Jamie is amazing. She was so professional and helped my son purchase his first car. She helped him stay within budget and most importantly got a car with some safety features that made this momma happy. I can't wait to come back and buy a new car from Jamie. Jamie made our Toyota family want to buy a Honda!!! Now that's a great salesperson!!!!

Jamie helped us with the entire purchase process, in order to get our mom a car. Sometimes, the process can be intimidating for senior citizens, but Jamie was the utmost professional! She helped us confirm the price within our budget, and handled every single follow-up with great care. She truly cares about her customers. If you re going to Gerald, ask for Jamie

I had a phenomenal experience working with Jamie S. She was really patient with helping me choose the right car for my needs with no pressure at all. As a first time buyer, she made me feel very comfortable and made a stressful process a whole a lot easier. I totally recommend that everyone asks for Jamie S! I highly recommend working with Bob O when purchasing your Honda. He once again did an excellent job with my recent purchase of my CRV. He is very patient and detailed. He let's you know all your options and gives you the best deal. I have been buying my Hondas with him for years and will continue to do so.

Absolute dream encounter. Sent text in morning to inquire about vehicle availability on website. Received a response from Jermaine Wood. I called him to basically let me know if I can upgrade my current lease without all the back and forth. He said based on what he s hearing that we should be close. Of course I had my doubts but I decided to drive in anyway. To my surprise and complete satisfaction not only was Mr. Wood incredibly prepared (had car waiting for me) ready for test drive but when we went in to talk numbers he was spot on with our earlier discussion. I was so impressed with my experience at Gerald Honda. The manager David was equally as pleasant to deal with. I will undoubtedly come back here for my next vehicle!!

What a very pleasant, buying experience! Anthony the salesman listened to me, yes actually listened and didn t try to sell me stuff I didn t want. Jamie- Since greeting my Father and I she offered warmth and safety. Typically car dealers offer no boundaries and hound to sell. Jamie was the opposite, she was calm and wanted to make sure I was taken care of first and foremost. Wanted me to walk out happy in a safe car. She worked hard to get EVERYTHING I asked for and I succeeded! It was amazing working with her. She took the time to set my car up WITH me and taught me all the bells and whistles, making sure I completely understood before I left. I honestly felt like I was working side by side with my best friends Mom. Very genuine soul. I m happy with the car and the total outcome. I will FOR SURE be recommending her to anyone who informs me that they are searching for a car. Thank you again Jamie, it was a pleasure!

My experience with Gerald Honda was good. My Salesman Jermaine Wood was very helpful. From the time I stepped foot into the dealership, he was pleasant and asked me what I was looking for. I told him, and he showed me several different cars before I made my decision. Any questions or concerns that I had he answered them in an efficient manner. He wasn't pushy like most Car Salesman can be, which I greatly appreciated. -Kemi

My experience was wonderful. Anthony Sperando is the best car salesman that I have ever worked with and I am 73 years old. He is very capable, excellent at pointing out the qualities of the cars, answering questions and addressing my needs as a customer. He promptly replied to any concern I had before and after the purchase of the 2019 Honda HR-V. He even installed new car mats in the car, and made sure that the car was well prepped for delivery. I wish to add that David, Anthony's sales manager, was a pleasure to work with in negotiating the purchase of the car. Gerald Honda met my highest expectations, even though I am a difficult to please customer. If you need a car, you owe it to yourself to go to the best: go to Anthony Sperando, David and Gerald Honda.

I came into Gerald Honda to trade in my lease and was greeted by Jamie S. and Davies the Mgr and I couldn't have asked for a better team. Jamie took her time in going over the features of each vehicle until I finally selected the one I wanted. She explained in detail the next steps and Davies helped me to get the the monthly payment I was looking for.Needless to say that I will be a returning customer due to the customer service I received.
