Our vehicle was involved in a collision where another driver was at fault. The other driver's insurance company was extremely difficult to work with but they sent us to Tom's Collision and it was a breath of fresh air. Brandy was extremely helpful, got us our vehicle back quickly, and performed stellar body work. Attention to detail was as good as you can get. Our vehicle was returned extremely clean as well. I highly recommend this business for any kind of body work.

My wife s 2012 Subaru Outback had some misc parking lot damage down her left side. My family has used Tom s in the past and have always been pleased with the price and quality of repairs! Once again they did not disappoint!

Don t take your car here! Terrible service from start to finish. I had simple bumper and fender replaced and blended hood and driver door, when I arrive at pick up time I had a different front rim wheel color than the other 3, car needed an alignment still, running paint on fender and hood, door panel coming off and to top it off, a mouthy, disrespectful lady named brandy who is the owner has zero customer service and or manners! She claimed my insurance didn t cover the alignment but quickly recanted her statements and finished the job after I complained . It s so bad here I didn t even wana take my car back in to get it properly fixed , too risky. Also, brandy will try and talk very quickly and make up a bunch of lies when you point out the mistakes they make. She speaks very fast and try s to confuse you or make you think your wrong somehow. Horrible quality I wouldn t take my bicycle there to even get air put into it.

I highly recommend Tom's collision clinic. They do great work and Brandy keeps you in the loop every step of they way.

Very good body work. But sloppy with battery mount, didn't replace bad battery terminals and gave the car back with engine lights and a half dead new battery. After taking it to Honda Dealer they discovered oxygen sensor broken in rear. Constantly criticism regarding audio wiring like I'm her child.Woman is rude and mouthy.Stated they are loosing money by fixing more. Oh yeah they didn't fix the airbags right either. Basically a hack job.DO NOT go here with electrical they don't have what it takes. Worse I ever used. Never again..

3-16-2020Came back to have our minivan passenger sliding door fixed. It wouldn't lock closed no matter what I did. It did cost much more just because it was the power version. Tom and Brandi took care of our van and were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for work.******** 2018Had a side mirror replaced here this week. The very nice woman Brandy at the front was very professional and friendly. They also worked with me on scheduling because of weird work hours for me this week. They did a great job and the price was also fair. You can tell by the office decor, signs and appearance that they are American owned and good folks here.would recommend them to friends and family. Good little place.

They're very Nice people, and my car was done in a timely manner... but I'm pretty sure I could've done a better paint job. The whole top of my trunk lid and half the gas flap is overspray. You can see drips on the 1/4 panel along with some fish eyes and there's a little burn spot on my backseat from, I'm assuming, when they were torching the 1/4. Along with a couple other things. It just disappointing. You see and read all these good reviews and hear good things.

I had my first car accident and went against my insurances recommendation, and picked Toms! I am so happy I did!! They did amazing work, and Brandy was awesome to work with. They're now our go to place for my family. 1000% recommended!!

I just had a side mirror on my 1997 Lexus replaced here. They went above and beyond what I expected. The paint job on the replacement mirror is great as well as the installation. I highly recommend Tom's Collision.

They are horrible. Bad customer service. I went to Toms to get my car fixed after a car accident. There was only damage to the front and back area. When I got my car back there were dings and scratches throughout my car, that were not there before. And when I ask them about it they get an attitude with me and get defensive. Their excuse was Scratches and dents should be on a 2008 car and they were there prior to getting my car fixed there. Joke. I would defiantly not recommend. Go somewhere else if your looking for quality and satisfaction.
