I have nothing but great things to say about Gerald Nissan of Matteson! Anthony was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, relatable and professional. Every single one of the staff were so friendly! We live in North Aurora but traveled to Matteson for the specific car we wanted, a Nissan Rogue. There is a Gerald Nissan 2 miles from our house and they mentioned that they could have had the car sent there instead of us having to drive an hour to Matteson. Let me tell you, the hour it took to get there was well worth it! I would HIGHLY recommend Gerald Nissan of Matteson.

Brandon and Ed at Gerald Nissan were the best! They were both so professional and helpful! I would recommend family, friends, and coworkers to Gerald Nissan of Matteson. My mom, sister, and I were so impressed with the car buying process at Gerald Nissan. It was smooth and very pleasant. Brandon and Ed were not pushy or rude like salesmen at other dealerships that we have dealt with in the past. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Start to finish, top to bottom the best car buying experience I could have hoped for. My sales person Anthony was professional and clearly had my best interests in mind when we were discussing my options. He took the time to introduce me to John the sales manager who worked with me to arrive at a price on the car and on my trade that was beneficial to us both. When it came time to meet with finance the positivity continued. Getting the loan application completed on line made things move smoothly. Every step of the process was addressed with professionalism and absolutely no pressure. Gerald Nissan definitely comes highly recommended!

Anthony Adams was unbelievable. He was very attentive to what I was there for and what I expected to happen during my buying process.He explained in detail. He did not make me feel uncomfortable and just the overall experience with him was great. I was not expecting for this deal to go through but with the help of Anthony and the other Management team, they made it happen. They went above and beyond to make this experience great at ease and well worth it. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Anthony and the team with the sell of my new 2023 vehicle.

I had a very good experience with Gerald Nissan. Especially with Brandon Keys. He was very professional. Answered all the questions I had in timely manner. Even though I was out of state customer, Brandon took care of all the paperwork before I arrived to the dealership and all I had to do was just sign it. I would highly recommend him as your sales representative. For my next vehicle, I would pick Gerald Nissan before any other dealership. I am very happy with the vehicle I bought.

I purchased my first Nissan, and it was at Hawkinson. I have bought many cars over the years. I could not be any happier with the experience I had at Hawkinson. John and Jacob were very friendly, straight forward. Really worked with me, they were very patient with me. No gimmicks, no pressure, no worries. They really wanted to sell the car to a local person, instead of just focusing on money. That is something you do not see any more.I cannot thank the whole staff that were directly involved, and the ones that just said "hi" enough for such a pleasant experience.I just wish they sold homes and appliances. :)Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and God Bless You All.A million and one thanks.

From the entire purchase on my car last year November (Lucky) was my salesman to me getting my oil changed on the service has been great. Keep up the good work. One request I do have is that you all start using envelopes for paperwork when customer come in to get their vehicles serviced. Other than that keep up the great customer service

I'm 50 years old. I have bought many cars down through the years. I must say my experience at this dealership was far past anything I could have imagined. The most simple, easiest process that I have ever experienced at any dealership. Edward Brown, Brandon Key, and Nissian, Thank you for such a great experience! Highly recommended!Highly recommended!

Friendly crew, went above and beyond. Went to test drive a used vehicle and ended up also test driving a brand new Pathfinder. Loved the new Pathfinder and purchased. The entire staff was amazing from beginning to end. Our salesperson Dominic was very knowledgeable and stayed late through all of the final steps of purchase. He went above and beyond. Great experience.

I really have no complaints. I just really wish that my concerns were taken, more, into consideration since this is a fairly new purchase. I should not be liable for certain things this early in my purchase, especially since I made the Sales Rep aware in reasonable time. I was not able to come in right away and it s not my fault that the Rep is no longer with you guys, though I feel that he was a great asset. Kudos to the birthday man for the great car wash. Thanks for this opportunity to share my experience.

