Family has been doing business with Terry and his crew for a number of years this time i was up to bat and don't have a bad thing to say. Tina worked her butt off to secure financing at a very reasonable rate, Terry sr worked with me on a price point that was very very competitive for the vehicle i purchased. All in all great people to do business with. Would highly recommended

My husband and I are so happy we found Terry Bentz Buick, about 3 years ago. We ve purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles since then. Buying experience was great, very fair trade-in value on our cars. The service department is exceptional! Both Rod and Jack are thorough and fair. I ve always felt like a valued customer, and will be back again!

My husband and I are return customers .... on Saturday we visited Terry's Auto-Haus in Ottawa to trade in the vehicle we purchased in Marseilles a few years ago and to purchase a truck. We just want to say that our experiences with both the Marseilles and Ottawa locations have been superb. The staff is welcoming and very informative and make you feel quite at ease from the moment you arrive until the time that you leave. There is never any sales pressure or unwarranted sales tactics ... just great people. Thanks John and Paul for making our second purchase a no stress event.

Had a great experience here buying a new used car! Very quick and painless process. Would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in a very personable environment and having helpful people that can help find exactly what you want. They even went to a different town to bring a car over for us to look at. Good prices for all vehicles.

The wife and I just bought a used car from this company. John Rowe was the friendliest car salesman we have ever met. He sold us a car that I think was the best deal I have ever gotten in my life from a car dealer. If you are in the market for a quality used vehicle...go there now...you won't be sorry. This review was suppose to be for Terry's Auto Haus...not Terry Bentz Buick. Sorry for the mix-up . Mike and Cindy Bridgman

After working with and getting to know the Bentz team today, We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They took the extra time to answer any questions we had and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Truly a unique family owned dealership and their care for the customer was always a top priority.

Normally I like them very nice and polite and have always had great service ... this time they forgot the reset my mileage for next oil change and when I called in the lady I talked to was very rude... service guy was awesome... not sure I will go back

Within 30 days of having car, break lines busted (rusted thru), airbag defect and shocks were completely gone. 30 days. Sold me a used car at excellent condition. JUST Another dealership taking advantage of a woman.

Where to start with this place...Sales associate asked to take my 17 year old daughter on a date while on a test drive.Poor customer service and sales techniques.Not honest about paint work on cars.
