I used Ralph & Sons based on a good recommendation from two close friends. I've only had one service so far with them for a power steering fluid change. They completed the work within a day and were reasonable to work with. The pricing was comparable to other auto repair shops, maybe a little less. I'd use them more if they had later store hours or worked weekends.

Great service, reasonable prices and very knowledgeable! We've taken our vehicle to them a few times and each time I've been very impressed! Bob really knows his stuff! Took our jeep up there for a/c issue and he was aware of an odd issue with the condenser that causes leaks. He was the only mechanic, out of the 10 I called around, that was aware of the issue. This place is now our go to shop! It's on the edge of Maryville, across from the bank.

My car died right in front of the place. It sat at Ralph's for a solid week. When I called Bob said he was busy and I could come and take my car somewhere else. When I called buzzs auto they came and towed it. Bob threw my car keys on the floor board of the carYes

I was made to feel pretty uncomfortable during my experience here: the shop worker said, Sir, please leave him alone, he knows how to patch a tire when I was talking to the guy patching my tire (nice guy btw) as if I was causing problems by asking about my vehicle and potentially hiring them for more work. The shop had zero customers while I was there and now i know why The guy behind the desk was rude and I won t be coming back!

I was extremely pleased with the service. Bob was very nice and got my car in an out for me at a very reasonable price. I will definitely will be using them again in the future!

Owner is biggest jerk I've met, then overcharges you by hundreds of what other reputable towing services charge. It's rare for me to say bad things about local businesses but this place was completely out of range of others and talks to you like your not worthy of their time.

I was in a bad car accident last night and Ralph and son's towed my car so I called them today to find out how much it was too get my car out and have it taken to my mechanic and they guy told me $300 dollars just for a tow. So I told the guy named Bob that I couldn't afford that at this moment and he said I knew you couldn't afford that and then hung up on me this guy was so rude and unprofessional. But the thing is I can afford to get my car out I just couldn't get them all the money today. But this guy didn't even give me a chance to ask him if I could come up there on Monday with the money. All he said was I knew u couldn't afford it and hung up on me I will talking to the better busy Bureau about this company. The Guy Bob is the rudest person ever. And I will be filling other complaints against this company. I don't recommend this company to anyone

Bob always is very helpful and responsive. He helped take care of wiring issues after I caused an engine fire. Very great and reasonable mechanic!
