Gerald Toyota is Amazing I was in a Head on collision from a reckless driver my vehicle was Totaled, From the Sales Manager Moe Zidan to Manar Taher and Bilal the staff treated me like family also supported me emotionally and there positive energy was phenomenally amazing they Helped Me find a vehicle to fit my budget and made my experience with this dealer something I had to Share with all consumers Ramzi in Anthony where also amazing. The service here is 5 Stars *****Also the staff is off the hook Fire!!!

Only gave one star because I had to....worst experience ever!!!! I brought my car here this morning for an oil change and tire rotation both of which I was charged for. When I come to pick up my car I noticed that the tires were not rotated AT ALL!!! I first brought this to the attention of Ted Smith the service manager who was extremely nonchalant about my complaints and did not offer any resolution my time or inconvenience. I later spoke with the GM Mike Smiley who was equally unbothered at the fact that his technicians are not completing work and customers are being charged for work that has not been completed...he even went as far as to make excuses for the tech. stating he was new and that "his head wasn't there". I don't know about you but I want the person working on my car to have their head with them at work. I think its sad that after bringing your car to a "reputable" service department you have to wonder if any of the work was actually completed and what type of job was done. My money was eventually refunded for the "service" that was done but not without some teeth pulling. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The service people were very kind and friendly. They informed me of what I would need in the future. I didn't have to wait long for my service to be done. Gerald Toyota is the only place I take my car.

Such a professional staff! From the girl who took in my car for service, to the technicians, to the service manager....all top notch. It's great when you can trust the people fixing your car! Thanks fir a great experience!

Been taking my Lexus there for about 14 years. They have always been courteous and professional... They've saved me a bunch of money on repairs and maintenance.... It seems their simple oil changes have become a little pricy though. I intend to still use them for repairs on my vehicle, since I have over 300,000 miles on it, and repairs may become more frequent, ha, ha. Although I might shop around for less expensive oil changes. I still give those guys 5-stars.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation, appointment was at 11:20. Didn't get out till 3:05. Almost 4 hours! I was told it would only be a hour. I'll never go back.

I love Gerald Toyota...I like to think of it as "we r family"..Ive been w/them 17yrs(b4 the name was changed to what it is now)..Im on my 4th vehicle...This staff have always been good to me..nothing but a wonderful experience each visit...service guys r excellent...the best...Id truly b lost w/o them...no lie..
