I like the fact that it was just an oil change tire rotation and it was quick. I don t even think I was there a whole hour and if I was, it was just an hour so I was pleased with that. Not sure though why I got two different quotes for fixing a light just above my back plate on my car, the first quote was $87 plus labor and then they came back just before the end of service to say it s gonna be $31 and it only takes five minutes to fix

I bought my truck there I go there to receive service and I never get a car wash with out asking for one. It is the little things that keeps customers happy and I received no military discount. Everyone loves Veterans because they do the job that others could never do.

Always great service and techs do great work. I trust the work they do so I travel 40 min even though I have a GMC dealership closer. Shout out to Bill N, always treats his customers great!

The email asking to do this survey indicated it was for work done on 1/26/2024; however, I did not have my car serviced on that date. I did have work done on 1/13 and 1/17 2024. Based on a few different factors (didn't properly apply service coupon for service 1/13, seemingly never performed the tire rotation, and the flagrant attempt to price gouge on an additional service they recommended on 1/17), I will not be returning to Arnie Bauer for service moving forward, nor will I purchase another vehicle from them. In the span of one week, they have destroyed trust and lost a customer of nearly 12 years.

I was recently in the market for a vehicle to replace my 2015 Buick Enclave, as it was rapidly approaching 115,000 miles. I HATE going to the car dealerships, as I am usually attacked by salesmen who are going to "put me in a vehicle" before I leave. I usually want to just see what vehicles they have available.I did my homework for a few weeks on autotrader, cars, carguru, and Trucar websites, so I knew what was available, the general price range, and the condition of the vehicles (Carfax).I had never been to Arnie Bauer before, and was curious to view two (2) of their vehicles listed for sale, 2021 Envision and 2020 Enclave. I was informed prior to my arrival that the Envision had already sold, but the Enclave was available.Upon arriving at the dealership, Mr. Tom Sinon greeted me and asked if there was anything that he could do for me, or questions he could answer. I informed him that I was here to see the 2020 Enclave. He found the vehicle, brought it to the door, and asked if we would like to inspect it and take it for a drive. Both my wife and I drove the car. The vehicle was as nice as it appeared on-line. Better than the vehicle, was the overall demeanor of the salesman, Tom Sinon. He was not pushy, but was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the options that were included in this vehicle, and was realistic about discussing pricing.Tom made the entire experience a pleasurable one, and we ended up purchasing the Enclave, and trading in my 2015 Enclave (I was intending on selling it outright, but they offered a fair price).The purchase of any vehicle today is EXPENSIVE! I knew this before I went to the dealerships. At Arnie Bauer there were no hidden fees or dealer addons that were not disclosed prior to finalizing the purchase. Everything about the process was transparent. (Several other dealerships we visited were not as open about any "Dealer Add-ons". These fees were usually not disclosed until finalizing the sale).Overall, I feel that I received a fair price for the purchase of the vehicle, I received a fair price for my trade-in, and was able to negotiate a reasonable price on a 4 year extended warranty.I left this transaction knowing that I'd be seeing Tom again for any future vehicle purchases. Well Done!

Almost like the good ole days. My Dad was in car sales when I was a kid and I would hang around the dealership for fun back then. Buying a car is never really fun, and I admit I was in the store for 4 hours total, BUTI found the car online on a Tuesday, pulled an Autocheck and a Carfax because it wasn't yet on the dealers home site. I messaged them immediately. I had answers from Ricardo within 30minutes. One answer was that the car went in for detailing and could not yet be shown. I followed up on Wednesday to remind them that I was ready when the car was. On Thursday, the car and my sales consultant, Rowland, were both due in by 1pm. A manager, Jayson, called me at noon to tell me he had hands on the car and we were ready to go. I arrived at the store, looked under the car while waiting for the keys, drove the car, popped the hood and made an "offer"... in that I had an idea of my desired trade in and my monthly payment. Yes, I was offered dealer accessories, and yes I was offered extra coverage... but it was completely ok to politely decline. After appraising my trade, they exceeded my requested value and knocked a few bucks off the purchase to thank me for waiting 2 days to come and see the car. Nothing hidden in the contract, no surprises in the business office. Rowland let me go over the car at my own pace. Jayson thanked me for making out after 2 days. And Kathy in the business office had it done in no time, and was frankly like chatting with a friend. If you are buying a used car, do your research. Don't post online after the fact about what you missed or what went wrong with a 15 year old car. I bought a low mileage, one owner 2011 with no hassles and no regrets. If they have a car listed that you're interested, DON'T WAIT. Call or email them now.

