Wonderful people! I broke down on the highway on a road trip and they fixed my car quickly. They even offered to give me rides between their location and my hotel. Fair prices, too.

This was the 2nd place we went to in this cute town as we had to replace our tire during our roadtrip, they were extremely helpful! They didn't have the exact tire but they called up the 1st place and went and picked up a tire for us. They went above and beyond to help us out and we're so greatful! Scott & his crew are the best! I'm a pilot car driver. My car is my life. Twice I was broke down, got me in immediately. Fixed me up, the best they could. So I didn't miss my load. Thanks so much...I'll be back

Scott is a great guy who gets the job done right the first time, doesn't try to sell you things you don't need and has very fair rates. The only thing is I have picked up a lot of nails and screws in his parking area over the years. It would be good to have that paved or at least have it swept with an electromagnet from time to time.

My son & I were traveling home from Arizona and the wheel bearings went bad on his truck, Scott let us use his truck for the night and he & Ed came in at 6:30 am on a Saturday morning to get us back on the road. Great guys, great service.

I'm a otr small box truckbdriver and was stranded with brake problems. They were willing to get me in the next business day. And they didn't gouge me with high price because I was stranded.Will definitely return here or recommend other drivers in the company if we need work done and we are in the area.

I was stranded at the McDonald's in Marshall on my way to Memphis TN. They rescued me, fixed my car battery, and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. Godly man! I thank God for the care, friendly and quick service I received!!! 5 stars for these fellas!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Had to make a call regarding some work I needed done on my car. The man who answered the phone was extremely helpful. He made sure that what would typically be a stressful situation was explained and understood before leaving the phone call. Would definitely recommend

These are sincerely the people you hope you get stuck with when you re stranded an hour away from your destination and five hours away from home. They took our car in even when they were suppose to be off work. Not only did they give us a cheaper price than every chain shop like tire discounters and such, but they skipped our car ahead of a few cars because we were stuck in a state my boyfriend and I both didn t know and we were without friends or family to help us get home. We met a wonderful retired pastor there who is great friends with the owner, both men are two of the greatest guys you ll meet. The other guy working on our car is just straight brilliant. He had the idea of switching our car to 2 wheel drive instead of all wheel drive just so we could make it home, without his idea we probably would ve had to reach out to people for more money and stay in a hotel again without transportation. I just can t stress enough how amazing these people were to us, they practically treated us like they would a family member of their own. They in no way ever tried to rip us off, they only tried to get us back home safe and sound. If you re stranded somewhere near marshal Illinois, call a tow truck and have them drive you here because you won t be treated better anywhere else. As if we weren t already being treated amazingly, at the end they gave us these handy pocket knives that has multiple uses and two green keychains. Southern hospitality is still VERY much alive

Traveling home from Branson, MO, and stayed in Marshall overnight. Next morning opened hood to check oil and cable to hood release broke, or we thought it did. State Farm service located these guys and verified they were open so we drove there. They were very polite and got our car right in. They thought cable was broken also but upon looking further into it they discovered it was just froze up. Long story short, they got our hood latched and added window solution and 2 quarts of oil to our car and would not let us compensate them. We did make them take the cash we had on hand and wished them a happy New Year. They could not have been more friendly or willing to help. You guys really are great and we appreciate your help so much. Anybody needing car assistance should definitely look these guys up. They are great!
