In my opinion Woodys is the best. Always friendly. Brian and his team are excellent and honest. When I have a problem with my truck there's no hesitation to go to Woodys.

Bought these set of headers online, the O2 sensor bung was hitting against the transmission cooler.My car was DIW as I could not put it back together until the sensor issue got resolved.Took the header to Woody's, inmediately Brian gave a simple easy solution that other shops overlooked.Within 24hrs the header bung was relocated, and the results were fantastic. One of my buddies who works at a performance shop in St. Clair saw the welds, he said it looked perfect.I, like most people, always wants to get the best deals, but when it comes to auto shop labor, materials, there is no cutting corners, you do get what you paid for. Is difficult to find a trustful mechanic, and Woody's (Brian) is one of them, I highly recommend them.cheers and pizzaService: Exhaust

Yesterday I had a rough start with my car,from the radiator,to a friend fixing it to the best of her ability and it proved to be a success so we thought,when I stopped to pick up a freing I noticed the water leak again.Going to parts store to get a overflow tank coming out of the store I noticed a flood under the car.having gone on church street before I noticed this sign that said Woodys Automotive repairs,being close to 5 I didn't think I had a Snowball chance of the shop even entertaining my car issues,after speaking with a gentleman who I assumed is the owner,he got his mechanic rt on the problem.i couldn't have anymore happier then what just happened to having my car repaired without an appointment. Later that evening I called the shop they were gone but I go a return call even though I never left a message.i would recommend Woodys to everyone,makes you feel that there are still kind peopleThank youDonna

Had Woody's check my soft brakes problem. Got me in and adjusted rear drums, working great now. Very courteous and polite young mechanic and owner. Highly recommend! Bob

Wilson Auto & Truck Inc has very good and educated mechanics. The owner himself is also actively involved with day-to-day car repairs. I have always been provided an honest answer and the service is top notch. Their wait times can be a few days... which is a good sign because it illustrates several people trust and return to this repair shop. I am always impressed with how knowledgeable Shane, the owner, is of different make, model, and years of vehicles. I personally like knowing that if a repair on my car is not financially justifiable, the mechanics will advise me. (Recently told me that an expensive car repair is not justified due to other issues coupled with the present day value of the car.) Every town needs an honest mechanic... this for me is Mascoutah's honest mechanic.

This dealer is OUTSTANDING! I was referred them by a local friend as a transplant to the area and was immediately impressed by their service. I was staring at a $2,000 quote from a dealership for some valve work on my truck. Wilson's immediately sorted out the overcharged nonsense items and whittled my cost down to $700. Three years later and my truck STILL runs great. They're local folks who put pride in doing outstanding work and it shows in their quality. I can't recommend them strongly enough. Shayne is the most honest mechanic I ve ever dealt with anywhere. Full Circle Auto in O Fallon tried to charge me $860 to replace a fuel pump. I took it to Wilson s and they discovered that the electrical cord had been chewed through and that the pump was fine. Another time I took my Jeep in for new brakes and Shayne let me know that they were good and could still go another 30k mikes - didn t even charge an inspection fee. I won t take my cars anywhere else. They always do great work at a phenomenal price.

They fixed my issues on my old car that another Mechanic looked at. The one part they didn't touch was a part that the other mechanic put in had a warranty. When I took it back to them to honor their warranty they told me it was another part all together not that part. Wilson's (which is Woody's now) said it was that part and the other mechanic was trying to give me the run around. I since then bought a new car and took it in for minor repairs. They do a good job.

I take my car there for oil change. Being a widow and a senior they totally check my car over make sure everything is ok. If they find anything that needs to be fixed they call me and tell me or when I pick it up they tell me. I totally rely on them they're honest and affordable.

Great shop! Customer service is top notch!! I've been there a couple times: they replaced my 4x4 transmission, exhaust manifold and motor mounts, AC issue and rotate/balanced my oversized tires.

We have been taking our cars there for the past 5 years. Always professional, good prices, get things done in the time he tells you. Just had tires, breaks, and a fan replaced...couldn t be happier!

Friendly down to earth people with customers concerns in mind. Very knowledgeable technicians , have not had a problem with any service they have for my vehicle's. Would and have recommended to many that has a need for auto services.

They are very good and relatively inexpensive on auto repairs. On a couple of occasions I got my vehicle (Chrysler mjnivan) back (fully repaired) for less than I could purchase the parts.

Air conditioner quit on my truck... A friend recommended them. Called and got in next day - fixed in a couple of hours and on my way at a very fair price. Thanks!

They don't try to charge you for things you don't need like other places do. They don't assume I don't know anything about cars because I am a woman. I still see way too many places like that still.