I had a great experience. I went with one purpose and even though I was cautious, I ended up purchasing and am happy with my choice. I worked with Melissa and she was beyond patient with me as I took what felt like forever going over the numbers in my head. John stepped in and went over everything again and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I didn't feel pressured with either John or Melissa. They told me multiple times that I was the one making the payment so in the end I need to be comfortable. Finance guy(Michael) was quick and thoroughly went over everything with me. I appreciate Melissa and Johns honesty and patience and think they were fair in my trade. Overall very happy. Thank you Melissa and John!

Been a Nissan owner for a while. Didn't buy from here as we are from out of town. Pulled in with 2 flats from I57. Shot us straight in and were HONEST. Had us patched with an oil change in a quick hour. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Friendly staff and very inviting. Thanks much!

Best car buying experience I ve ever had. Each staff member that we dealt with, from sales with Michael, to his manager and the fi-guys was efficient, honest, highly professional and knowledgeable. And, these guys know how to work a deal that puts the customers best interest first.

DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!! My daughter has a 2023 Nissan Rogue. 2 weeks ago the car stopped working and stalled in the middle of the road. Had the car towed to Gerald Nissan. The engine is done at about 13,000 miles. She was told she number 2 then number 5 on getting a loaner while they wait for part. This happened on a Wednesday, she called on Saturday. No loaner available yet. Called early the next week, car not ready no loaner. Received call from Nissan, engine fail will be fixed but it is not Nissan responsibility to provide a loaner vehicle or reimburse for a rental car. Called the dealership back this past Friday. Was told the parts are in, if the car is not ready Monday we will have a loaner. My husband took my daughter after work to get the loaner or her car, nobody returned phone calls. Not all the parts are in and they are not giving a loaner, we don t have to, they said. Mind you they were very rude to daughter and husband My husband needless to say, was angry. They pretty much said when the parts come in we will fix the car and let you know. Then walked away. Before it was Gerald it was Hawkinson. We bought over the years 12-13 cars. They always helped if there was a problem with a vehicle. NEVER NISSAN NEVER ANY GERALD DEALERSHIP

Brandon was Amazing, I'll recommend If your looking to purchase a new Vehicle you go to Gerald Nissan of Matteson and ask for him. He will work with you and make sure you get exactly what you want. The entire team was great!! My Husband and I had an A+ experience!!

To be brief, I would NEVER recommend this dealership to family or friends! Former customers, beware and check your bill of sale. I was scammed out $1000 by a salesman. Not only that, but the same salesman improperly authorized Progressive insurance for my vehicle, and guess what, the agency is canceling my policy May 20th for that reason!! This whole experience with Gerald Nissan has been a total nightmare! I truly regret walking into this trash dealership last week.

This dealership, especially Melissa Lopez, goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. Melissa is patient and 100% makes sure you re satisfied with your car purchase. She s not like any of the other sales man who are just trying to make a sell, she truly cares about your needs and your safety on the road. She walks you through every step and explains every detail that goes into making such a big decision. Melissa is down to earth andMade my car shopping/purchase a very delightful experience.

Absolutely makes no sense. My wife purchased her vehicle here and has had it serviced here without a problem. Had her tires inspected here with nothing out of the ordinary. Comes in today for a oil change and they inspect her tires with no damage noted when she paid. I've never had a issue with the rear tires, nor have I ever had to air them. Today after her service and no sooner then the end of the driveway, one of her tires has a inside blowout. That doesn't seem right to me. They offered nothing but a attempt to sell new tires. We go down the street to Discount tires and the guy here sees no reason why the tire would blow. Anytime something happens to a vehicle right after it's serviced, it's only natural for anyone to question its validity, coincidence or negligence in service. I'm just leaving this here for people to see the experience. We have no negative feelings towards the dealership, it is what it is and sometimes things happen for a reason.

He offered snacks, water, and showed multiple suitable vehicles within my price range. I m overall pleased with this car buying process and will absolutely refer family and friends.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention how much I miss Stephen Lee. He was the best! I was also disappointed when the new service advisor Steve referred me to was gone. Josh was fantastic and really seemed to care about me and that my vehicle was well maintained. I will miss him as well! Fortunately, Jeremiah Hawkinson stepped up to the plate and handled my issue with the same care I have grown accustomed to. Thank you Jeremiah! You better not leave! ;)