The service man quoted me one price then charged me because the mechanic broke the bolts on the truck. Not to mention he said it would take one day and it took a week, because your mechanic got sick,,as though you don't have other ones. They still had to get another mechanic to finish the job and i had to use another car that your shop did not provide. Sorry service.

Poor service and worse communication here. They offered to bring us a vehicle for a test drive but then backed down on that and said they'd talk to management and get back to us soon. Not hearing back, we reached out to the internet sales team and they advised that someone would get back to us. 3 days later we reached out again and was told that the vehicle had an offer from someone else and that it was being sold. This dealership has serious communication issues between the internet sales staff and the actual sales people. With all the communication we had, we never once heard from management and when we tried to contact mgmt directly, we received no response. This is a dealership to avoid.

Jessica was my first point of contact. She was attentive and thorough with explaining all my questions in a timely matter. I needed my engine rebuilt and they got it done exceptionally fast and worked with my warranty company. Nothing but great things to say.Tyler was my service advisor. He explained all the issues with my car and thoroughly walked me through the process of what needed to be done. He and the mechanics worked with my warranty company and literally had my car fixed in less than a week. This dealership is hands down the best to deal with.Thank you to all the employees at Arnie Bauer you guys are fantastic!

Unbelievable experience just now. We were told this 2014 with 12k miles was in perfect condition. Bought the car unseen hoping for the best when we arrived. The car was in fact in perfect condition!! I'm blown away honestly. Extremely professional dealership. Highly highly recommend. David was our salesman. If we ever need a car we are traveling the 3 hours to get it here. This is my highschool son we got this car for. Spoiled kid

Had my car for 2 hours and the only diagnosis they came up with was lifters and cam shack. For a new engine in a 2009. How does that make sense. The car is 9k. Anyway, I went to JIFFY LUBE and I needed spark plugs and my lifter was stuck.

Bring my vehicle in for service To Mark My service provider read the previous paperwork did not submit my claim to my warranty company. But charge me a service fee Suggest for me to take it back to the previous dealership for faults. But I'm still under warrant for repairs.

Arnie Bauer Buick GMC Cadillac is the only place I will take my Caddy and GMC for service. They are the only place I will purchase a new Cadillac or GMC from.Recently my wife brought in our Acadia for an oil change. The tech failed to list issue that needed attention. Much of the work was under an extended warranty. I found these issues and brought the truck back to the service department. I told the dealership owner and the service manager the problems and asked why would the tech over look these issues.The service manager took over my complaint, put me in a XT5 loaner, and sent me on my way. The service writer Erick, was new but super polite, we worked through issues with the warranty company and ultimately repaired all the issues totaling $4000, no charge to me.The way they handle my problems after a clear mishandling by them, is why I am extremely happy with Arnie Bauer.Great service is hard to come by, Arnie Bauer proved that it is important to pamper a customer after a failure.No screaming, no shouting, no attitude..just great service.

David Brdar addressed all my concerns and had us on the road in plenty of time for the trip back to Western Wisconsin (saw the vehicle online and bought it pretty much sight unseen). They honestly represented the vehicle and there were no disappointments. I don t mind driving across two states for a great deal like I received. If they have the car you want...give them a shot at your business. I found it to be worth my time and money. -John

I didn't get the exceptional service that I expected. My steering wheel is off centered and it wasn't that way when I bought it in, they say they don't have a solution. Alignment didnt work, so i guess I'm stuck with a crooked steering wheel. Repair cost that I paid were extremely high. Twenty years of coming there and six cars purchased. I thought I'd get better.
