eric. He sits at the first desk to your right. Thanks Eric!!!

I had made inquiries online re: a particular vehicle I was interested in and Latrice who works with on-line inquiries was very professional, respected my time, didn t harass me when I said text is better, later in day is better and because of this my husband and I decided to go to Sutton (I had looked at Jeep and other Ford dealership). We had a 10am appointment and we were greeted by Taiya who was our person during our time at Sutton. It was a fantastic visit; the car I was interested was a demo and unfortunately off the lot however, Taiya got us a similar vehicle so my husband could test drive a Ford Edge. When I asked if we could look at another type of vehicle she of course was just great about that and didn t try to rush us to buy something we didn t like. I had never considered a Ford Bronco but after both my husband and I driving one, she came home with us. From start to finish everyone was helpful, didn t rush us or make us feel uncomfortable and now I have a beautiful new Bronco Sport in our driveway. I highly recommend Sutton Ford, Latrice our in-line person and most definitely our sales associate Taiya!!

Ali helped us out tremendously. We already had a truck in mind to purchase. Ali was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. So our visit was quicker than I expected. Ali and the staff were very welcoming and made you feel right at home! Our experience here at Sutton Ford was great, and definitely worth recommending!

Went in this past Saturday, 03/30/24 to pick up a special ordered Ranger Raptor. My salesman Kevin Honeycutt was phenomenal! From day one of the initial order throughout them receiving the vehicle and following through with the buying process was simple and smooth. Kevin answered any questions I had and made the experience enjoyable! Sutton Ford & my guy Kevin gave me the 5-Star treatment, went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely spread the word and will be doing business with them in the future!

I bought a certified pre-owned F-150 from Sutton. From making an inquiry online to leaving with the vehicle the whole process was pleasant. My salesperson Ali was very professional and polite and I would recommend anyone to give Sutton a look.

The best service from JT and Eric! My (non Ford) vehicle engine went out (just out of warranty) and I had to purchase a new vehicle fast! Definitely didn't want to go back to old Make and didn't want a car note but here I was. I am so happy with the decision to choose Sutton Ford as I looked and looked and test drove so many vehicle but the care I received here is unmatched! I am driving off with my brand new Escape ST model... my family and I couldn't be happier! Don't walk run to Sutton Ford and let them take care of you!

On 03/06/2024 my son and I walked into the dealership around 7:15pm. I am the type of shopper that I already know what I have come to buy and I come prepared with who I am financing from. I could tell by the looks on everyone's face that it was the end of the evening and they would just rather go home. I was still in my work clothes and probably did not look like a guaranteed sale at that time. However, my son had totaled his car and we needed to purchase. Greg Logan came over and began helping me right away. He immediately located the car that we had come to see and pulled it into the warm garage so that we could go over it all without standing in the cold. He encouraged my son to take a test drive. This was the same type of car that he previously had and loved so he knew many of the features already. Greg walked with us every step of the way. We were out of the dealership with our new vehicle by 8:30pm. I appreciate that when everyone else looked like they would rather go home, Greg stayed and sold us a car in an hour. He answered all questions and walked us out when it was finished. It is amazing how just the "work" clothes you come in in can change the way people want to help you as they don't see an immediate sale. In return for Greg being so helpful, we hope that we made it a smooth transition and end to his night also. If I do business there again, it would only be with Greg Logan.

I bought a 2024 Bronco from Sutton. They were very responsive and were able to help me get a great price on my vehicle. If you ever need a great salesman, I highly suggest working with Ali. He was away while I was purchasing my vehicle and made sure to have everything ready and communicated with his partner. It was such an easy process. I am super thankful and definitely will be buying future vehicles from there.

James is a great salesman! He got my grandma her dream car for a really nice price. It was quick and not long like the other car lots where they gave you sting for hours and hours. I enjoyed seeing that smile on my grandma face she got the car and color she wanted and he put a push button start on the car for her since it did not come with one he is awesome if you go to Ford ask for James!!

I would have to say the best experience my wife and I had buying a car was at Sutton. Eric Maymon and Manager Nick had all the paper work ready before we even walked in the door. Seamless transaction with financing, no pressure sales on products. Got us in and out within a couple of hours. Shortest time ever spent buying a car. We'll be back there for sure.

I had a wonderful experience at Sutton Ford. I was elated from start to finish with how smooth the process went. I was in a very difficult situation being very upside down in my previous vehicle. I showed about $5000 in negative equity on a vehicle I owed $12,000 on, with a ton of repair work to do. Sutton Ford was able to relieve me of those expenditures and put me into a beautiful brand new 2023 escape. The escape had a good amount of rebates which helped aid my financing. All departments really pulled together , for my very best benefit. Ellie, my sales associate, facilitated the entire transaction from start to finish without a single hiccup. This was a one stop shop folks. If you want to be taken care of independently, and not treated like you re just a sale . Go see Ellie at Sutton Ford! Don t be scared to sit in the passenger seat while Ellie drives a flawless process! BeepBeep

I had a great sales person . This guy had the patience of a saint. I test drove many different vehicles. Helped me to pick the car I did very satisfied with my vehicle . I've been on the HUNT for my perfect Ford Explorer for almost a year now. I found it online at Sutton I reached out and immediately heard back from Brandon through text and email. My husband and I both have busy work schedules and live in NWI so it was hard to plan when to get out there. Brandon was amazing in keeping me updated that the Explorer of my dreams was still available!! We were able to make it in late Friday 9/15. We were met at the door by Jimmy Marinez, he was great! Because we had been looking for so long we didn't need to test drive so we went straight for the business of purchasing the vehicle, Jimmy was fantastic, very knowledgeable, very quick, and very nice and professional. He had mentioned a couple times he was new at the sales part but we never would have known. We have delt with other local to us Ford dealers and I will say Sutton blew them out of the water.Thank you Sutton Ford team for helping my husband and I purchase not only our dream Explorer, but our first brand new vehicle.I'd also like to mention our finance guy Vino was great as well. We can't say enough good things about our experience!

Malik was an amazing salesman he got me into a 2023 Exscape. My favorite color is blue and he got me in a blue suv. He was patient, nice, calm, with a great sense of humor. He was professional and after my purchase he had them wash my car and fill up my tank. He was informative. Really liked him.
