Picked up a set of 35 roxillas from jay AND I CANNOT BE MORE HAPPY!! Recieved them next day once shipped purchase took a total of four days and it was in my hands and that includes a holiday These guys rock best prices around

At first I had great communication with Joel. I ordered a shift cable assembly on 2/13/2022.I lost all communication with in the next week. I have called sent text and email. still no part has been shipped and no reply.3/13/2022But the money was taken from my account on the 13thso as of this date they stole $99.00 from me.BEWARE

Joel is a liar and I believe a thief. Service wasn't done completely on my machine and I noticed upon pick up some items on my machine were tweaked/removed and not put back. Joel also says all his negative reviews are the customer not him. Dont go here!! RIP OFF

I can't say enough about the service me and my wife have got at Midwest sxs ! All upgrades done on our 2 machines 19 honda pioneer 1000-5 , 21 Polaris xp1000 were done with Joel's help and advice . The work, price, and timeline was outstanding , we would recommend Midwest sxs to anyone !

I have been going to Midwest SXS pretty much since they opened up. They have great prices and a great selection. I try to use them exclusively. Support local businesses. Some stuff has taken a while but in todays times you get that everywhere and there is nothing that can be done about supply chain issues.

Good prices, bad communication. Ordered a windshield 5/2, still not shipped as of 5/24. The communication has all been empty responses of "I'll check on it" and "I'll call you back" with no follow-up. I'm not sure what's going on or if this is just SOP for them. The windshields are in stock but there is some kind of system error, for the last 22 days which is preventing a person from shipping a box. The lack of communication is the biggest F in the A. If I could just get a refund, or any form of non-empty response, that would lower 99% of my frustration. Update: Submitted a case to PayPal, money refunded yesterday, ordered the windshield directly from superatv, it will be here tomorrow.
