I'd never had hail damage before so I was pretty freaked out after this storm. I called my insurance (after waiting on hold for like 95 minutes) and they told me that they wanted to pay based on photos, without anyone actually looking at the damage so I called Ultimate after they dropped a flyer on my windo at Target and they were great!! Neil came to my house to drop a rental off and he did everything it was so easy. My car looks great and they took care of my insurance in just a couple of days. Easy peasy.

This company is great! They got my car looking new again after the recent hail storm. Very knowledgeable, informative, and professional. They even helped me with my deductible!

Ultimate Hail & Dent bent over backwards to handle everything with my claim. They delivered a rental to my doorstep and even covered my deductible. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and pick up my car when it was finish. And the work was top notch, thank you!!!

Ultimate hail and dent are did a great job on my car. They really took care of everything for me. Took care of the insurance B.S.Free rental car. Paid for my deductible. What else can you ask for! Zero dollars out of pocket.Thanks

This place left a flyer on my car at my apartment complex stating they would fix it for free and support st. Jude children s research hospital . First of all why are you touching my car without permission? Second of all if I wanted to fix my car I would have found you guys myself. Third of all saying you ll fix my car for free is not true considering insurance will pay for it. The play on words is scummy and I will take my business else where.

The work is just phenomenal. I am more surprised than being satisfied with how good the vehicle look after the repair. There is just no way you can tell it was hit by thousands hail bullet even if you search with the flashlight.Really really superb job.
