Amazing experience here. Rocky is always upfront, never sugarcoats the issues that the trucks have and always gets the repairs done in time. Time and time again we brought in issues that no other shop is able to fix and send us to dealer, T18 takes us in and gets it fixed the first time. Very nice experience. Have issue with CPC, other shop told me go to dealer - T18 replaced, programmed and got us out the same day.
